You creep past the beams and through dusty spiderwebs, pink coloured LED torch in hand. You hear loud voices from the room next to you and smile.

You walk through the hole into light, where the voices become recognisable. "Oh, that's just, that's just a lot of water." says a male voice in the distance and you squeal. It's Matthias, your favourite youtuber, with one of the gals from Battle Universe, you can't tell though. You squeeze through a hole and onto one of his shelves, occupied by an object you're unsure of.

You peek out from behind the large rectangular object on his shelf to see him and Sam with a product and large container on the floor. You enjoy watching his episodes and others live from a corner or the roof, and so did most of your family before they were discovered and had to move. You hold onto a long rod and lean forward, careful not to fall off. As he speaks again, you prick your ears to catch his words, excited to see what he thinks of the latest product. "That's why the bung's there. The bung's there to just fill u-."
As he is talking you lean too far forward and disbalance the object. It lands on you with a thump and knocks your torch out of your hand. The orange object suffocates you but you don't dare call out to him for help. It's against the Borrower rules to be discovered by a human.

"Some item on my shelf was protesting." he laughs and Sam joins in. You see his eyes flick to the floor underneath and he puts down the product. "Sam, did you see something fall from there?" he asks her, and she shakes her head. "No, I saw nothing."

Matthias gets up and walks towards you. You don't dare to breathe as he picks up the makeshift torch and studies it. "Hey, my LEDs from the broken lighting strip in that office." his eyebrows draw down to a confused frown. He's so close you can't believe your eyes. "How is this wired? It's extremely intuitive." Blood rushes to your cheeks as he involuntarily compliments you. He looks up to the fallen object and you freeze, but he doesn't seem to see you. He reaches in and lifts it up, providing sweet relief. You completely forget your situation and are just thinking of thanking him. You take shaking breaths and gingerly touch your lower body. "T-thank you M-Matthi-." you cut yourself off, and look up, hand over mouth.
If he didn't notice you before he does now. His baby blue eyes are staring straight at you, and you tense up in fear. "Woah. Hey, tiny person, who apparently knows my name." he breathes, and reaches in to grab you. Your instincts kick in and you rush for the hole, but the replaced item is too close to the wall and it blocks off your only exit. Your vision starts to become spotty and the last thing you feel is your head hitting against the wall and something large picking you up before everything goes black.
