A little heads up, there is going to be a few bits of time skipping, mainly due to the fact that I haven't made it clear how far into the year we are, so it will be clear this episode.

Question for today: What Eeveelution do you want to see with Serena's Eevee? Personally, I would love to see an Umbreon because I love Umbreon xD

There was a little hint at a possible Jolteon and I was thinking about Pikachu and Jolteon linking together due to them both being electric types and this apparent theory with a possible Eevee x Pikachu that seemed untrue after we met Eevee, but Jolteon would be a nice possibility for amourshipping to go even further too. Preferably, it would have to be Leafeon or Umbreon.

(Serena)

Two whole months had passed since Drew's accident and it was now the first day of December. The cold winter winds had come in already and the sun was hardly ever out. The temperature dropped quite severely, making the day seem bitter. During these two months, Kevin has been in contact a lot. He claims that his sister wants to see me again after so long, but I don't know what he is up to anymore. When I told Ash he got really defensive and told me not to go, but I wanted to. It seems like Ash isn't really on good terms with Kevin, but I will have to confirm that myself by asking him another day.

(Ash)

When Serena told me she was going to Kevin's house, I instantly presumed the worst case scenario, but I feel bad for being so protective. I shouldn't be jealous when I know Serena is with me, I don't know why I am so stupid.

"Erm...Ash?" Gary waved his hand infront of my face. I jumped up, realising I was daydreaming. 

"You alright buddy?" Calem asked, leaning over Gary and looking at me.

"I am all good, just thinking about Serena" I explained, cupping my hand under my chin. I looked down from the wall we was sitting on, at Kenny and Drew having a discreet conversation. 

"She went to Kevin's right, something about seeing his group of friends again?" Cilan peeked round past Calem and down the line to me. I nodded to him and Gary frowned.

"What a load of crap, that Kevin ain't right" He huffed in annoyance and put a finger up as if a light bulb had just switched on above his head. "Lets go beat him up and teach him a lesson!"

"Erm, Gary, sometimes violence isn't an answer" Cilan pulled a frown and Gary threw Cilan a 'so what' look.

"To be honest, I don't care too much. I just need to stop over thinking everything to do with Serena" I grabbed the milkshake on my left and jumped off the wall, landing onto my feet. The others followed me down and we walked over to Drew and Kenny. 

"What're you guys talking about?" Gary instantly asked, being as nosy as ever. Cilan sighed and rubbed his eyes, as if he was fed up.

"Nothing much" Drew gave a little shrug "Just what we plan to do after high school"

This again? It has been a popular topic recently and it was annoying me just thinking about my possibilities. 

"Ooh, that's awesome!" Gary's face lit up "So, what are your plans then?"

"Well, I am just going to hit the books after Christmas and study to try and go to a college, any really" Drew explained, snapping a look to Kenny, gesturing for him to go.

"I'm going to be working for my dad, so I just need the grades to keep him happy, I suppose" Kenny shrugged, not knowing what else to say.

"Man, I hope I can get into a college nearby" Gary looked motivated, for the first time in his life it seemed. I guess he was set into getting into college, although his grades had been pointing him in the wrong direction recently.

We started walking out of the park and headed down the street.

"I want to go to the police academy" Calem admitted, rubbing his chin in deep though. I imagined Calem as a police man, but it just didn't work. I almost laughed at the possibility. 

"I think I have the same idea as Calem" Cilan piped up, joining in the conversation. I slowly drifted at the back, hoping not to be asked.

"Really?" Calem smiled a little "Well then, we can go together"

You mean try, Calem. 

"What about the creeper at the back?" Everyone stopped and turned to face me, I looked down, hiding my face. Great.

"Yeah, Ash" Calem joined in "What's your plans?"

"I-" I tried to talk, but Gary jumped in.

"He probably wants to work with his Mom or something!" Gary looked around for any sign of laughter, but everyone was silent for a moment. "Come on, that was funny, right? 

Everyone sighed and shook their heads. Sometimes Gary's career as a comedian seemed doomed.

"In all honesty, I am looking out for Serena's future more" I admitted, gulping a little. I wasn't sure about their reactions. "I want to go to the same college as her and keep our relationship going"

"Aww, Ash is in love!" Gary sounded like such a kid today, but he never changed.

"Duh, you doofus" Kenny slapped him on the head with force "Ash is obviously prioritising his future with Serena over his career"

I nodded, rubbing my arm a little awkwardly. Calem slapped his hand on my shoulder. 

"I respect that decision, Ash. It can take some guts" Calem smiled and I stopped feeling a little embarrassed and smiled back.

"You know it is going to take work, Ash" Cilan said as a warning, but I already knew fully how much work would be needed.

"I know. Serena is like, two times smarter than me, so I really need to kick up the studying a notch. I can sense a kind of urgency about my plans too, like if I don't act soon it will be too late. My grades could potentially spell trouble for our relationship"

"Well, I am going to leave you with a good luck" Kenny gave a little saluting gesture, before heading off in the opposite direction.

"See ya Kenny!" Everyone began waving and saying goodbye, before continuing down the street. Gary was next to leave, heading down an alleyway opposite the school. The rest of us took a long walk up a straight road, before Cilan and Calem turned left. 

"It's good to see you back on your feet and moving around more, Drew" I admitted as we got closer to my house.

"I feel glad to be back, that hospital and those injuries sucked. It's the last time I get a little crazy when someone opens their dad's cabinet" Drew laughed and I smiled, finding it a little funny. Drew never got disheartened when something bad happened, so it was good to see him laughing as usual.

"Well, this is where I get off, so see you" I waved goodbye to Drew as he continued on home.

1 Month Later...

"Happy new year, Ash!" Serena flashed a warm smile and put her arms around my chest, hugging me closer. I put my arms around her waist and waited for her to release.

"Happy new year to you too" I smiled back, looking around at the snow falling. "Today sure seems too cheery for a cold day"

"Yeah.. Probably because it is a new year, meaning people change and places change too" Serena spoke a little quietly, as if she was reminiscing. 

"You okay?" I asked, looking at her day dreaming face.

"Huh? I'm fine" She admitted, waving her hands in front of her face, gesturing she was okay.

"So, what has been up with Kevin recently, he is always texting you" I spoke with a slightly stern tone, to kind of warn Serena of his trouble.

"I don't know, Ash. He claims you and him are friends but you seem so protective and-" Serena began talking so fast, I cut her off with my hand.

"I don't like that guy. Not even a little. He just wants to break us up,  I can feel it" I spoke with urgency in order to get my point across.

"Well..." Serena put her arms over my shoulders and leaned in. She kissed me on the lips and I gave her a kiss back, sharing the short moment we had. My hands crept to her sides and I hugged her closer, smiling in my head. She felt so warm I could keep her close to me all day. "No one is going to ever break us up"

"Heh" I laughed nervously, scratching my head "I guess you're right"

"I know I am right" Serena winked, before spinning around "Lets go meet the others!" 

She rushed off before I could even speak, forcing me to run after her.

"Serena! Wait up, the pavement is slippery!" 

I ran down the pavement, smiling all the way. God was I lucky to have Serena with me.
