Chapter Ten
How Did You Find Me?

3rd Person POV

val woke up the next morning to multiple knocks on her door and she walked downstairs rubbing her eyes as she opened it to see elisia with tears in her eyes and a gun in her hands

"elisia?" she asked and elisia fell into her arms as val held her closely

"hey hey woah woah what happened?" val questioned and she led elisia over to the couch as she held her

"nicki is dead, i didn't kill her but she killed my parents. they don't believe me, tell me you believe me. tell me you understand" elisia cried and val nodded

" i trust you el, i believe you and i understand" she whispered as elisia wept into her shirt

"thank you" elisia cried and she held val as val cried softly too but she didn't cry to hard . she couldn't, she had to care about her girlfriend that was in her arms

she heard her phone go off and she picked it up to see a text from rowan

"hey love, we have to go to stingers" she whispered and elisia nodded as she pulled away from val's chest and sighed. val wiped her tears for her

"hey this'll be hard but i'll be here the whole time" she spoke and elisia nodded as she let go of val and grabbed her bag. val stayed in the clothes she slept in as they were comfortable and fitting

"let's go" elisia said and they left the house as they walked to stingers. val sat down as they handed a piece of paper to elisia and watched her read it

" So... Nicki was murdered by king cobra, but it was made to look like a suicide?" she said and she sat down

" Or she actually killed herself" rowan suggested

" I don't think she would do that Rowan" val said and hailey nodded in agreement with her

" What happened last night?" hailey asked elisia

" I I went to her house" elisia said and val wrapped her hand around hers as rowan grabbed her other one

" Did you see anything?" hailey questioned

" No" elisia spoke

" Did you do anything?" rowan tried

" You mean like shoot her? No, I... I watched her through a window. She was alone" elisia stated

"where's the gun elisia?" Rowan asked

" It's back in Jake's drawer. I don't know what I was thinking. All I keep hearing in my head is I didn't kill my parents, I didn't kill my parents. Looks like everything and nothing at the same time. It doesn't bring them back" elisia cried and rowan put her hand on the back of her head as val hugged her tightly

" If kingcobra can do this to Nikki, he needs to be stopped" rowan stated and she stood up

" I have a plan. Stinger?" she called

"yeah?" he asked

"can you build us a bomb?" she questioned

"your sister did not give me a proper heads up about you guys but sure. here's how we do this" he said and he started to explain the plan as they all nodded in agreement

"alright we'll let's go get this stuff and do this" val said and they all nodded as they all left. rowan went back home, hailey went some where and elisia went back home too

val found herself walking along the road before she heard a car and turned to see someone she wished wouldn't have found her. milo got out of his car and started to walk towards her but she continued to back up in fear

"how did you find me?" she asked and he shrugged

"you can't run from me forever valerie, that's not how it works" he spoke and he stepped forward

"no no you stay the hell away from me, i have a restraining order" she said and he scoffed

"i should have against you for what you did" he stated and she shook her head

"YOU TRIED TO RAPE ME MILO. YOU DESERVED WHAT HAPPENED. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME" she spoke and he shrugged

"always watch your back valerie" he said and she scoffed

"watch your face and oh maybe your dick" she spoke and she walked off leaving him there . she walked back towards stingers as she got a text and she walked in to see them

"you're late" hailey said but they noticed the fearful look on val's face

"milo found me, he knows where i am" she said and rowan snapped her head towards elisias

"what do you need us to do?" she asked and val shrugged

"nothing but guys king cobra said one of us has to die, i think it should be me" she said and they all looked at each other

"you're sure?" stinger asked and she nodded

"one of us has to and well i haven't been here long but he does want me dead so what's the plan?" she asked and they watched as stinger made the remote and then turned to them

"remotes a fake. If you press the button enough times, it's gonna look like the button stuck that should give Val enough time to drive the truck out of sight" Stinger exclaimed and rowan grabbed val's face

"hey. Are you sure you're OK with this?" she asked and val
looked at the others before she looked at rowan again

"positive" she spoke and rowan leaned in as she kissed val

"okay" rowan said and they walked to another room as hailey gave rowan the mask

"staghead" she said

"it's beautiful; hailey" rowan said and they all looked at each other

"let's go do this" val said and they walked to the elisias house as they started the plan . rowan put the fake bomb in elisias truck that val would be driving before she started to follow after val

"elisia call me when you get this, i have a feeling something bad is going to happen" she spoke and she walked to the truck as she started it and proceeded to drive away slowly. she got to the stop point and stopped the truck as she got out of it and stinger put the actual bomb as it blew up

val ran back over as she laid down and they covered her with fake blood , asphalt and glass. she laid there with her eyes open as rowan ran over and recorded her 'dead'

she ran off and stinger came with the van as they got in and drove off. rowan sent the video to king cobra and they drove to val's house . they snuck her inside and went with her

"you sent the video to king cobra right?" elisia asked as she rubbed her shoulders and val sighed

"yeah. it's a flash that'll disappear. i asked him to meet me" rowan said

"val turn off your phone" hailey said and val turned it off as she looked at them

" They could be tracing our phones. Stinger said they might be" Rowan exclaimed

" Don't turn it back on no matter what" hailey stated

"i get it,i'm dead" she spoke and they all nodded

" We know they watch us. val this means no calls, no lights, no contacts" she said and val sighed

"i'm telling my moms guys : they have to know" she stated and they all nodded

"make sure they tell no one" rowan exclaimed and she nodded in agreement

"when this is over you can come back but for now you have to stay here and do nothing val. me and rowan will bring you whatever you need" elisia assured her

"i really hope this works guys" she said and they all nodded before elisia and the others left

val was alone and scared , nothing would help but her possible girlfriends
