Just friends. This wasn't because I didn't love Ash. I love Ash too much to never be with him. I thought of this as an experiment. Spend a few months maybe seeing other people, to see if my feelings for Ash are true. If this works, I wouldn't see anything pull us apart. Ever.

Ash's words echoed in my head. He didn't see this as an opportunity to meet new people. I will try my best to make this work. For everyone.

My friends were so adamant on this idea, it was also to keep them quiet. They didn't believe Ash and I had a future. I would just have to prove them wrong. Everything we have done. The good times and the bad. It has brought us together in the end.

Love. What did it even mean? Just some label on a relationship to show your affection. Then there is true love. Love that matters. Love that keeps you awake at night. Love that makes you dream. Love that builds the future. Love that leaves you hoping that life is always going to be better. Love.

I believe that me and Ash have true love. It has meaning. When I see him I become breathless and the whole world is nothing but a shadow in my mind. Ash is the one under the spotlight on the stage. The star of my show. The sole purpose of my existence. It was destined on  that day, almost 2 years ago.

I met a raven haired boy, that was different to everyone else. An outcast in his old school. Someone that made me feel alive. It was destiny that we was partnered in our classes. It was destiny that he felt the same way. Destiny.

It's only a matter of time before we are once more together. The clock in my heart continues to tick and the alarm prepares itself for the day. Time will slowly go on. Time is the one thing that keeps life from standing still. Time helps us move on. For me time is frozen. I can not move on. Time.

Soon, it will be time for our true love to be shown to the world. After all, it was my destiny to never stop loving you.
