This week has been the best of my life. Me and Serena have, instead of taking a break, done the complete opposite and turned our relationship round. Today was our last day. The plane was expected to take off at 5am tomorrow morning.

"We should just relax, like we did on the first day. I think I have blisters" Serena complained, rubbing her feet.

I was content on doing what she wanted "Sure, lets rent a rom com" I said and Serena giggled.

"You know me too well, Ash"

We ordered as much room service as possible and Serena picked a dvd.

We cuddled up on the sofa, eating loads of food and watching dvd's but also rewatching some.

"Sometimes I don't get these films" I threw a skittle into my mouth and continued "it's all so cheesy"

Serena giggled and moved closer against my chest. She was silent throughout the whole film.

It took another hour before Serena fell asleep. She always fell asleep watching dvd's. I got up and let her lie down. My legs ached from being sat down for hours. I checked my watch, it was almost 4pm.

I ordered some pizza from the hotel and went over to Serena.

I gave her a little shake "Serena?" I said.

She let out a groan and then sat up "W-what?" She said, half asleep. Just then there was a knock on the door. I went over and took the pizza, before shutting the door again.

"I got us some pizza" I said, placing both boxes on the bed "Yes I got you're favourite" She slowly got up an moved over.

We sat on the end of the bed, eating.

"This holiday has been the best of my life" I said with a deep sigh.

"Definetly. Thank you Ash" Serena smiled her bright smile and I scratched my cheek nervously.

"It wasn't a problem. After all, we are here because of our friends" I only spoke the truth. If they didn't talk about us, Cilan wouldn't have told me anything. Cilan was a great friend.

"But, they was all so negative" Serena said, swallowing a slice of pizza.

"Yes, but, without their opinions being said, Cilan couldn't have told me, meaning that we wouldn't be here"

She contemplated what I had said and nodded "I guess you're right"

"And now, when we go home. They will see a difference and be happy" I smiled and put my arm around Serena "I love you, Serena. Too much"

She blushed and put her head on my arm "I love you more" She teased and giggled.

"Is that so?" I teased and I began tickling her. We squirmed around on the bed as she tried to fight me off.

"Ash! Stop it!" She said under her laughing. I stopped, ending up on top of her. I clutched onto her hands and our fingers locked together. I leaned forward to meet Serena and we kissed, for like,  the millionth time. This one felt more passionate and it was the best kiss ever. I felt like it should last forever, so I didn't release the kiss. I sat ontop of Serena for a few minutes, in the same position. Then I rolled onto the empty space in the bed.

"We should finish that DVD" I suggested. Serena turned and smiled.

"I could do with a cuddle and a rom com" I laughed and jumped onto the sofa.

It was beginning to get late once the film ended, so I suggested we sleep. We was waking up extra early in the morning.

It wasn't long before I was woken up by Serena, packing her things. The lights blinded me and I shielded my face with my forearm.

"Morning" I said weakly.

"Come on, Ash. We need to be there in a hour.

By the time I got changed, Serena had finished packing. She gave me a hand with my things and I got us a taxi to the airport. The last thing I grabbed was a picture we took on the beach. I had my face buried in Serena's hair and she was laughing as she took the photo. I folded it up and put it in my pocket, before going to the airport.

We boarded our plane with time to spare, but I was so tired that the plane journey felt like it had taken only five minutes. When I woke up, we was preparing to land. I tapped Serena, who then also woke up.

Once we got off the plane, our Moms were there, waiting for us. My Mom came rushing over and gave me a massive hug.

"I missed you so much. Did you have a good time?" My Mom asked, as I grabbed my luggage.

I looked over at Serena, who also looked over. I waved goodbye and smiled.

"The best time of my life, ever" Nothing could beat the week I had just had. I wanted to go back and do it all again.

"Great. Now lets go home. You have results waiting for you" My Mom reminded me and I almost facepalmed. My results! I suddenly became nervous as we came home. I ran through the door with my bags and, throwing them down, tore open the envelope with my report card.

I scanned over the results and smiled. I passed math with a B. That was a shock.

I looked at my science and frowned. I got a D. It wasn't my problem I had a lousy teachef who's son had it in for me.

"I also got this letter, about your science" My Mom said nervously.

Why was she so nervous? I scanned over the letter and saw the words compulsory and 2 week science summer camp.

"Can I go stand on the road and get hit by a car?" I moaned. I didn't want to spend two weeks meeting new people. I had my friends.

"Sorry Ash, but you're going and that's it" She said this calmly and I sighed. Anything to secure a C grade, I suppose.

"Something nice to tell my friends" I said sarcastically. My Mom smiled. I guess she knew I would complain and so she was ok with it. I ran upstairs to call Cilan.

Ring, ring.

"Hello? Ash?" He said through the phone. I heard a few other voices saying "Hey, Ash!" or "Ash?"

"Hey, I just got home about an hour ago, to find out I have to go to some science summer camp in a week" I collapsed onto my bed.

"Gary!" Cilan shouted "Ash is going to the summer camp" I swear I heard him race to Cilan.

"Ash! I am going too!" I heard Gary shout into Cilan's phone.

I sighed with relief "So how are you guys?" I wondered.

"Currently in our hotel, second week" I remembered that Kenny always took them all on holiday and I missed it.

"Well, enjoy your last week. I just had the best holiday of my life with Serena. Beats ours last year" I said bye and then hung up.

Guess I might aswell keep everything packed, ready for the next holiday in the summer. Except this one wouldn't be pleasant.
