These are two very valid comments/complaints and they illustrate how verbose some of this book is. Please don't think I'm trying to shame the complainants. I actually understand their critiques.

Though I'm proud of the end product that I eventually published on Amazon, this original rough draft is very flawed and unnecessarily wordy. Once this rough draft underwent edits and rewrites, it evolved into something new. Something more polished. It's called Winterly. It is available on Amazon.

But this, Vampyre Bride, is Winterly BEFORE I gave it ten facelifts.

This version, therefore, represents the author I was—an inveterate abuser of exclamation points and semi colons. And a purple proser who slept with a thesaurus under her pillow at night.
