Heterosexual pride makes NO sense to me whatsoever. Why would heterosexual people need a pride day? Their pride day is basically every single day of the year! 365 days a year, forever!

So did they just make this thing up to make themselves feel special? Because they thought, "Oh! If the homosexuals have a pride day to represent their love for the same gender because they're not accepted by society, we should have one too because people are completely accepting of us and we have no problems with our lives as straight people!"

Um, no??? Why would you need that? Because you're supposedly, "special"?

Because you want attention? Because you think that if you have a pride day, people will pay attention to you? You're heterosexual! You're not bullied for liking the opposite gender, are you? You don't attempt suicide because you're hated by practically everyone, do you? You're not kicked out of your homes or disowned by your own parents for being straight, are you? No you aren't! Because everybody accepts your sexual preference! Nobody will complain that you're a boy loving a girl or a girl loving boy!

I'm obviously not aiming at all heterosexual people. If you're heterosexual and you find nothing wrong with heterosexual pride, good for you. Now, if you're heterosexual and you agree with me, good for you, also! Look, I don't know who even thought of creating a heterosexual pride day, but lemme just say, that was kinda stupid. Sorry, fam. (But remember, this is just my silly opinion. Don't get butthurt, k fam? ;3)
