Natasha was in the area that Loki was being held interrogating him of his plans "What have you done with Agent Barton's mind?"

Loki says as if it is obvious "I'd say I've expanded his mind" opening his arms wide to accentuate his point.

Natasha slowly approaches Loki's holding cell "And when you're king of the mountain, what happens to his mind?"

Loki smirks enjoying the direction this is going in "Is this love Agent Romanoff?" He teases

"Love is for Children, I owe him a debt" She nonchalantly replies

Loki walks backwards and invites Natasha to tell him her tale as he sits down on a small seat inside his cage.

"Before I worked for S.H.I.E.L.D" Natasha pulls up a seat and sitting down before continuing "I uh........ well, I made a name for myself. I have a very specific skill set. I didn't care who I used it for, or on. I got on SHIELD's radar in a bad way. Agent Barton was sent to kill me, he made a different call." She explained to the trickster.

Loki laughs to himself confusing Natasha "What's so funny?" She asks standing up

"You remind me of someone" Loki says as cups his face in his hands.

"And who might that be?" She asks leaning on the nearby railing.

He takes a minute and then stares at Natasha with a disturbing grin "The facetious mercenary"

Natasha doesn't quite understand at first before her eyes light up in realisation as to who Loki is talking about "Y/N?"

Loki pouts a little "Oh don't look so surprised Agent Romanoff." He stands up and takes small strides towards the redhead "Certainly you may not share his indecorous sense of humour but you and he are not so different............ And that eats you up doesn't it?" He teases with a forbidding smile.

There's a prang of pain in the Black Widow's chest "I've changed from who I was" She defends confidently to the God of Mischief keeping up her strong facade.

"Enlighten me, what are you now" Loki queries the agent.

"It's not that complicated really" She approaches the God of Mischief further "I have red in my ledger I'd like to wipe it out."

"Your ledger is tainted red, it's impossible to remove that much red and it's pathetic to see you try........... Barton told me everything there is to know about you........ Everything"

"What are you planning?" She straight up asks the trickster wanting to evade the possibility of diving any deeper into her past.

"Haha, why would I tell you that? I thought you were supposed to be the great Black Widow, the master spy." He turns away to sit back in his seat "What a disappointment" he says.

Natasha was furious with herself, she turned out of the holding area "A pleasure talking with you Agent Romanoff" Loki taunted as she left. Natasha headed back to report to Fury that she hadn't found any new information, she heard the doors close however unbeknownst to her someone else had sneaked in before they closed.

"That's two people who have managed to sneak up on me.......... I wouldn't have imagined that one of them would be you" Loki asked as he turned to face Y/N.

He cockily stated as he approached the cell "I can be quiet when I need to be"

"Evidently, I'll admit Mr L/N you have some remarkable skills, not many can outmatch as you did." Loki said

Y/N sticks up his hand "Please let's skip the formalities. Call me Y/N or if you'd like The Great One. " Y/N sees a seat and sits down resting his feet up on the nearby railing.

"If you didn't have that mouth, you would make a fine addition to my army." Loki said in a way that sounded like he was propositioning him.

"Yeah, no" Y/N shook his head "I've served in the army a century ago, I have no interest in taking orders again." Y/N admitted to Loki who was intrigued by this statement.

Loki held a thinking expression as he walked up to the glass "Interesting, a Midgardian who has lived for as long as you and yet retain such a youthful vigour......... How lonely you must be"

Y/N chuckles "I'm not lonely, I have a few friends - Nick, Bruce, Steve. A guy with cool metal claws who can't be introduced yet because of Disney and Fox but all in good time." He says pridefully.

Loki ignores Y/N's ending part "So you have what four friends!?" Loki laughs loudly at Y/N's admission

Y/N approaches the glass until there is only a plane of glass separating him and Loki "How many friends have you got that you didn't hypnotise, Mr Would be King?" He says back doing a little pout of his lips to rub in the nickname.

Infuriated the trickster bangs on the glass however Y/N still doesn't move "I AM A KING, YOU DEGENERATE SCOUNDREL AND YOU SHALL TREAT ME LIKE ONE!"

"Ooh I've struck a nerve there," Y/N says with a teasing smile and tone "That must really get under your skin, never being good enough to trump brother Sparkles"

"When I get out of here, I will make sure the Chitauri tear you limb from limb" Loki threatens

Y/N sarcastically claps at Loki "Great I'll just grow them back with my super duper healing factor, man are you out of the loop on all things Deadpool."

"Well I will take great pleasure in killing you in numerous ways just for my own amusement." Loki snarls at Y/N.

"Ohhhhh I wouldn't do that, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry" He fires back at "Shit that's Bruce's line" he mutters to himself.

"Oh and why's that?" Loki crosses his arms at Y/N tapping his foot rhythmically on the ground below.

Y/N has a look around and then places his hands on the glass "I think it's play time" he says to Loki.

Loki looks confused by what he means but then he understands fully what he means as he watches Y/N grow to over seven feet tall being taken over by a thick black substance. He is startled by the sight and shifts back two steps in fear.

"You're a big one......... You'll be hard to digest" Venom snarls at Loki whilst licking his lips.

Recovering from his earlier shock, he starts laughing maniacally and clapping "Oh well this is another twist in the tale. I assume the others don't know"

"Not exactly" Venom blankly says

Loki does an 'ahhh' as he walks back over to the Klyntar. "Director Fury said you had another side to you. I know now what he means."

"Y/N and I have mutual control, it works and Nick knows that." Venom explains to Loki.

Loki approaches the glass "Well at least there's one monster with control on board."

Venom's eyes widen at Loki's words before he shifts back into Y/N "So that's your plan? Bruce." Y/N says as backs away from the glass with a smirk of delight on his face.

Loki realises his error as his face drops in disbelief "What?" He says not quite believing he's been outsmarted.

"Well it's been a pleasure talking with your Highness" He mockingly bows to Loki "But I've got a friend to help."

Y/N then turns to leave as Loki yells "How will they feel when know!?"

Y/N hold his arms out wide to Loki "Probably the same as you!" He goes to walk out of the room but instead smashes his head into the door "Aghh" he holds his nose in pain.

"It's locked"

"Yeah thank you Venom, I'm not fucking blind." He looks through the glass and sees Agent Hill walking by. He starts banging on the door "HILL! HILL!"

Maria notices the commotion and sees Y/N waving gleefully on the other side of where Loki is being held. She quickly proceeds to the door and unlocks it allowing it to open. Y/N then comes out of the room "Hill if I could die you'd be a lifesaver."

Maria was looking less than impressed "L/N what the hell are you doing? You don't have clearance to go in there!" She scolds him.

"Yeah, no time to explain but Loki wants Bruce to go green" Y/N says gripping her shoulders.

"What!?" She says shocked realising how much trouble everyone on the Helicarrier could be in.

"Yeah I snuck in after Natasha to try and get it out of him" Y/N admits clearly showing no regret.

"I'll radio Director Fury then" Hill begins to walk off but suddenly turns back to Y/N "I'd never have thought your annoying personality would have ever be of any use" Hill offers as a backhanded compliment.

"Awwwwww Hill, you are too sweet." Y/N sniffles "It's bringing a tear to my eye"

"I'm already regretting saying anything now get yourself down to the lab." Hill orders as she walks off.

Y/N heads back to his room first to get his mask, preparing himself for what is inevitably about to come.

Tony, Bruce, Thor, Natasha and Nick were all inside the lab discussing what was going on.

"My decryption program should be done in a minute" Tony discreetly whispers to Bruce.

Fury's radio goes off "Director Fury...... Director Fury do you copy? It's Agent Hill."

Fury picks up his radio "Go ahead Hill"

"Loki means to unleash the Hulk sir"

Everyone's eyes turn to Bruce who feels immediately uncomfortable, Nick then responds "I don't remember sending you in to talk to Loki, Hill"

"It wasn't me Sir, L/N was the one who found out. He told me he snuck in there after Agent Romanoff had spoken to him" Hill informs her superior "I've sent L/N your way now."

"Y/N you sneaky bastard" He says quietly before talking back to Agenf Hill "Thank you Hill. Fury out"

Thor holds a small smile as he leans down to Natasha's ear and whispers "Still think Y/N is a liability, Lady Romanoff?" However he is met with a glare from the redhead.

"Now this is interesting" Tony says attracting everyone's attention, he flips around a large interactive screen "What is Phase 2?"

Steve walks in and drops a big fucking gun on the table "Phase 2 is S.H.I.E.L.D using the cube to make weapons" He answers before turning to Tony "Sorry, the computer was taking a little long for my liking"

Nick tries to dig his way out of the large whole that is quickly being created "We have everything on the Tesseract, does not mean we're building-"

Before he can finish Tony cuts him off by showing a missile on the screen "I'm sorry Nick, what were you lying"

Steve looks angrily at Fury "Y/N was right Director Fury, the world might have changed but the people definitely haven't."

Bruce turns to Natasha "Did you know about this?" He aggressively points at her knowing she was the only S.H.I.E.L.D representative in the room.

Natasha was just as surprised as anyone else "Actually I didn't know of this."

Bruce then turns to Fury "I want to know why S.H.I.E.L.D is using the Tesseract to make weapons of mass destruction" Bruce's anger is noticeably increasing.

Romanoff notices this "Doctor Banner, I believe you should remove yourself from this environment." She advises the usually mellow doctor.

She walks over to escort him out of the lab "No, no I was in Kolkata I was fairly well removed."

"You heard what L/N found out, Loki's manipulating you"

Bruce looks unimpressed, a hint of betrayal in his eyes "And you've been doing what exactly"

"You didn't come here because I batted my eyelashes at you." Natasha says now standing by Bruce.

"Shit that's all you'd have needed to do to get me to come here" Someone jokes and they all look to see Y/N, in his red and black suit, standing in the doorframe "Please tell me you're not fighting because if you were why wasn't I invited"

"Y/N did you know about this?" Tony points to the screen showing the schematics for weapons to which Y/N shakes his head.

Fury walks over to Y/N and whispers in Y/N's ear "You need to tell them about Venom"

"Yeah I'm aware, I just threatened Loki with him." Nick nods and turns back to the rest of the group.

Tony then sarcastically says to the others trying to turn the rest against Fury "Oh look Fury has more secrets." He then turns to Fury "Cut the bullshit and tell us what's going on!"

Nick sighs knowing he has to come clean "We had an alien threat come to our Earth that had caused a mass amount of chaos and ended with a lot of people's deaths."

"That was not my fault, it was Loki's he sent the destroyer to kill me" Thor angrily defended himself.

"What should we do?"

"Just stay quiet until the time's right" Y/N mentally communicated with Venom.

"I wasn't talking about you, this" Fury pointed to the screen and everyone in the room "has been in the play for many years. When these aliens came to our planet, they needed hosts to get around, we learned that we were and still are hopelessly and hilariously outgunned." He walked around looking at everyone except for Y/N "The only reason we stayed safe then was because they fought each other until the death. We worked on the cube to create a better defense."

"Your work on the Tesseract is what drew Loki to it. Him and his allies." Thor angrily stated stepping towards Fury "It is a sign to all the realms that the Earth is ready for a higher form of war.

"You've created a nuclear deterrent, because that always calms everything down." Tony sarcastically says.

Nick turns to Tony looking unimpressed "Remind me again, how you made your fortunes, Stark."

Steve then chipped in "I'm sure if Stark was still making weapons, he'd be neck deep-"

Tony then stepped towards Cap looking offended "Wait a second, how has this suddenly become about me?"

"I thought everything was" Steve said with a snarky tone.

At this point everyone started arguing with each other with all the voices overlapping that it was almost impossible to understand what was being said. The only one staying quiet was Y/N.

"This is a nightmare"

Feeling as if this was the best moment to calm down everyone's commotion, Y/N yelled "EVERYONE SHUT THE FUCK UP!" The lab immediately quietened down "Christ I feel like someone's shitting in my ears!"

"You've stayed strangely quiet throughout all this" Natasha said rudely to Y/N.

"Listen Red, I don't give a shit whether you or anyone else like me. I'm the one at the moment who seems to be doing all the heavy lifting. I was the one who captured Loki and found out what The long haired weirdo is up to." Y/N angrily explained himself.

"Y/N now is not the time to be showing off" Bruce calmly said to his friend.

"No it's the best time the reason I'm here is because I'm the most qualified to tackle these types of threats." Y/N stated confidently.

"What do you mean Y/N?" Thor asked the red and black suited man.

"A - I have more experience than all of you put together and B - none of you fuckers listened properly to him when he was speaking." He slapped Nick's chest with his hand.

"I don't understand" Steve said

Instead of going any further, Y/N held his arms out wide "Watch.......... Mask!"

"Copy!" Venom then took over Y/N's body and took his full form.

"Hello" Venom waved with his razor sharp claws.

Everyone took a few steps back in fear "What the fuck is that!?" Tony exclaimed.

Venom went back into Y/N who was now in his black and white suit. "He's not a 'that', he's called Venom"

Everyone was still a little freaked out however Tony "WOAH, can I take a look at him?" Tony got a microscope ready before approaching Y/N.

Venom then came out of Y/N's chest "Try coming at me with anything with a sharp end and I won't hesitate to fill you with so many holes, you'll make a Catholic bartender jealous."

Tony immediately backed up with his hands up "Ok ok I've got it" he then said to the others "So he's got Y/N's humour then." As Venom went back into Y/N's body.

Nick then put his hand on Y/N's shoulder "That's why I said to you that it was good we had Y/N on our side because if he wasn't he has the potential to cause more chaos than Banner."

Y/N then says specifically to Natasha and Thor "That's when I fought both of you and Barton, I had to pull my punches because otherwise I could have killed you."

Natasha then says to Y/N and Fury "It all makes sense now when I asked you" she directed at Fury "how you knew him and said he helped with something from years ago. That's what you were talking about."

"Very good Red" Y/N throws her a small wink.

Steve then asks Y/N "Why didn't you say anything before?"

"Yeah it doesn't naturally crop up in a conversation" he does a small demonstration "Hello I've got a murderous alien Symbiote that eats people, you know the usual."

Everyone looked a little sickened as Thor spoke "Y/N, did you just say eat people?"

Y/N cocked his head back "Oh yeah sorry did I not mention, yeah I kind of eat a lot of people but don't worry I most likely won't eat any of you." Y/N casually answered as if it was the most normal sentence to be spoken.

Bruce then looked at Y/N and sarcastically said "That's so reassuring to hear."

Before anyone could ask anymore questions, there was a huge explosion.

The explosion caused Y/N, Natasha and Bruce to fall down to the level below. Steve and Tony were stuck with each other whilst Thor and Fury were sent their separate ways.
