Miss Prince Charming

3 weeks later.

She had found out who it was, and but I had already departed on my journey forward, leaving her with confused thoughts and unfinished business.

But it was better this way, for me and for her.

She had searched for a long time after I was gone, but with no luck.

I hadn't seen Madame Green eyes since prom, but that's too be expected.

I left right after graduation and set off for New York, moving into the college dorm.

I still haven't figured out my major, but I'm happier now that I'm gone.

I had heard, just before graduation, that Emria had gotten pregnant, the father being none other than the snake.

He had left her black blue for that, her flawless skin unrecognizable, but I couldn't do anything for her sadly.

I couldn't do anything for her, and I couldn't forget her, but I could move on.

She ditched graduation, and I didn't even bother to look for her either.

I left and I'm getting ready to go meet my roommate. The commoners that littered my house back home didn't help me move, I had to do it on my own, but I was okay with that.

I left on my own, made the trek to New York on my own, and I'm going into college on my own.

A lone wolf stays alone, and works alone, to accomplish things alone.

My hand landed on the golden door knob, and I pulled it open and was greeted with none other than...

"Why hello Miss Green eyes"

"Do I know you roomie?"

I reach forward with a smile, and refreshed her memory with a graceful bow, grasping her hand and giving it a light kiss.

"Does that refresh your memory?"

Her face flushed, gasping in shock, but not daring to with draw her hand from my grasp.

"Miss Prince charming?"

I smile, "the one and only".

A pause...

...and she then tackled me in a hug, her grip tight.

She sniffled.

I hugged her back tighter, my chin resting on top of her head.

"I'll be the shoulder for you to cry on".
