I feel like I'm trapped in a bubble that won't burst.
Trapped between my own thoughts that don't stop circling. Everything feels so unreal. The moments just race past me and I don't know what's happening around me, who I'm meeting or what I'm doing.
The only thing I notice is her. How she grins, talks and fights. She sits on her pegasus like an angel.
Her eyes formed into slits, her mouth twisted into a thin line, you can see that she wants revenge.
We all want that.
We all have stories behind us that will haunt us throughout our lives. Otherwise, we wouldn't be here. Here with the Avengers. There are quite a few of us. Every single one of us knows what we're getting into and has prepared accordingly.
We are ready to fight and are just waiting for our cue.
As I fly into the spaceship, I feel nothing. Nothing at all. I just want it to end. I don't want anything to happen to her. Without us ever having much contact, she occupies a big part of my heart.
Everything around me explodes, parts fly around and I get out of the burning spaceship at the last moment. From above, I look down at it as it slowly falls down the sky and finally lands with a loud crash in the water and creates huge waves.

Thanos is strong. He has a great army. But I destroyed a part of it. If we manage to get the Infinity Gauntlet to the time machine in time, we might be able to defeat him.

"Danvers, we need an assist here."
My cue. I look for the glove and see it lying next to a boy.
"Hi, I'm Peter Parker."
"Hey, Peter Parker. You got something for me?"
The boy who stands up in front of me holds the part in his hands, which is what this fight is mainly about. The Infinity Gauntlet must be brought to the time machine as quickly as possible.
"I don't know how you're gonna get it through all of that."
Before I can answer anything, Wanda Maximoff lands behind me.
"Don't worry."
"She's got help" adds Okoye.
Pepper Potts hits the ground in front of me, and other Avengers also lend support. One person in particular catches my eye. Out of the corner of my eye, I can see the wings of a pegasus. How they move up and down carrying a very special person. I feel strengthened by the sight of her and regain hope.
Together we get ready to face our enemies. I hold the Infinity Gauntlet tightly in my hand and run into the middle of the battlefield. Around me, I see the other women clearing the way for me. Each one is doing her best.
Nothing and no one stops me anymore. I simply fly straight toward the time machine. Only a few more meters, then I have arrived. Thanos comes towards me, but is stopped by someone else. And yet, at the last moment, he manages to throw his weapon into the machine, destroying it. The explosion throws me through the air and the glove falls out of my hands.
Before Thanos can put on the Infinity Gauntlet, I'm back on my feet and bring him to his knees.
As I try to reach for the glove, he grabs my arm and flings me a few feet away from him. Dazed, I lie on the ground. I roll onto my back and about a hundred meters away from us I see Valkyrie flying on her white pegasus. As she fights the Leviathans, perishing one by one. Her fight seems so majestic.
Then I realize that Thanos is carrying the Infinity Gauntlet. He's about to snap, but I try to stop him. Eye to eye we stand there. He tries to knock me out, but I resist with all my might. I manage to bring him back to his knees.
Before I can do anything else about it, he has taken the purple Power Stone out of the glove and is hitting me back with it.
I don't know how long I fly through the air, but it seems like an eternity. When I hit the ground, everything around me is colored black. I can hardly breathe and my body feels paralyzed.

Then I see her, my majestic angel, and the bubble surrounding me bursts.
