It was May 2nd 1998 and everything was going to Voldemort's plan yes he knew that Harry was in the castle all thanks to his 'spy' one Severus Tobias Snape he knew that the brat was there and he would get the brat if it was the last thing he would do

He had managed to get into the school after braking the stupid shield around the school thanks to Dumbles wand.... the Elder Wand so powerful and marvellous he knew he would have to keep this wand and keep his Yew Wand for later but first the brat....

As he walked through the castle he saw the carnage that was glorious he was going to win this he just knew it

As the battle went on he noticed that someone was missing that and that someone was his most trusted spy... where was Severus Snape of all people he went to look

And search he did....

He found the man in the Shrieking Shack of all things the place was disgusting it really was but why here of all things he knew the wand didn't work for him like it was meant to be but that was because it was won by another and then he won it from them but why after winning the blasted thing wouldn't work but it was still powerful enough to get rid if this idiot but when he looked at him Nagini over the dark haired man he had a plan....

Oh and it was glorious now if only....

Instead of killing Severus he had Nagini bring him to the court yard where they waited for Harry Potter once in view everyone thought he was dead until he rolled out of Hagrid's arms and went into battle with Voldemort and the battle was long everyone watching

It wasn't until their wands finally clashed that everything went pear shaped and it was the worst kind of pear shape they could ask for....

Lady Magic.... Lady Hecate appeared between them and sighed at everyone around them wondering where she had gone wrong  in all of this she knew she shouldn't have let Dumbles have his way just so then the balance of magic would be righted but this wasn't what she wanted to happen

Harry and Voldemort stopped their casting and everyone looked on wondering who this person was and it was Luna who bowed to Hecate who very slightly nodded back towards the girl she treasured while the three men she loved and adored fought

Well two of them were fighting but that would soon stop in her book she needed to right this and the only way was for her to take what she had given to them....she was going to disappear and rest until they understood what she was...

Not someone to mock and take for granted... she had had enough this was ending and fast!

She gathered all the creatures on one side and the humans on the other she stood in the middle of the yard and looked at each and everyone one of them and then glared at Voldemort and Harry wondering why there were on the human side when they weren't even human she waited arms crossed and her foot tapping until the two got the message and ran to the other side this made the others shocked

"Harry mate why are you on that side? it's the dark side" said Ron to Harry but Harry just flashed a fang...

"Harrison don't tease them" said Hecate

"Sorry but it has been a while the battle has been hard" 

"I do no care who started it or who's finishing this stupid battle this is not what my gift is all about!"  

Everyone eeped they didn't like this person was so angry they had never seen anyone like her before but she looked so gentle and frail but the stern look she was giving them was so utterly scary they didn't want to push her for some unknown reason they knew not to push her

"My Lady Hecate of Magic we welcome you" said Luna stepping forward

"Ah my little messenger what do you think I should do as you have been watching..." she looked at Luna as the girl stepped foward

"Well my Lady this time around I will tell you that they have not honoured the vow that we gave many years ago they have abused what you have given... but only England seems to have ruined the balance that you have given to us" Luna's airy voice was much more harmonious it sounded like she was singing

"Well I can see that and after 1000 years I can see my messengers are true to their word they have watched and waited but alas due to what has been happening here in England alone you have ruined it for everyone around the world, yes we have had witches and wizards that want to destroy the world and muggles want to do the same but it seems more and more of those blasted idiots come from England alone! I have had enough!

You humans don't seem to understand anymore that I have done for each and everyone of you the only ones that seem to follow my rules are the creatures they seem to understand what is and what isn't.... you Albus Dumbledore come out of hiding you aren't bloody well dead!"

Everyone around gasped as Dumbles appeared from under a camouflage spell and into the open he wasn't pleased that his chance had failed

"Oh don't give me that blasted look you've had that look since before Gellert and you got involved with each other you gloating fool, I could strip your magic right now and you would die.... but I won't I will say this everything that has occurred from the time he met Gellert Grindelwuld is Albus Dumbledore's fault .....

Don't look like I just spoiled your milk brat I have seen and watched you not trusting what was going to happen your magic went from neutral to dark by the time you were 12.... it turned too quickly so I knew something was up"

Everyone looked at her

"I won't be saying anything now but due to what has happened in the passed 1000 years after Salazar Slytherin died, which was caused by an explosion on one of his experiments, before the Basilisk was put in the Chamber I will be taking back what was once mine! you will have 100 years to prove yourself worthy of my magic and everyone around the world will know about what England has done and will not be kind to you..."

"But what are we meant to do until then?" asked Voldemort that now looked like Tom Riddle his glamour completely gone but Harry just walked over to him hugging him from behind he was now just slightly taller than Tom himself, he was 5'11'' (1.80cm) and Harry was now 6ft tall both pale and both with red eyes meaning that they were vampires and needed blood

"Learn Thomas you learn that's all I can say all creatures will go back to how I wanted them and the humans will lose their magic for 100 years but the creatures that naturally have magic will get to keep it ...."

"Meaning I keep my magic?" said Tom

"You are a vampire are you not?" said Harry into his ear making the slightly shorter man blush

"Yes we are" he whispered

Hecate looked over everyone and just waved her hand ever so slightly each person standing there doubled over in pain besides Luna, Neville and the twins as their magical cores were closed off for the next 100 years this went all over the world every witch and wizard knew what was happening and who caused it all

"Neville, Fred, George why aren't you in pain like the rest of us?" asked Hermione as she tried to stand back up but the 3 just looked at her before walking over to the creature side

"BOYS GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW!" screamed Molly to her sons but they didn't listen as they stood next to Fenrir he placed his hands on them

"Welcome back boys" he almost sounded like he was purring the twins preened at this happy Neville stood next to Harry and Tom smiling his blue eyes turning red as well they didn't expect that the shy nervous Neville Longbottom was a vampire as well

"I will leave now but I will take Albus with me as he caused this problem for 99 years and he has a lot to pay for and pay he will, remember the creatures have all the power now you are no more than things to them the only rules I place is no killing, the humans are meant to be fed like they have been the witches and wizards will need to learn to look after themselves but if the creatures want someone to be a slave then sure go ahead that or they get to adopt anyone of you to do whatever they want it's fine" she was about to go when she turned to Harry and Tom

"My two beloved children he will be yours be gentle but firm...." she soon left taking Albus with her
