(Salvatore Boarding School)

Vanessa had just finished making her coffee and she went to sit with Damon, "Honey this was such a great idea. Getting up early so we can have some quiet time together." They go for a kiss when Damien and Bruce walked in

"You're a jerk!" Damien yelled

"You're an idiot!" Bruce yelled

Vanessa and Damon let out a groan, "Alright tomorrow we get up just a little bit earlier." Damon said

"Okay, what's going on guys?" Vanessa asked

"I can't take it anymore, mom! He snores like a pig." Bruce said, mocking his snore

"Yeah? Well you talk in your sleep." Damien said, also mocking him

The two of them continue to mock each other, "All right enough!" Damon yelled

"We've got to switch rooms, mom." Bruce said

"Okay look you can talk to some of the students and see if they want to switch rooms, is that a deal?" Vanessa said

"Fine with me." Bruce and Damien said and they go and sit down

Alec and Jade then walk into the kitchen, "Oh hi." Vanessa said

"Oh, look. There's our handsome son and beautiful girl." Damon said

"Hey you guys finally got out of bed today." Damien said

"We just came to grab our breakfast." Alec said, as he grabbed a banana.

"Honey, don't take the brown banana. Get the yellow one." Vanessa said

"Yellow is too happy of a color." Jade said, and then they walked out just as Lizzie and Josie walked in

"I can't believe they're still moping about breakups with Magnus and Beck. That was like two whole days ago." Damien said

"I still can't believe Magnus would cheat on Alec." Josie said

"I know I thought he was our friend, but now he's just a slut like Klaus and Hayley." Lizzie said

"Hey, we talked about this. Be nice." Damon said

"And give them a break Damien, Magnus and Beck were the twin's first love." Vanessa said

"Beck technically didn't do anything wrong, he and Penelope were just friends." Bruce said

"It doesn't matter, we all made a pact to never talk or speak about that evil spawn, because of what she did to Josie." Lizzie said

"Let's be honest, I do think that taking a little break would be best for Beck and Jade." Damon said

"What do you mean, Damon?" Vanessa asked

"Well look everyone has been on edge because of finals so maybe after that, the two of them we'll get back together in no time." Damon said

"Meh, knowing Jade they probably won't." Bruce said

"For once we both agree on something." Damien said

(Salvatore Boarding School: Alec's Room)

"Alec, come on. I know you're in there." Max said

"No, I'm not!" Alec groaned

"Okay, you're leaving us no choice." Max said

Josie lifts up the covers and the two let out a disgusted groan, "What died in here?" She asked

"My heart." Alec cried

"Yeah, I think the smell is coming from the outside of your body." Josie said

"When was the last time you took a shower?" Max asked

"A shower is not going to wash away my pain." Alec said as he sat up. "Okay, how about my pain?" Max said, pointing to himself and Alec sent him a glare,

"Come on, we gotta break you out of this funk." Max said

"How about some music?" Josie said as she walked over to the radio behind his bed.

"No, I— no, I already tried that." Alec said, blocking Josie's hand. "I listened to happy songs and they made me sad because those people were so happy. And I'm so sad." Alec cried as he brought his pillow to his face and layed down on his bed.

Josie takes the pillow away from him, "Do you think you're the only person who's ever had their heart broken? Remember when Penelope cheated on me?"

"I know, I know, and then you set her on fire once you found out and then you dumped her, but Josie this is different." Alec said as he sits up,

"How is this different?" Josie asked

"Not only did he cheat on me, he got his ex wife pregnant. He was doing this behind back for months. He wouldn't even have gotten caught if Camille sent me the video of them having sex." Alec cried

"Look, you gotta do something." Max said, grabbing Alec's hand. "You gotta brush your teeth. Then brush your hair." Alec blows his breath into Josie and Max's face, causing the two to groan again in disgust, "And then brush your teeth again. Because, boy, that breath is nasty!" Josie said

"Max, Josie, you just don't understand what I'm going through. Nobody does. How many times have I told you guys? He got his ex wife pregnant." Alec whined

"Okay. Well, you can either rejoin the world ...." Max begins

"Or crawl back under those covers for the rest of your life and be miserable." Josie finishes

"Thank you." Alec said and then crawls back into his bed

"Thank you. It smells a lot better now." Max said and the two of them leave

(Salvatore Boarding School: Hallway)

"Here," Jade held out a coffee cup to Hope, "Try this coffee and tell me what it tastes like."

Hope stared at her in shock as she slowly closed her door. She took the cup and smiled softly, wondering if this was some sort of an olive branch. "Hazelnut?"

"I don't know," Jade shrugged casually, "I found it in the garbage."

Hope grimaced and let out a yelp of disgust before rushing to the nearest bathroom to wash out her mouth. All the while Jade watched with a satisfied smirk.

(Outside the Salvatore Boarding School)

Vanessa was sitting with Elena, Caroline, and Bonnie while the rest of the children were playing outside.

"So how are you holding up Elena? Any word on Sam and Dean?" Vanessa asked

"I'm a little worried it's been almost a week and I haven't heard a single word from them. Bobby or Mary would have texted me." Elena said

"They'll return soon." Bonnie said, putting her hand on Elena's shoulder

"What about the twins? How are they doing?" Elena asked

"Well Jade is better, this morning she gave Hope a coffee out of a dumpster so i'm pretty sure she's doing ok. But you know Alec, he's stubborn. Max and Josie tried to help him out but he didn't move." Vanessa said

"Ugh, I can't believe Magnus would do that to him." Bonnie scoffed

"Okay enough of the sad stuff." Vanessa said

"Yeah, what about you Mrs. Parker, didn't you say you had something to tell us?" Caroline smiled

"You guys remember how I was all moody yesterday?" Bonnie asked

"Yep."

"Oh yeah."

"I took a pregnancy test yesterday and well...." Bonnie points to her stomach and says, "I'm pregnant."

The girls screamed in delight and hugged Bonnie, "Oh my gosh this is exciting, have you told Kai?!!" Elena asked

"I haven't told Kai yet, but I plan to tonight." Bonnie said

"This is just the distraction I needed to not worry about Klaus." Vanessa squealed

Caroline looks away, "Um speaking of Klaus...." Everyone turns to see Klaus walking over to them, "Ugh." Vanessa said

"Well hello to you too, luv." Klaus said

"What are you doing here? I thought you were going back to New Orleans." Vanessa said

"We need to talk." Klaus said

"Whatever you have to say, you can say in front of us." Bonnie said

"Yeah." Caroline and Elena said in unison

"Please, just hear me out." Klaus begged

"Fine." Vanessa said and she got up from her chair. "Nessa, are you sure about this?" Caroline asked

"Yeah, this is Klaus we're talking about. He'll say or do anything to get you back." Elena said

"It'll be okay, you guys. Besides, I can handle myself." Vanessa said and she walks away with Klaus

(Salvatore Boarding School: Vanessa's Office)

"What do you want Klaus?" Vanessa asked once the door was closed and she sat in her chair.

"I know that I've hurt you and I am so sorry for that, you stood by me through everything you made me want to be a better man for my daughter and for my son. I never should've slept with Hayley, she was a mistake. I just hope that you can forgive me for the mistakes that I have made. I don't want our family to fall apart because of me." Klaus said

"Do you think you can just apologize and everything goes back to the way it was? It doesn't work that way, Niklaus. You were cruel and selfish, you only thought about your needs, you didn't care about anything but yourself. I had to give birth to the twins alone! If it wasn't for Damon and Stefan taking me in, I wouldn't have had a home to raise the rest of our kids in." Vanessa said

Klaus looks at Vanessa" I will do anything to make up for what I have done."

Vanessa looked at Klaus and said, " I will never forget what you did but I don't want this negative energy to affect my son and daughter or Hope so we can start to move on but don't push me Niklaus."
