They just, YES!!! ...just don't ask them how stable their relationship is between 1763 and 1780 or so. Probably should've divorced then, but they didn't!!! They're really healthy and cute now though now that Britain's changed for the better!! I don't know how to talk about them that much, but just know, they're so good now!! Britain really helped France get through the Napoleonic Era because it was not good for her mental health.

This ship is what got me into the fandom. Not even joking. I was reading a bunch of Statehumans fics, because at the time I liked SH but not CH, but then I came across FrUK in a fic and I really just vibed with it, enough so that I stuck around with the CH stuff, and now look at where I'm at.

One of two exceptions to Enemies to Lovers kinda sucking as a trope (the other is SovAme). With how long their history is and how the history between the two is, it just makes a little too much sense as a ship. Just... YES!
