Just as I thought. I knew I would end up in Kenny's car, bound for this seniors party to trash his place. I wasn't sure if this would be fun or be trouble. I couldn't really do much but watch the car and listen to music, so I was going to be a spectator for the time being. Kenny pulled up and looked at the address sent by his cousin.

"This is the house, to our left" Kenny opened his door and got out. I stayed in the passenger seat and rolled up the windows, turning on the radio. I listened to boring songs and waited. I watched as Kenny, Drew, Calem and Gary threw rolls of toilet paper over the front of the roof. They all had good throws and it wrapped over the roof, rolling down and covering both sides. They then each got a box of eggs and first covered the guys car in eggs, smashing each one over his bonnet. They then threw eggs over the house, covering it in a load of yolk. This obviously brought attention to the people inside and they came to see the commotion. I couldn't hear anything but everyone began shouting. I looked over at Gary as he threw an egg at the crowd by the door. The egg splat over someones head and caused a chain reaction, everyone being covered in yolk while effectively falling over. I could then hear the laughter erupting from the others as they threw themselves back into the car. Kenny drove off and it was as if we was never at the guys house.

"It's a shame we didn't break anything" Drew sounded a little too excited.

"Playing a little prank get your blood pumping Drew?" I leaned back and looked over my shoulder at the three in the back. Drew didn't reply, he just continued to smile and laugh.

"If we broke anything, it would have been an offence against the law" Kenny pointed out to Drew, who didn't seem to care.

"That wasn't enough" I swear Drew could've bounced out of the car due to the excitement.

"Dude. His house is an absolute mess, I think there was enough there" Calem added, joining in with the laughter.

"What do we do now? I feel like they might come back for some more" Gary wondered. As soon as he said that, everyone changed and became serious.

"Oh, I see" I looked at Drew, then Calem "You guys only take it seriously if you are planning..."

"Damn right" Calem looked at me with annoyance "Sometimes you can be so annoying Ash, like a rash"

Huh? Me, annoying? I shook it off and recovered.

"Rash Ketchum!" Gary pointed at me and began laughing. Drew burst into laughter and I was sure Kenny nearly crashed.

"You guys...Need to act your age, like seriously" I sighed, facepalming.

"You need to liven up, Ash" Kenny kept his eyes on the road as he spoke, thank god.

"How can I when I have two fracture fingers on my strong hand? I couldn't even throw an egg 5 metres you idiot" I was getting annoyed, so Kenny patted my shoulder.

"Calm down, Rash" He said with a little grin, making Drew and Calem snicker.

"This is never going to let up, is it?" I sighed.

"I heard Rash's go away if you apply cream" Calem added, bringing more laughter from the others.

"Great, I will be sure to keep that advice" I said sarcastically, my tone flat. Kenny parked outside my house, so I instantly got out.

"See ya Rash!" They all said in unison.

"Thanks for the ride" I replied, weakly waving back with my right hand, before walking inside. As soon as I shut the door I let out a huge sigh. Now a little joke was going to appear throughout the year, great. Rash Ketchum, I don't get why it is so funny...

I woke up the next morning and done my usual routine, wandering around until I felt like getting ready for school. As soon as I got to school, the jokes carried on.

"Morning, Rash" Calem said instantly, making Drew and Gary laugh. Kenny nearly choked on his drink.

"Rash?" Serena raised an eyebrow in question.

"It's nothing" Drew said defensively "An inside joke"

"Hmmph" Serena folded her arms and turned to me, suddenly smiling "Good morning Ash!"

"Oh, erm...Morning" I gave Serena a weak wave and sat down, already having a headache from the jokes.

"Sooooooo...Rash" Gary spoke slowly, emphasising each syllable "What classes are we in today?"

"Isn't it about time you came out of the closet, GAYry..." I commented in an attempt to shut him up. Gary seemed stunned by my comment and the others erupted into laughter. Seems like the whole Rash nickname has blown over now.

"That was uncalled for, Ash" Gary finally said my name, so I was satisfied.

"I know. I guess rash's can be real irritating at times, huh?" I retorted with a little smirk.

"You got him good, Ash" Drew threw his hand out and I slapped it, giving him a hi-5.

"How come no one else gets insulted?" Gary moaned like a kid as always.

"Well, you came up with the nickname" I explained, making Gary feel like an idiot "Ahh... Revenge sure is sweet" I added, leaning back against the wall.

"Well, I don't really know what just happened" May laughed, bringing nods from the other girls and Cilan.

"Don't worry, it is just something from last night" I explained, bringing an interest to the words last night.

"Talking of last night, what happened?" Dawn asked us all, making the others stop arguing in silence and become suddenly serious, yet excited.

"Well, we egged his house and covered it in one or two roles of TP" Calem started to tell the story, but Drew butted in.

"More like 10 rolls of TP man, it was awesome" Drew laughed and then Kenny jumped in.

"We egged his car too!" He said with absolute joy.

"Then, I threw an egg and took down a group of the idiots!" Gary said proudly, like it was a lifetime aspiration he completed.

Iris sighed "You guys are so stupid. They will be back for more"

"Well then" Drew's eyes narrowed "If it is a war they want, a war is what they'll get!"

"That's right" Calem rolled his shoulder "No holding back next time"

"Urgh. Such fools" Iris shook her head and headed to class.

"I guess we should all go to class now, before the bell rings" I suggested. We all had a few different classes, so we seperated and agreed to meet at lunch as usual. I held Serena's hand as we slowly walked down to our social studies class. It was a class we got into to get away from the others during lessons.

"This whole revenge thing seems a little pointless, right?" Serena asked me as we continued to walk. I regarded her words, she was right because it was quite pointless.

"It will blowover in a week I bet, just wait for them to give it up" I tried to be reassuring, but I wasn't sure. We headed into the lesson and sat down in the back corner as usual. It was a quiet class and as soon as we was set on a task, we worked independently for the whole class. It was boring at times but nice to get some peace and relaxation every so often. Sitting next to Serena was a definite benefit.

As quick as the day started, classes felt like a breeze and it was lunch. We all ate and then headed to our usual spot, except people where in our spot suddenly.

"This seems like deja vu, huh?" The guy at the front took the toothpick wedged between his lips and flicked it onto the floor. He was wearing a Lumiose High baseball jersey, which obviously meant it was the batter.

"What are you fools doing here?" I asked, looking at the batter, who scoffed.

"We are fools? Don't categorise us with you idiots, please"

"Why do you all have to act like such kids?" Iris was at it again, complaining. She broke from the back of our group and stepped infront of me and Serena.

"You guys need a little girl to protect you, huh?" The batter laughed.

"You know, being cocky can get you in trouble" Iris put a hand on her hip and raised her eyebrows. The batter just laughed.

"What can you do to me that is 'trouble'?" He mocked, turning around to walk off. Iris kicked the middle of his leg, instantly bringing him to his knees.

"Leave our school or suffer a broken arm" Iris sounded fed up and wanted to get rid of the idiots. The batter got up and brushed down his clothes.

"Fine. But don't think this over, Vannifail!" His last comment brought laughter from his group and then they disappeared round the corner.

"They need teaching a lesson" Drew stood forward and clenched his fist.

"Why don't you just settle it with baseball? We never got the chance to play last weekend, so why not in two weeks time, we face Lumiose High and settle this feud?" May suggested this and Drew's eyes lit up like fireworks.

"You genius. I could kiss you right now!"

"Erm..No thanks" May stepped back and leaned away from Drew. Calem grabbed him and pulled him back.

"We will propose the offer tomorrow" Cilan suggested "Lunch is over soon so it will be easier that way"

"Maybe we should egg the school and say it feels like deja vu" Gary suggested, being as stupid as ever.

"I am not sure Gary, but I think that is illegal" Misty laughed, brushing past him and walking with Dawn and May. Iris began talking to Cilan about god knows what and I hung back with Serena and the others.

"Yeah, we can't do that to the school, unless the whole school was involved" Calem pointed this out, but they all still sounded like idiots.

"God, you guys are definitely kids. Atleast Ash is a little mature" Serena commented. I was a little surpirsed and stopped walking.

"A little?" I asked Serena, who gave herself a moment before winking.

"Ok, you are very mature Ash Ketchum" She changed the sentence, making me smile.

"You got that right!" I kissed her cheek and continued to walk on.

The others behind us continued to murmur baseball strategies and everyone made me realize something. Everything seemed too normal, like it was too good to be true. I mean, I had two fractured fingers but that wasn't a problem. Usually when I felt like everything was perfect we would suddenly have problems. The Lumiose High seniors aren't a problem, it will just be a friendly game of baseball, so why would we need to worry? My thoughts trailed to the future and the possibility of college. All I had to do was nail the finals and follow on with Serena, so we could stay together. Our relationship kind of depended on my exams, because I don't think we could handle long distance relationships, cars or no cars, it wouldn't be the same if we wasn't 3 doors down from each other and could go over to each other's houses whenever we wanted.

"So we just try and play offensive and go for the home runs?" Gary asked the others. I turned to see them all nodding and stopped walking again.

"You guys aren't very smart, are you?" I folded my arms and raised an eyebrow. After listening to 'play offensive' I knew they didn't have a clue about baseball and how you should actually play.

"Can you not butt in, Rash" Calem suddenly blurted out. He set Gary and Drew off into a never ending laughing fit and smiled a little "Oops, it kind of slipped out"

"Urgh" I said in frustration "I am going to search up for insulting puns with your name, Calem!"

"Is there anyone else in the world called Calem?" Serena wondered, tapping her chin in thought.

"Of course there is, it is the best name ever" Calem suddenly said.

"You sound like Gary with that ego, you know" I grinned and Calem threw his hand out as if to say he gives up.

"Yeah whatever" He said, trailing back to Drew and Gary as the bell rang. The proposition of an actual baseball was quite exciting. Vaniville would reign supreme regardless of the rules or team, I was sure of that.
