I've had a huge crush on Evan ever since that first day we ever met. I love talking to him and hearing him laugh over the phone. His light chuckles send shivers down my spine every time.
Every day, I type up a paragraph message telling Evan how i feel about him...but every time I type it, I erase it and keep the conversation going.
We have gone out together multiple times and have gotten mistaken as a couple multiple times. I love it when strangers call us a couple.
While Evan and I are texting I decide today is the day I will tell him that I love him.
Y: Evan I wanna tell you somethin...
E: yeah?
I love you... I always have ever since the day we met at that cafe. Every time I'm with you I just imagine what we could be if this led to something else...like dating or something like that... I want to be with you. I wanna lay with you and watch movies and hold hands while walking down the beach and peck you on the lips before I go to work. And I hope you feel the same way about me...
I stare at the message, reading it over multiple times before thinking, "I can't do this... " He probably doesn't like me the way I like him. His constant flirting must be him just messing with me in a friendly way. "But I love him..." I say out loud as I erase the text and type something different instead.
Y: we should hang out again soon. Maybe Six Flags? I'm off tomorrow if you're free...
E: sure ^-^ i'll pick you up at 8
Tomorrow, I will take Evan by surprise and tell him that I love him... I promise.
