The second schedule for their film also ended quickly. Vedha didn't see Vijay in sets for a few days. She also didn't know the reason for his absence. She didn't have enough guts to ask Raja.

A week later...

The technicians in the set were looking extremely happy. Vedha was surprised and looked at Saanthi.

Understanding her question, she answered,"therlaye paappa. Iru keppom.

Her face brightened with the news. She knew about his generosity but this was something she didn't even imagine.

Amudha Valli "podhum podhum Avan puranam"

Saanthi, "ellarkum pudicha manushane ungalku epdi ma pudikale??"

Amudha Valli, "Hey Vedha, enna aanavama??? Indha padam mudiyattum. Avan kooda nadikka vidrena paaru..."

Her words disturbed the young actress.

She didn't get to talk to him even though they shot together for two days.

Vijay had finished three movies simultaneously with their movie. She also didn't get to meet him after their film got ended. In the meanwhile, she had also completed her degree successfully.

One day, her director called her again.

"Enna sir? Veetuke phone pannirukinga? Edhuvum photoshoot ah??? Naan varanuma???" She wondered if they really wanted her for poster photoshoot.

"Ama ma. Photoshoot dhaan. Adutha padathuku. Vandhurunga. Unga amma kitte pesa mudiyuma?"

She kept continuing but Vedha moved away from her to get ready. She was truly scared for that photoshoot. She didn't want to do any 'adjustments' for her career. But a newcomer would not disturb her. Right? She consoled her mind with that thought.

When they reached the studio, she was truly perspiring. She then met the director waiting for her in the studio.

"Sir, edho photoshoot nu sonningale??? Hero vandhutara???" She internally scolded herself for not even asking the hero name when her mother informed her.

"Vandhutaru Vedha. Indha padathuku en friend dhaan director.. Ulla poi paaru.. hero irukkaru. En friend um Konjam nerathule vandhuruvan"

Her mother signed two pictures with Murugan. Hence she was directly called for the photoshoot. The old lady had few names in mind for hero.

As Vedha went in, the actor was facing the opposite direction and the room was dimly lit. Noticing her arrival, he turned around. She was truly surprised to see Vijay there.

"Neenga dhaan hero va?"

"Yean ma unaku vera yaarachi veanuma?"

"Veandom veandom" she giggled.

He noticed how her face brightened to see him there. They then chatted for a moment. In some time, that new director entered the room. He shook Vijay's hands.

"Thanks sir. Indha kadhaikum padathukum othukitingale!!!"

"Sir, ennai Viji ne kupdunga. Neenga padam pandravanga. Naanga paathrangal avlo dhaan."

He turned around and introduced Vedha.

"Idhu Vedha. Namma kooda rendu padam pannirukkanga. Innum onnu release aagale. Nalla nadigai"

She said vanakkam to him and he introduced himself as Selva.

Selva, "namma padathukum ivangale sari ah iruppanga, Viji sir."

"Prachanai illai. Namma producer kitte innoru padam commit aayirukanga... Idhuve pannidatume.. Enna Vedha? En kooda innoru padam pandriya??"

"Viji sir solli naan matten nu solluvena??? Pandren" she quickly answered.

Selva was happy to see them have a good chemistry. He was already familiar with their popularity as an hit pair. So he was truly elated to have both of them in this movie.

Selva, "Sari Vedha madam, ready aayitu vaanga. Photoshoot innike mudichidalam."

She asked him to call her as Vedha and then left to get ready with Saanthi.

Saanthi,"paappa thirumba Viji sir padam pandrome. Unga amma ku therinja prachanai aagadha???"

"Amma sonna maari andha periya star oda paiyanum indha padathule irukkanga. Aana avanga Viji oda thambi ah nadikranga.. Namma onnum poi sollaleiye. Naan Viji ku dhaan pair ngradhe maraikka porom"

Saanthi wasn't able to keep her mouth shut, "Paappa, unaku Viji sir mela edhuvum???"

Vedha stopped her midway,"avar enaku nalla friend. Avlo dhaan"

It wasn't just for Saanthi. In a way, she also reminded herself of that. Her dream was to marry someone out of the industry and Vijay had a very bright future ahead. He was like the sun and she thought that she wasn't worthy to live next to that bright light.

She was dressed in a beautiful chiffon saree and he was again in a white shirt and pant. White looked gorgeous on him, she thought. They wrapped the photoshoot earlier than expected. As they had worked together, their synergy was so good.

Vijay,"shoot mudinju udane kelambidadhe."

Vedha,"sari... Edhuvum irukka?"

Vijay, "story discussion irukku. Saanthi eh veliya wait panna sollu"

She did the same as he had told and came back to him.

Vijay then brought her to his car through the back door.

"Viji, anga Saanthi akka ve utkara vechitu vandhuruken. Enga porom? Amma ku therinjudhu. Tholai urichidum. Pisaasu"

"Yaarukum theriyadhu. Vandi le yeru"

She listened to him and got into his car.

Vijay then started his car, "Director eh kelambitaru. Apram story discussion soldren. Neeyum sollitu variye."

Vedha then realised her stupidity and he laughed at her. Vedha, "Saanthi akka Kum therinju irukkum le. Ayyo..."

"Kavalai padadhe. En manager Kumar anga dhaan irukkan. Avan namma thirumbi pora varaikum samalichuppan"
