BEFORE THE TIMES when Rosalie Allen aided Harry Potter and his friend to find more horcruxes, before the times when she tried to prove herself to be good and not an evil her arm was marked with, throwing her self-preservation away, she was a girl attending Hogwarts. Gryffindor robes cloaking her body, hiding the mark on her arm and the writing on her hand that reminded her of what she was but never wanted to be. She was the girl that stood beside Draco Malfoy with a mission that would decide not only their two fates, but the fate of the world.

Many in her position would chose self-preservation much like Rosalie, protecting themselves before the fate of the world. Like a wolf in sheep's clothing, she wore the robes of bravery and courage while living the cowardice lie along with others. She was not a girl with a lionheart, she was a girl afraid to die and do whatever it took to prevent it. There were others who wore her robes who would fight, chose the right option instead of the one that would guarentee their lives, confirming her position even more. But when she committed herself to this life a year ago, she did not consider the dark side of it all, the risks she would have to take or the tasks she would be handed, she went willingly with the promise of being remembered. That was enough.

Now, she stood with the mission that would kill the man that asked her of this life. She would be a part of the cause of his death if she did not fight against it. But Rosalie Allen was not a brave girl, no matter what she robes proclaimed; she was a greedy girl, and she wanted to live. No matter the cost.

i do not own harry potter or anything involving the series. i only own my scenes and characters, and rosalie was created by -patronus although the plot of this book is mine.

this book is also the prequel of blood, my harry potter fic. you do not need to read that book to understand what is going to happen here because this takes place the year before blood. you might also see that this is a draco malfoy fic and not harry potter, and this is because rosalie did not know harry and i have always believed that something happened to rosalie and draco during their sixth year so...
