Kai

I was in the streets, thinking back of the events of the Reversed. I felt bad of what I've done to all the Cardfighters, even to the ones closest to me. 

I walked to Cardfight Capital, where the people who played Vanguard to hang out or practice their fighting skills. 

I noticed Min , who seems to be silent, as if something was bothering her. 

I decided to walk up to her. "Hey, Min. " 

She was stunned of my appearance as she said, "Oh, hi, Kai. I didn't realize you came . " 

I said, turning serious, "Are you feeling all right? Is something wrong?" 

She seems to be quiet for a moment then said, "I do felt something. Something is off, Kai. You wouldn't believe me if I told you something happened to me last night." 

I seem to be curious, mostly because Min is very serious when something is off, like she has sensed something way beyond me. 

I noticed someone familiar. It was Emi, Aichi's little sister, and she is one of the Vanguard players in her own Cardfight Club .

Min was curious as she ask, "Hey, isn't that Emi? Where is Aichi? It's not like him to disappear." 

I walked up to her, "Hey, Emi. Where is your brother?" 

Emi's eyes blink of her having a sibling, as she said, "I'm sorry, but I'm an only child. I don't recall having a brother." 

That caught our attention as I pulled Min to have a private talk. 

Min

I couldn't believe it! How could Emi doesn't remember Aichi? Could this mean something, like how Blaster Blade appears to me in a dream?

"Min, I know this would sound absolutely crazy, but I think we are the only people who remembered everything about the Reversed , Link Joker and Aichi." 

I said, "How is this possible that Aichi disappeared without a trace? It's seems impossible! What we going to do?"

Kai seems to be lost in thought as if he was trying to come up with an idea. 

That was when he doges out of the building as he ran all the way to the school where Aichi attended. 

"Kai, what is the meaning of going to Aichi's school?"

He walks in, saying, "This room is not just an ordinary Psychics lab. This is where Aichi first formed the Cardfight Club for his school. "

He seems to be happy , remembering the conversation of us talking about what is happening in our school lives.

"Min, Kai, you wouldn't believe it. I officially created a Cardfight Club for Miyaji Academy! " 

I said, "Aichi, that's great! That means that I have to do some intense training if we go against you one day! " 

"Oh, yeah? How about we do a match right now! " He said. 

I sigh, "Kai, I'm really freaking out. What could this mean with everyone doesn't remember who is Aichi Sendou?" 

As we exited the Club room, something shimmered towards Kai, as I closed my eyes from the lights, as it revealed an familiar Vanguard .

"No.. way." I said, as the card revealed to be, "Blaster Blade?!? " 

Kai said, "This card is the one I've given to Aichi so long ago before I met you, Min." 

"You're kidding. You knew Aichi way back then? I'm kind of envious of you, Kai." 

Kai said, "Come on, Min. Don't get your emotions get the best of you. If it wasn't for Vanguard, I wouldn't met you or Aichi. 

And if I didn't give him Blaster Blade, things wouldn't be like this now." 

I rubbed my head, "Yeah, you do have a point there." 

As we exited the Club room, we noticed another familiar face who was watching us from the distance. 

It was Naoki Ishida , Aichi's best friend and member of the club! 

Maybe we can get his memories of Aichi, and he can help us find Aichi and figure out of his disappearance. 

"Hey, Naoki." Kai said , simply as he asks, "How you know my name? " 

I said, "We know a lot, but in order to know, how about you and Kai go for a Cardfight at the Capital?" 

We head inside as Naoki said, "Somehow, this place feels familiar to me somehow." 

I handed him a deck of Vanguard , as he looks at me with a curious face. 

I smiled as I said, "You'll be needing that. "

Why I do sense something I've forgot? Is it something important, someone close to me?

Kai, the boy I've bumped into with his friend seems to be concern about something, but what could it mean for me?

Why do I have to be involved with their problem?

I touched the deck the girl has given me, as if I felt some familiarity to it. 

"Are you ready?" Kai ask. 

I nod at him as we said in unison, 

"Stand up , my Vanguard!"
