"No Aairu! I won't, they'd inject me!" Akshara shouts....

"Akshu! Easy jaan! You need to panic, this is not a painful injection" Abhi said

"Tumhe kya pata what's painful, tumhe thodi na lag raha hai!" Akshara said angrily....

He makes her look in his eyes as he forwarded her hand to the nurse, the nurse silently injected her on the drip,

"I'm a doctor" Abhi said

"So sir?" The nurse asks

"So please take the kids outside I'll myself give her a sponge bath" Abhi said while Akshu gets red in blush, the nurse controls her laugh as she takes the kids outside....

"Abhi!" Akshara said with widened eyes....

"Pati hu tumhara koi padosi nahi!" Abhimanyu said.... As Akshara looks at him

He prepares the bed as he layed her on towels and wraps her in a duvet....
He undresses her as he makes her clean with sponge
He cleans her with a soap and washes her hairs

He gently washes her face, he folds the sheet down to the waist and gently wash and rinse the chest, stomach, and sides. He dries her torso

He folds the sheet over to expose the entire backside of the patient. Wash, rinse, and dries the back of the Akshu's neck, back, buttocks, and parts of the legs...Lift her leg and wash from front to back and washes her labia....
He redressed her and they started kissing, there breath got hitched as Abhi inserts his hand in her panties....

The relief they got was everything....

They were enjoying their moment when a door knock came....

Abhi and Akshu reformed their position....
