So I understand that some people are saying that A is for Ally and we all know that this is incorrect and people who are saying that are literally trying to erase other peoples identities. But I want to explain how I think Allies fit into everything. First let me explain that an Ally is a cisgendered heterosexual person who supports the LGBTQ+ community and not really a part of the community. Now let me explain how I think they fit in. I think that while they aren't a part of the community they are a part of our ohana. And by that I mean that they aren't part of the community. They can't accurately say that they're LGBTQ+ but they can say that they support and are a part of our ohana.
