Heat stung at the girls face, flames dance all around her. She notices two other figures, the girl has brilliant auburn hair and light violet eyes. The male has blonde hair and midnight blue eyes. It's her triplet sister and brother. "Help!"She cries out hoarsely. They both snap out their wings. The girl has deep, dark brown wings streaked with white and black feathers. She looks like an eagle. The boy has a golden color. The girl snaps out her own. They are a startling white, against the flames. Her brother and sister call out her name, and they dive down to try and save her. They are too late. The flames engulf her, and the world goes pitch black. My eyes flew open, my heart is beating fast.  What was that dream about?  That girl looked just like me, and she had long, white wings too!  I have blue eye contacts to hide my violet eyes, I wear oversized hoodies in the winter to hide my wings.  It makes me feel more normal.  But I was never in a fire! Ever!  So what happened, and who were those people? "Artemis! Time to get up!"my mom said jarring me back into reality.  "Coming!"I yell, groaning.  I drag myself out of bed, and get dressed into a violet North Face jacket, Black Ugg boots, American Eagle jeans, and a white long sleeved sweater.  I put on my blue eye contacts, and then frown at my messy, thick brown hair streaked with blonde, and a little bit of red in it,not much.  It was naturally wavy, and down to my back.  I brushed it out and curled it.  I hurried down to breakfast.  "My gosh Missy (my nickname, people call me it at school.) you look beautiful!" Miranda said.  "Thanks! You do too!"I said. Miranda has long red hair and dark green eyes, with dimples.  She was wearing a blue North Face jacket, with tan Uggs, Miss Me jeans, and a dark green sweater.  She is a sophomore, at high school while I am a freshman.  We gobble down breakfast, and walk to school fast.  "So who do you like?"I asked.  She blushed almost as red as her hair. "No one!"  I know she's lying but I don't push any further.  We finally arrive, and we walk down the hall heads turn.  "Missy and Miranda you look beautiful!"about 10 guys say.  We go to first period (surprisingly we have all 8 classes together.) and sit down.  "Hello everyone!  We have two new students! They are twin brother and sister, and the girls name is Emerson, his name is Apollo."Ms.Janie says.  I gasped, It's the boy and girl from my dreams! Their eyes roam around the room until they lock on mine.  They know. They know somethings up, and they are searching for me.  "You may sit wherever you like. There were two empty seats next to me, so they sat down. Miranda sits near me and she knows when I'm nervous.  "Hello, Artemis." Apollo and Emerson said.  "We thought you were dead sister, Miranda is also your biological sister, but her birth name is not Miranda. It's Ember, but she is our older sister.  She has wings, but she was afraid to tell you. We are your triplets, and we know this is shocking."  Miranda gasped, and said "How did you know?!  I thought my secret was hidden forever!  Artemis it's true I have wings, and they are red."  "I have white, pure white wings." I pointed to them.  "Emerson has eagle wings, and Apollo has golden ones."  They grinned, and said "We sent you that dream. You and Ember."  Ember replied,"Yes I got that dream."  "Teacher?"I called.  "Can I go to the bathroom?" "Yes you may,"she called.  I ran out of the room and ran outside. I snapped open my wings, and jumped up.  I lifted off the ground and did a double backflip.  I then jerked right where the mountains stood towering over me like Giants.  I poured on speed flying so fast the world was a blur.  I dodged trees, boulders and other obstacles, flying in a daze. Suddenly someone grabbed my foot. "Stop! Artemis it's alright! You are fine! It was Ember.  She was right, she had bright red wings the color of fire.  Behind her was Apollo, and Emerson, her auburn hair flying behind her.  They did have wings.  They looked at me with concern in their eyes.  I gave Ember a glare and she looked stunned. It was all the distraction I needed.  I wiggled out of her grasp and flew.  I rocketed upward, flying fast.  I suddenly felt dizzy, and light headed.  I looked up, the world was tiny.  I was up too high!  I suddenly felt like I was about to black out.  The world spun faster and faster.  I suddenly lost control, and spiraled down.  The world went pitch black.
