A/N: Because I don't have anything written at the moment, I'm going to publish this. Yes it's like the first Levi chapter with its own book and idk what else to say so let's get started.

Btw have you listened to BTS's new song "Run"? I'm pretty sure I've had it on repeat for the last 48 hours..it's so good..

You watched from your room balcony as all the knights completed the different training exercises in the court yard. You had a perfect view of them and that made you extremely happy. Why? Well, you'll see in a bit.

A maid came to your side and asked,

"Spectating the training again I see, Lady (Y/N)?" You smiled, maybe hiding a smirk even, and replied,

"Yes. They're working very hard aren't they? Learning to protect my fathers kingdom and all, it must be very hard for them. Shall we..go and prepare them some refreshments?" At your words, her expression darkened but then lit up once again.

"Y-yes! I'm sure they'll appreciate anything you make for them, M'lady." She said as she followed you to the kitchen. The reason she was weary of you making them was because you were a princess. Your whole life you had people doing everything for you, and one she didn't want you hurt. Two,..she hated to say it but you had no idea how to make anything. Anything you attempted to make became a disaster, and no one ever wanted to try anything you made. You didn't show your disappointment when it happened like that, and you were hoping that finally today would be the day someone actually tried what you prepared.

Once you got to the kitchens, you dismissed the staff there and got out the lemons, sugar, and other necessities you needed for lemonade. You sighed happily and whispered,

"I'll show them."

(A little while later)

You tapped your finger against your chin and asked yourself,

"How much sugar again? Three...ten..cups?" You shrugged and put all the remaining sugar into the pitcher of lemonade you were currently making. You mixed up the contents and waited till it settled. Once you were satisfied, you called in two maids and had them carry the refreshment out to the court yard, with you walking behind them of course.

(Outside)

The maid whispered something to the head trainer of knights, who then nodded and held out his hand, forcing his trainees to stop what they were doing. He sudden started yelling in his attention voice,

"HER MAJESTY, THE PRINCESS, HAS KINDLY COME HERE OFFERING SOME REFRESHMENTS SHE HAS MADE HERSELF. TAKE THIS TIME AS A REWARD FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK, THAT BEING SAID THERE WILL BE A 20 MINUTE BREAK." The knights in training all seemed extremely happy at the news, so they came over quite quickly to see what you had prepared them. Although, once they did..their faces automatically showed disgust and utter unenjoyment. Some said,

"I apologize your highness, but I'm not thirsty at the moment." Then they would walk away laughing or talking about you. You sighed and went to walk away when a voice cut through the air.

"I'll take a cup please!" Your eyes widened and you turned around to see a very handsome man, around your age, smiling happily at you while holding up a cup. You blushed and power walked over to the pitcher.

"A-ah yes! Let me get that for yo-AHH I'M SO SORRY!" You went to pour it for him but instead your hands got shaky from embarrassment and you ended up pouring some on him. He dropped the cup he was holding and you both went to grab it, making you both crouch down. He whispered,

"Relax..and take your time, okay? It's okay if your nervous but you can just be yourself, alright?" The knight gave you a kind eye smile and stood up, not forgetting to hold out a hand to help you do the same. You nodded and carefully poured him a glass of lemonade. You watched in anticipation as he chugged it down.

He didn't have any reaction at all at first, and that made you sad. You thought he hated it but suddenly he did something that surprised you.

"I loved it Miss (Y/N)!" He smiled and sat the glass down. "Thank you very much, I hope to see you again." He smiled once again then ran back to the other trainees. You stood there in a daze until the head knight came back over to you.

"Is there anything wrong, M'Lady?" He asked curiously.

"Who...what is that knights name?" You asked as you pointed to the ash brown haired male. The head knight smiled and said proudly,

"Ah him? That's Makoto, a fine knight if I must say. He excels in every area when it comes to protecting and being a true knight." You smiled as you said quietly,

"Makoto.." You suddenly whipped your head up to look at the head knight. He seemed surprised at your action but then gave you an expression that said, "what now?"

You smirked and pointed to Makoto boldly, gaining everyone's attention include his. You said quite loudly,

"I want him as my personal knight. He will stay with me at all times, even when I sleep." Everyone's mouths dropped at your words. The head knight said,

"B-but! He's just a trainee-"

"A trainee you said excelled in every aspect of being a knight. Are you going against my wishes?" You asked as you stared at him, right in the eye. He sighed and waved Makoto over. He put his hand on Makoto's right shoulder and said,

"As of today, you are a full-fledged Knight by orders of Her Highness, you are to be her personal knight. You will protect, proclaim, and serve her until further notice. Do you understand and accept these terms?"

Makoto stood tall and proud with a hand to his head in salute form.

"Yes sir!"

The head knight sighed quietly and said,

"Dismissed." You smiled and walked away, Makoto hot on your heels.

"Um, your majesty?"

"Call me (Y/N) please."

"(Y/N), um, why did you want me to be your personal knight? I'm not that special." He said as he stopped walking. You stopped as well and walked towards him.

"You're the first one." You started as you looked down and continued, "You're the first one who's ever tried the drink I've made. Everyone else either looks away or just flat out rejects it. I know it probably tasted horrible, but despite that you still accepted and tried it. I'm a princess, and..I don't know how to do anything on my own." Upon realizing that, a single tear ran down your cheek and was about to fall but a gentle finger caught it before it could.

"Excuse me for speaking out of position, but I think you're an amazing person. Sure, you may not know how to do everything but who does? I think being a princess is wonderful on its own and..you're a great princess (Y/N)." He smiled as he took your hand and put a single yellow lily inside of your palm.

"I found it out in the court yard and thought it reminded me of you. So lonely yet so beautiful, and I don't think it deserves to be lonely, so I give you this flower. But not only the flower, I also give you myself. I vow right here and now to protect you and serve you, your highness." He got down on one knee and put his right hand to his chest. You were now crying like a baby. Of course no one had ever said anything like that you, or even cared to in the first place. If made your heart beat fast and you didn't exactly understand the feeling but you did understand what you had to do.

Makoto's head was still in that position when you threw your arms around his shoulders and hugged him like there was no tomorrow. He gasped slightly but quickly regained himself before smiling and hugging you back. You whispered,

"You're my Knight, Makoto." He whispered back,

"And you, are my princess, (Y/N)."
