A/N

This is going to be during the age Ross and Max would be in high school. 

Ross's P.O.V

I tried to follow the directions to Adam's house so we could hang out and work on a project together, but I've must of took a wrong turn somewhere because I saw this part of the town everyone knows that the most crime happens. Which sure enough is true because I got shoved off my bike out of nowhere.

When I looked at who took it they were already a ways down the street with it. I tried to chase down my bike, but two people appeared with knifes.

"Oh, where do you think you're going?" One of them asked and I saw a smirk on both of their faces.

I started backing up not noticing they were backing me up to an alleyway.

"T-that was m-my bike!" I stuttered as now I was fully backed into the alleyway.

They chuckled as the other one said "Exactly it WAS your bike. now it's ours."

I had to earn up soo much money for that!! I do not want to go back mowing neighbor's yards again and that was my only ride to school!!!

I tried to throw a punch at one guy, but he blocked it and kicked me in my stomach making me fall to the ground while the other guy picked me up.

I closed my eyes not wanting to see what is going to happen, but I was dropped.

I heard fighting going on and I opened one eye to see another kid fighting the bad guys.

Since he had his hood up I couldn't see exactly who he was but he scared the two guys away.

I got up holding the spot where the guy kicked me because it still hurt a LOT, the kid turned to me, but then I saw it was Max, a guy I think I might have a little crush on even though he is the schools most feared bully.

"What were you doing trying to fight those two guys?" He asked.

"I-I wanted m-my bike back." I stuttered.

Why did you stutter Ross!? C'mon He probably thinks you're weirder now!

Then I see him look down at my stomach, which I was still holding because it hurt. I saw his eye widen a little though it was barley noticeable.

I looked down and saw I was bleeding a little

What!? how am I bleeding!?

Like he was reading my mind Max said, "He must have been wearing something sharp on his shoe where he kicked you. Come with me, I'll get you some bandages."

He started walking away and I quickly followed him.

Once we arrived ar what I assumed was his home he lead me inside and told me to sit on the couch.

It seemed like he was taking a while so I looked around and a little journal on the coffee table caught my attention.

Curiosity took over and I grabbed the journal  and turned to a random page.

I thought I saw the word Ross in there, so I read the sentence.

I wonder if Ross would ever feel the same about me, I doubt it, but what would he think if I did tell him I have a huge crush on him... that is why I don't pick fights with him at school.

Wait he has a crush on me too!?

I heard the sound of foot steps stop at the doorway.

I looked over to see Max with a little blush on his cheeks he walked over to me.

He put the bandages down and took the book out of my hands as he read the page I was on.

He set the book down with bigger blush appearing on his face.

He then got the bandages, and lifted up my shirt just enough for him to the put the bandages on.

I could feel me some blush creeping onto my face once he was done.

"Do you really have a crush on me?" I asked quietly.

"Yes," He whispered.
