Chapter Twenty-Four
We're Safe

3rd Person POV

val held elisia and rowan's hand as they heard the gun shot but rowan didn't feel the bullet. she wasn't shot, val was in shock and fear though. she was brought back to the very moment she got shot and now she remembered everything. she remembered seeing the flashes outside of her house, she remembered all the weird questions from lance. she knew why he did it, he liked elisia but didn't want to hurt rowan so he hurt val. val felt the scar on her stomach and elisia noticed as she ran a thumb over the back of her knuckles as they looked around and heard another gun shot

they looked up the hill and saw people walking down with masks on but val noticed someone. she noticed more than one person she knew and even though they were wearing masks, she wasn't scared

"hey!" someone called and the gun went off again as the people walked down the hill and zoe still pointed the gun at the girls

"drop it! drop it zoe!" the man said and val recognized the voice. val stepped forward and grabbed the gun as they all removed their masks. val made eye contact with brynn and she nodded slowly with a sad smile

"it's over, zoe. the idea is dead" brandon said and he looked at val

"on your knees! put your weapons on the ground, put your weapons on the ground" a cop said and he walked forward as they all fell to their knees. zoe got arrested and they all left as val stood next to rowan and elisia

"are you okay?" elisia asked them and they both shrugged as they kneeled their heads on each other

"no but We're Safe" val said and they both nodded in agreement as they stared at the ground until they looked up and saw brynn walking towards them

"go talk to her, we'll be here when you get back val" rowan said and she kissed val's cheek as elisia kissed the other one and val got up

"holy shit you're okay, i was so worried" brynn said and val smiled as she wrapped her arms around her

"how did you find us brynn?" she asked and brynn smiled with a shrug

" Brandon figured out the tape so that had something to do with camp and we know that you guys would come up here so we decided to follow you. And Jake called the cops and rowan's dad" brynn stated and val nodded

"the masks?" val continued

" Brandon so when you had your face no one knows what side you're on" she said and val nodded

" Brandon not mad and if he's not then I'm not because I get why you did what you did. you want to protect rowan and elisia they're your girlfriends and they're your life and you wanted to protect them . that's why we're here because we protect our friends and the people we love" brynn exclaimed and val threw her arms around her as she hugged her tightly

"thank you brynn" she whispered with tears in her eyes and brynn nodded against her shoulder as they held each other closely. for once val had felt loved, she felt like she had friends and she felt safe

"it looks like your moms are here" she said and val pulled away to see sophia and allison getting out of the car. they ran up to her and hugged her tightly before they looked at rowan and elisia and opened their arms

the girls walked over and joined the hug as they all held each other and took a deep breathe

"i'm so glad you guys are okay" sophia said and they all nodded as they pulled away and let val hug her moms on her own. they stared at her in amazement as they smiled and held her closely. they took deeps breathes and looked over their daughter

"go to them" allison exclaimed and they let go of the hug as val walked over to them and sat on the porch of the cabin together. they looked at everyone and everything before they looked at each other. they were finally safe and it was finally over

-TWO DAYS LATER-

val sat at the park with rowan, brie, elisia, sophia, allison , trevor, rowans mom, rowan's dad. nala was running around and she barked as she laid down at vals feet and panted. they all laughed as val leaned down with rowan and elisia and they all pet her as she barked at them

"you know she has three moms now" allison said and they all looked up at her with a smile

"she really does" val said and they smiled at each other as they pulled away from nala and held each other's hands. they held each other closely with a smile as they looked at each other

"i love you guys" val said and they all smiled at her

"we love you too v" she said and val leaned in as she kissed rowan's cheek, she then kissed elisias and smiled as they did the same. they were happy and safe . no matter what val had them and they had her, even with milo and the drama nothing would change between them because nothing had too

they were in love and happy together

and that's the ending of valerie, when i started this book it was due to fact of very little rowan books and very little elisia books. this fandom is small but i love the show and can't help but make books for it. t@gged was also a writable story. since the beginning of writing val, i have loved her and what she stood for . many of my t@gged books are inspired by the amazing kylie wheelerblossom i truly wouldn't write these books if it wasn't for her one brandon and trevor book. i truly hope that you guys loved val as much as i did. she will still be here and i will
