I always wished to have a sibling so when Mitsuri was born I was so happy as I had a sister and not long after that a baby brother they meant everything to me and I wanted to protect them the best I could so it's why I trained so hard to become a demon slayer which I was proud of however I did notice Mitsuri being down which I didn't like so sitting with her as she looks at the ground playing with her hair nervously making me glare at the back of her head having a feeling it was about her hair again.

Sighing I lean on the wall looking at the ceiling "It's your hair isn't it? did another man say something cruel about it" "he's right though it's such a weird colour, no one will love me" "don't be stupid Mitsuri, look at me" taking her face in my hands making her look at me as I give her a soft smile "my hair is the same as yours, so are you calling me a freak to" "no of course not" "then don't think of yours that way, your an amazing girl one day you'll find the right guy for you" "you promise" "I know so, just keep believing and never change for them be yourself"

Happy I made her better and seeing her smiling around the state made me so happy I could do my job as an older brother even now weeks later a demon had snuck in leaving me to protect them all managing to slay the demon but got a critical injury leaving me on the ground knowing it was the end. Seeing Mitsuri above me crying I give her a smile reaching up to wipe her tears away "don't cry Mitsuri" "but your hurt" "don't worry about it" Grabbing her hand I place my swords Guard in her hand making her look at me confused "you'll be the best love Hashira out there" "I cant! that's your title" "Mitsuri, I don't have long so promise me to stay safe and never be sad be the girl I know you are, strong and brave" "I'll do it for you"
