As the days passed, Hana found herself spending more time with Jin, the quiet, charming figure who had seamlessly integrated himself into her life. Their connection began subtly, with Jin always being around whenever she needed something, from a small favor to a comforting presence after a long day. He was the epitome of calm and care, making her feel safe and cherished in ways she hadn’t fully realized she craved.

This particular evening, Hana had decided to invite Jin over to her apartment for a quiet night of cooking. She had always enjoyed cooking, finding it therapeutic after the chaos of her work at the hospital. There was something soothing about the rhythmic motions of chopping vegetables, the fragrant aromas filling the air, and the way a simple meal could bring people together.

She had asked Namjoon if he thought it was a good idea, her trust in his judgment growing stronger each day. When Namjoon smirked and nodded, she didn’t think twice about it. To her, it was just a sign that he was happy she was branching out and building connections with the people important to him. But in truth, Namjoon’s smirk held deeper meaning—a silent acknowledgment that their plan was advancing perfectly. Jin was getting closer to Hana, and Namjoon knew it wouldn’t be long before she was completely theirs.

Jin arrived at her apartment with a bottle of wine in hand, his smile warm and genuine as he stepped inside. Hana felt a small flutter in her chest at the sight of him. There was something undeniably comforting about Jin, something that made her feel at ease, like she could truly be herself around him.

“Hey, Jin,” Hana greeted him with a smile, taking the bottle of wine from his hands. “I’m so glad you could make it. I’ve been looking forward to this all day.”

“Me too,” Jin replied, his voice smooth and reassuring. “It’s nice to have a quiet evening together after everything. I brought your favorite—Pinot Noir.”

Hana’s smile widened as she led him into the kitchen, where she had already laid out all the ingredients they would need for dinner. “You didn’t have to do that, but I appreciate it. I thought we could make something simple but delicious—pasta with homemade sauce and a side salad.”

Jin nodded approvingly. “That sounds perfect. And you know I’m always happy to help in the kitchen.”

As they began cooking, the atmosphere in the apartment was warm and cozy, filled with the soft clatter of utensils and the occasional laugh as they shared stories. Jin moved around the kitchen with a practiced ease, his every action deliberate and skilled. Hana couldn’t help but admire him as he expertly chopped vegetables and stirred the sauce, his focus unwavering.

“You’re really good at this,” Hana remarked as she watched him work. “I can see why Namjoon always speaks so highly of your cooking.”

Jin chuckled softly, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he glanced at her. “I’ve always enjoyed cooking. It’s one of the few things that can calm me down, no matter how stressful things get. Plus, I love seeing people enjoy what I’ve made—it’s rewarding.”

Hana nodded, understanding the sentiment. “I feel the same way. There’s something so satisfying about creating something from scratch and then sharing it with others. It’s like…a way of showing love without words.”

Jin’s expression softened at her words, and he reached out to brush a stray strand of hair behind her ear. “Exactly, Hana. Cooking is a way of taking care of the people you care about. And I care about you.”

The sincerity in his voice made Hana’s heart skip a beat, and she found herself momentarily speechless. There was something about the way Jin looked at her that made her feel seen, truly seen, in a way that was both exhilarating and terrifying.

Before she could respond, Jin stepped closer, his hand lingering on her shoulder as he smiled down at her. “I’m really glad we’re doing this, Hana. I’ve wanted to spend more time with you, get to know you better.”

Hana felt her cheeks warm at his words, and she quickly turned back to the stove, stirring the sauce to hide her embarrassment. “Me too, Jin. I feel like I’m getting closer to all of you, and it feels…nice.”

Jin’s smile widened, his heart swelling with satisfaction. This was exactly what they had planned—slowly, carefully drawing her closer, making her dependent on each of them until she couldn’t imagine her life without them. And with every passing day, they were getting closer to that goal.

As they continued cooking, Jin found small ways to touch her, a brush of the hand here, a gentle nudge there, always testing her boundaries, always making her just a little more comfortable with his presence. Hana responded to his touches with shy smiles and occasional glances, her body language open and relaxed. She was falling for him, just as she had with Namjoon, Yoongi, Jimin, and Jungkook, and she didn’t even realize it.

When dinner was finally ready, they sat down at the small dining table in her apartment, the wine poured and the food steaming on their plates. The conversation flowed easily, with Jin making her laugh with his stories and charming her with his easygoing nature. Hana found herself enjoying his company more than she had anticipated, her earlier nerves fading away as the evening wore on.

At some point during the meal, their conversation took a more serious turn, with Jin asking her about her life, her dreams, her fears. And Hana, feeling the warmth of the wine and the comfort of Jin’s presence, found herself opening up to him in ways she hadn’t with anyone else. She told him about her struggles at work, her insecurities, her worries about the future. And Jin listened, truly listened, his attention never wavering as he offered her words of comfort and encouragement.

By the time they finished dinner, Hana felt a deep sense of connection with Jin, something she hadn’t expected but welcomed nonetheless. She felt safe with him, cared for, and she found herself wanting to spend more time with him, to explore whatever it was that was growing between them.

As they cleared the table and washed the dishes together, Jin took every opportunity to touch her, to reinforce the bond they were building. A hand on her lower back as they stood at the sink, fingers brushing against hers as they dried the dishes, his body close to hers as they moved around the kitchen. Each touch was a silent promise, a reassurance that he was there for her, that he would take care of her.

When the kitchen was finally clean, Jin turned to her, his eyes soft and full of warmth. “Thank you for tonight, Hana. I really enjoyed spending time with you.”

Hana smiled up at him, her heart fluttering in her chest. “Me too, Jin. We should do this again sometime.”

“I’d like that,” Jin replied, his hand coming up to cup her cheek. He leaned in slowly, giving her plenty of time to pull away if she wanted to. But she didn’t. Instead, she leaned into his touch, her eyes fluttering closed as his lips met hers in a soft, tender kiss.

The kiss was brief, sweet, but it left Hana breathless, her mind spinning. When they pulled away, she looked up at Jin, her eyes wide and uncertain. But Jin just smiled, his thumb brushing against her cheek as he whispered, “Goodnight, Hana.”

“Goodnight, Jin,” Hana replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

As Jin left her apartment, Hana stood there for a moment, her heart pounding in her chest. She couldn’t stop thinking about the kiss, about the way Jin had made her feel—cherished, cared for, wanted. And she couldn’t help but wonder what this meant for her, for them.

But what Hana didn’t realize was that the boys’ plan was progressing perfectly. Namjoon had been right—Hana was getting closer to Jin and Tae, and it wouldn’t be long before she belonged to them completely. And as Jin walked away from her apartment that night, he knew that they were one step closer to making her theirs, just as they had always planned.
