BROCK's POV

marcel let me and Brian out of the chair and told us what they said. when we got the info all of us except marcel ran to the house.

when we got to the house we didn't see blood or the two suspects in the chairs, there was a bang up stairs and we all ran up the stairs to the sound. when we got there i saw one of the hostages pinning mini to the ground.

" guys help me please! " mini screamed. i started to run over to mini to help him, until in the corner of my eye i saw another person standing. i turned to face them but my
feet tripped and i fell on the ground, hitting my head.

i rubbed my head and sat up but to only be slammed back down,knocking the air out of me. i gasped and extra weight was added to my waist.

i looked to see who it was but i had never seen him before. i looked around for Brian to help me but Brian had a problem himself, he was in the same position as me.

" look guys, there is enough for everyone.." a guy said and i looked around for something to help me fight.

" who are you, what do you want?" i asked towards everyone.

" sorry, I'm mat, that's Michael, Richard, chase, and i think ohm and Bryce are messing around with the mean guy and the others. oh and we are vampires like you guys but we are far different then you guys" mat said.

i heard a yelp and it came from mini, i looked over and saw the guy biting mini! i looked back for Brian but he was also getting bitten.

" w-what? what are you guys. i thought vampires drank human blood not vampire blood?! " i asked and the guy chuckled.

" well our kind is rare and we can drink both, but other vampires can only have human blood." mat answered, i went to push him away from me but he grabbed my
hands and held them to the sides.

" since your a human i will give you a choice. you can become a vampire or you can die." mat said and my eyes widened.

" why is everyone becoming a vampire all of a sudden?" i asked and he shrugged his shoulders.

' i would rather be a vampire.' i thought to myself. the guy chuckled and i looked at him.

" i can read minds, so that was your answer." mat stated and my eyes widen. he moved his hands away from me and i wanted to take this chance to get away but my arms were frozen.

" i have many powers that i get for killing level A's " mat said, his breath was right on my neck and i shivered a bit...
