***The spoilers to chapter 5 of Venomous Love***

We set our feet on the foyer.

I pressed on the video door phone.

"Who's this?" we heard a stony voice through the speakers.

"Kaitlyn Black."

The man who opened the door had the swagger of someone I don't even want to lock eyes with, let alone cross. His arms were more ink than skin and his blonde hair was so closely cropped. Beneath his pierced brows his eyes were as direct as I expected, not even blinking as much as the average person. From his shadow, came three more just like him, but not so pale. Before I could open my mouth, I was interrupted.

"She cannot come in," his voice matched his personality, or probably the person he is working for. Rough and rude.

"Why?"

"She is not allowed to," he said.

"But-"

"You can wait out, while I take her in," he gestured her towards the front room.

"Okay," she slipped past me in the direction of the lonely chair waiting for her.

Things were falling in place...for him.

"Can we?" the blonde guy queried.

"Sure," I swallowed.

"But before that-" he drew a cloth from his pocket and inched closer towards me.

"Hey? What are you doing?"

Heyaa!
