my dad and brothers want to go to golden corral, which is the worst thing ever, because golden corral is where lots of people are

i said i dont wanna go because there would be a lot of people, i didnt give an actual explanation

my brother asked me why i hate going out in public and i just responded with "eeeEH" because i cant just tell him "its because of anxiety" or "i feel claustrophobic in places with a lot of people" or "i feel incredibly self conscious in public"

he would just say im overreacting and id be forced to go

i dont know what to do and theyre gonna leave soon
