13. Yandere!Reiji Sakamaki
Title: (Don't run away)
(Short)
(Y/n) carefully dusted Reiji's bookshelf, making sure not to leave any spot untouched. She couldn't understand why the red-eyed male always made her clean her room even when it was specifically not her job. But that wasn't all he made her do. He treated her like his own personal belonging, finding ways to make her stay in his room and by his side always.
At the moment, he was sitting on an arm chair behind her, reading a book. Even though he seemed immersed in the book, she could feel his cold, unfeeling eyes boring holes on her back.
"Do it over, the last row," he ordered, taking a sip of his tea as he stared at the girl.
"Yes," she complied, sighing inaudibly as she dusted the last row. It was no use arguing with him, since he'd win in the end even when he's in the wrong. As she moved near the table that was placed beside the shelf, her elbow accidentally knocked over a cup.
She gasped in shock as the porcelain utensil crashed into the ground, breaking into pieces.
Her heartbeat spiked up as she fell on her knees, hurriedly picking up the pieces. Reiji sighed and closed his book, setting it on the table next to him before standing to walk to the girl. From the corner of her eye, she could see the vampire approaching her, making her bite down on her bottom lip hard.
"Get up."
The girl froze in her actions, her eyes widening at the simple yet deadly command.
"Should I repeat myself?" Reiji asked, his patience with the girl slowly chipping away.
(Y/n) let the pieces fall from her shaky hands as she slowly got up onto her feet. She hung her head, careful not to make eye contact with the male in case he got offended. However, Reiji had other plans.
He lifted his hand, swinging it back to land a harsh slap on the girl's cheek. Her head swung back from the force, her cheek stinging as tears brimmed in her eyes. Reiji hooked a finger on her cheek and harshly turned her head to glare holes into her eyes.
"Careless mistakes like this will not be overlooked, do you understand?" he harshly said, earning a meek nod from the sobbing girl.
He always found the littlest of things to reprimand her of, some of them unreasonable. Reiji had some kind of twisted fantasy, one which consisted of having the girl under his complete ownership with her following his every demand without fail and question. Therefore, he always punished her for any little fault, whether innocent, just so he could shape her into the 'perfect pet' for him.
He was obsessed with her, even though he wouldn't admit it neither to himself nor his brothers. It wasn't the loving, innocent obsession but the twisted dark kind. Even for the usually collected, civilised vampire, his barbaric side would always show whenever anything went wrong regarding (Y/n).
"Now, clean that up," he spat, releasing her before walking away.
(Y/n) angrily wiped away the tears that had escaped her eyes and went back on her knees to pick up the pieces.
"I'll be heading to school. Don't get any foolish ideas in that brain of yours," he said before walking out the door and closing it.

(Y/n) lay on her bed, crying her heart out at how her life had plummeted to where it was now. Not only was she considered to be some kind of 'livestock' but Reiji had placed some kind of sick claim on her and it made her sick to her stomach.
How she wished she could escape. She wasn't a sacrificial bride or anything. She had stumbled upon the mansion when she was lost and it was a poor judgement on her part. Ever since she stepped foot into the large house, she was doomed never to leave. And discovering the horrible people living in it was only the beginning.
What am I doing? I shouldn't be crying. I should be trying to escape like I usually do...she scolded herself mentally. The girl sat herself up, wiping away her tears as she looked around her room. Her window was never closed since she had never given them a reason to suspect her.
She had always conducted her plans in silent. Looking for loopholes around the house but not acting upon them. But this day was the day. They were out meaning it was so much easier for her to leave.
(Y/n) got off her bed, striding over to her window and yanked it open. The night breeze hit her, whipping through her loose hair as she scouted the drop. It wasn't too high but if she jumped, she wouldn't escape without a few broken bones.
"Alright. Do it for yourself," she murmured, feeling a bit fearful and anxious.
She went back to her room and hurriedly tied her sheets together into a long rope. She then tied it onto one of the pillars, tugging it to test it's hold. Satisfied, she tied her hair so that it wouldn't interfere with her escape as she prepared herself for the task.
"You seriously have no brain, don't you?"
The girl gasped in horror, swiveling around to meet the male only to be met with a hand clamping around her throat. Reiji glared at her with pure hate and despise, his fingers tightening around her throat.
The girl could feel her air supply getting cut off as she struggled to breathe. She clawed at his hand but in vain. Reiji was too strong for her.
"Did you think I'd just let you leave?" he hissed, "It's a good thing we came back earlier. Otherwise, I'd have been too late. I guess, it's just bad luck on your part."
The words hit hard in the girl's heart but she couldn't answer. Tears stung her eyes as she began feeling dizzy. Reiji maintained the hold on her neck, enjoying her suffering immensely.
"You're mine. And no one else's. You have to obey me and remain loyal to me," he continued, "I have been very lenient on you for the past months but now that I have seen that you would dare defy me like this, prepare to have yourself completely broken."
He then brought the almost unconscious girl near him, his nails digging into her skin.
"If you even dare to try something like this again. I will not hesitate to kill you," he snapped before releasing her. The girl fell to the ground, her hands immediately flying to her neck as she coughed hard.
Reiji still maintained his stoic expression, looking down on her with spite. He adjusted his glasses, assured that his point had sank in her mind before teleporting out of her room.
(Y/n) remained on the ground, her hand massaging her bruised neck as she struggled to breathe in correctly. Tears freely flowed from her eyes. Tears resembling all the pain in her heart from her predicament.
She was never going to escape.
