Over the course of a couple of weeks. Green, Red, and Barney started hanging out together. The three of them often walked to school. One day Red and Green decided to explore an Old Man houses that was supposedly haunted with a portal to another dimension. Barney of course was completely against the idea. They went there at midnight met an old man who would read books and bring monsters to life. Creatures like werewolves existed. Green of course was very triumphant about that since his siblings always said werewolves didn't exist. Green questioned how they could be skeptically since they were DINOSAURS! Over the course of a few weeks they hunted and captured several different kinds of monsters like ents, and vampires, and mummies etc.. It was all of course fascinating and it increased Red's desire to become a scientist one day. Red, Green, and Barney kept this monster hunting to themselves. Red, and Green decided it would be best to keep this whole monster hunting business from the rest of their family. Their mom would say it's too dangerous for them. Hunting monsters is dangerous but having a son that can generate fire isn't? And their siblings they'd feel betrayed if they found out about this. The Vacktors are sort of monster like. And hunting monsters wouldn't go over well with them.

"Would have been so nice if that Ent hadn't managed to lock everyone in a cage, Magenta's power who have really come in handy." Red said.

"Oh yah totally. She would have gone all hippie tree hugger on the Ent." Green replied.

Green and Red saw Barney waving at him from a distance.

"Hey Barney." Red said.

"Barney." Green said.

"Hey yous guys I was just makings a list of all the creatures we've caughts." Barney said handing them a piece of paper.

"I surprised there aren't any ghosts on there or Krakens." Green said.

"Oh come on Green everyone knows ghosts don't exist. And neither do Krakens." Red said.

"Seriously Red. You've literally told me my whole life that believing in werewolves was crazy. Then a month ago one showed up and we trapped in in a barn and Barney killed it. I can't believe you'd be so skeptical." Green said.

"I'm not skeptical I just don't believe in things that don't exist." Red said. Green just gave a -.- face which is the face he normally has.

"Whatever. We should get back to the old man now. He might have another "mission" for us." Red said. Green rolled his eyes. He was getting tired of these "missions" the old man just kept reading books and making the three of them responsible for his mess ups. It wasn't there fault that all these monsters were being released and destroying the town it was his and he should have to help.

"Why do we have to do all the work anyways. The way I see it the old man is the one reading the books right? He's releasing the monsters not us, so why do we have to keep cleaning up his mess?" Green asked.

"I don't know Green." Red replied.

"Well I'm not going to do my part of the work anymore unless he starts helping out." Green replied.

"Why yous do not likes huntings monsters?" Barney asked.

"Well it is but its getting in the way of my chillin time." Green said.

"Are you sure it's not because it's too dangerous for ya?" Red asked. Green gave him a "challenge accepted" look.

"Nothing's too dangerous for me. I'm not some little kid that gives up when the going gets tough." Green said.

Green started marching off as Red and Barney stood there. He turned back around and looked at them. "You two coming or what?" He asked in his usual whatever kind of voice. Red and Green decided to follow after him.

Time skip

Yellow, and Orange hangout

Yellow and Orange were both home alone with their mom doing work. Pink, and Magenta decided they needed a girls day. Gray didn't want to go with them. Red and Green were with Barney and Blue, and Gray were with their grandpa. Purple was down in his and Red's lab claiming he needed alone time. That just left Yellow and Orange.

"Hey Orange. Hey Orange. Hey Orange." Yellow said.

"Oh hey Yellow. What's up?" Orange said.

"I just wanted to know what you were doing. I'm kinda bored and there's only really me, you, and mom. (Purple: you, mom, and I. Yellow is a robot and not even he can get it correct. -Purple face palms-)

"What about it?" Orange asked.

"Well I thought the three of us could do something fun. Everyone else is doing something fun." Yellow said as he bounced up and down.

"Like what?" Orange asked.

"Hang out I guess. I think me and you are the most alike we're both talkative, and optimistic and juts awesome overall. Besides mom's here and sometimes she isn't because she has to work and everything. And it's kinda hard since their are so many of us in this family that I sometimes feel like I don't get to spend enough time with people, even though I really like being around my family, because family is number one it's probably one of the most important things." Yellow said.

"Um okay what should we do?" Orange asked.

"We could hang upside from the monkey bars with our tails? We'd be like monkies, or we could feed ducks. I honestly love ducks I wish I could own a couple. (He actually said that duck line) or we could jump on the trampoline outside." Yellow suggested. Orange sat up from his bean bag. He leaned in close to Ywllow ready to pitch his idea.

"Or we could make a sundae." Orange suggested. Yellow looked happy about it but not to thrilled. "We could put whatever we want on it. I'm talking loads of sprinkles, mountains of chocolate fudge, and an endless supply of whip cream." Orange said. Yellow's eyes went wide. "And the best part the others won't be here to judge us." Orange said. He knew he hooked, lined, and baited Yellow in.

"I'm in." Yellow said.

This was going to be chaotic. Orange and Yellow are easily the most excitable of all the Vacktors. And giving them sugar isn't exactly that great of an idea.

Orange gave Yellow a sly smile. "Race you to the kitchen." He said. Yellow took off in a blurr before Orange could even move. "I forgot he could do that." He said chasing after Yellow.

Yellow and Orange sat in the kitchen. "What do we do first Orange?" Yellow asked.

"Well obviously we get the bowls first. Can't make ice cream sundaes without a bowl." Orange said.

Yellow went over to the cabinet and grabbed a yellow and orange bowl. Yes their mom colored coded their bowls when they were babies. A lot of their stuff was color coded since each of them gravitated towards their own color. Purple always had trouble finding purple things that weren't for girls because according to him he is not a girls color. Of course they liked other colors too, but they generally had their hearts set on their own color. Yellow than set the two bowls on the counter.

"Now we need some ice cream what flavor? We have chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry." Yellow asked.

Orange sighed dramatically and placed his hand on Yellow shoulder. "Little bro. The first rule of making an ice cream sundae is use all the favors. NOW TAKE ALL THE FLAVORS AND THROW EM IN THAT BOWL!" Orange commanded. Yellow did as he said with all the force he could muster. Ice cream started splattering all over the place.

"Um." Yellow said.

"Don't worry we can clean clean it up later!" Orange said as he put on an art smock and googles. "It's about to get even messier!" Orange said.

"We've got to go for some cookies!" Yellow said.

"Crumble up them cookies!" Orange screamed. Yellow started smashing cookies down into crumbs with his fists. "YES!" Orange screamed. "Now m&m's!" He said.

Yellow grabbed the bag of m&m's and handed them to Orange. "How much?" He asked.

"POUR THE WHOLE THING!" Orange yelled. Yellow did and several m&m's spilled on the kitchen counter.

"ARE YOU FEELING THE ENERGY?" Orange asked.

Yellow's eyes started glowing. The smell of the sugar was starting to have an affect on him. "I'M FEELING IT ORANGE! WE NEED SOME BROWNIES!" Yellow said.

"BROWNIES!" Orange screamed. Yellow and Orange crushed up a bunch of brownies.

"WHAT DO WE NEED?"

"CANDY!"

"HOW MUCH?"

"ALL OF IT!"

"LICORICE."

"JELLY BEANS!"

"GUMMY WORMS!"

"GUM DROPS!"

"MARSHMELLOWS!"

"MOM'S GONNA KILL US ISNT SHE YELLOW?"

"YEP."

"TOTALLY!"

"AND SOME HOT TAMALES!" Orange said the fire glistening in his eyes for a moment.

"WE NEED WHIPPED CREAM!" Yellow said he opened up the fridge and pulled out the whipped cream. "And now to use the entire thing on these sundaes." His eyes were wide full of enthusiasm.

Ywllow squirted the entire bottle on the two sundaes. There was so much whipped cream on them that some of it started to fall off.

"DON'T FORGET THE SYRUP. CHOCOLATE, STRAWBERRY, AND CARAMEL!" Yellow said.

"WHO WOULD EVER FORGET THE SYRUP?" Orange asked.

"I DON'T SOME SUUUUUUUUPER CRAZY PERSON." Yellow said.

Yellow and Orange started squirting syrup everywhere. It got in their hair on their clothes. Soon they were a very syrupy mess.

"WHAAAAT WE'VE RAN OUT OF SYRUP!" Orange said.

"THATS BECAUSE WERE HAVING SOOOOOOOOO MUCH FUN ORANGE!" Yellow said.

"YOU'RE RIGHT! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST!" Orange said.

"CHERRY ON TOP!" Yellow said.

"NO SILLY WE NEED SOME SUGAR!" Orange said.

"LET'S USE THE WHOLE THING. THEN WE'LL BEEEE SUUUUPER HYPER!" Yellow said.

They jumped the entire bag of sugar onto the two sundaes. Not even caring that half of it ended up on the floor.

After that they each placed one single cherry on their sundress. By the time they were done the entire kitchen was just covered with sugar, syrup, candy.

"LOOK WE MADE SOMETHING AWESOME!" Orange said.

"THIS IS WHY WE NEED TO HANG OUT MORE BRO!" Yellow said.

The perfect idea. It combined Yellow's hyperness with Orange's creativity.

"AND NOW WE EAT IT!" Yellow said.

Orange and Yellow started eating their sundress as quickly as possible. They finished their sundaes and got even more hyper than they already were. Orange started shaking uncontrollably, while Yellow kept jumping up and down. The two then jumped around the kitchen.

"WEREREALLYHHYPER!" Yellow said as fast as he could. His words were all mixing together.

"WESHOULDGOJUMPAROUNDSOMEMORE!" Orange suggested.

Orange and Yellow's eyes were glowing. Yellow turned around to run outside but sped up so fast he ran straight into the wall. He feel down for a minute before Orange helped him up. "AREYOUOKAY?" Orange asked.

"IMFINEIMHAPPY!" Yellow said. As he stood up his entire body started glowing uncontraobaly.

"LIGHTSHOW!" Orange screamed creating a fireball in his hand. Yellow and Orange started running back and forth.

"THISISSOCOOL!" They both screamed. The lights all around them started flickering on and off.

Iridessa Vacktor looked up at her light as it flickered on and off. Suddenly she noticed it start to overheat emitting smoke. "Oh my goodness what have they done now?" She said. Suddenly all the lights in the house exploded. She put her work down and went to the kitchen to see what was going on.

"Boys! What's going on here?" She demanded as she marched into the kitchen. There was still some light out so it was possible to see. As she made her way to the kitchen she saw her two sons covered in sugar. They looked like three years olds running around screaming with chocolate all over their faces. Both of them stopped running around when they saw their mother.

"Hi mom. We made sundaes." Yellow said as he rocked back and forth on his heels.

"Yep. We had so much fun. Yellow is really creative." Orange said fidgeting.

"Well did you notice the mess you've made? And how much sugar did you two eat? You both know sugar isn't good for you." Iridessa scolded.

"Buuuuuut mom I'm a robot, so it doesn't matter. I can't get sick or anything!" Yellow said with a gaint smile.

"Yes, but your too hyper it's not good for your system or your energy levels." She said.

"YES. IT IS IM FINE." Yellow whined.

"Fine, both of you blew out the lights. It's not safe for you two to have that much sugar in you. Your emotions have a big impact on your powers. And that goes for both of you, but especially if you get too upset, or sad, or scared your powers can easily go haywire Yellow. It'll change you so to speak. You won't be able to control yourself. And it might cause you to glitch, like you just did." Iridessa said.

"But no one got hurt." Yellow protested.

"This time, but all you need to be careful. What about next time? Hmm. You have more than enough energy to run an entire country." Iridessa said.

"I'm sorry. We just wanted to have fun and do something normal." Orange said.

"You two can have fun, just not by eating so much sugar and making a mess." Iridessa said.

"I know it's just. We've seen kids do this stuff on TV before." Orange said looking at Yellow.

"And we just really really wanted to be like normal kids. We always have to worry about our powers or our emotions taking over us." Yellow said.

"We always have to hide who we are from people. We just for once wanted fun." Orange said as a tear fell down his eye. "I'm sorry just please don't hate me." He said.

"I don't hate you two. I'm just disapponited in your lack of responsibility." Iridessa said.

"So you don't hate us?" Orange asked.

"No. Just don't do this again." Their mom said.

"Okay mom we won't do this next time." Orange said as she and Yellow tried to sneakily walk away.

"Get back here! You thought you could try and give me a sob story and I'd forget about the mess you two created. You two are going to clean this up now!" Iridessa said.

"Uh busted." Orange complained.

"Part of it was true, but part of it was a bit exaggerated." Yellow said.

Iridessa hanged them both some mops. "And don't even think of using you powers." Their mom said.

Orange fell to the ground. "THIS WILL TAKE FOREVER!" He said in exasperation.

"Well you two wanted to bond with each other. This will be a really good bonding exercise." She said.

"Ugh!" Orange said.

"Have fun." Iridessa said walking off.

(I got slightly hyper from writing that)

Later

"How was your girls day?" Their mom asked.

"It was awesome. Thanks for asking. Madame Ona's the best." Magenta said. (I can't stop making references)

"Did you have fun Pink?" Their mom asked.

"It was alright I guess." Pink said.

Red, and Green walked inside. "What happened to the kitchen?" Red asked.

"Yellow and Orange decided to eat all the sugar in the house. And as you can see it made a mess everywhere." Their mom said.

"Honestly I'm glad we weren't there for that." Green said.

"Honesty it stinks like a candy store." Pink said.

Just then Gray and Blue walked in.

"Why is there fudge on the doorknob?" Purple asked.

"Yellow and Orange went all chaotic when they made sundaes." Pink said.

"You let Yellow and Orange handle sugar without being supervised?" Gray asked in disbelief.

"We still haven't cleaned everything up yet." Yellow said.

"Great. The kitchen is going to smell like chocolate for weeks." Gray said.

"Did you two have fun with your grandpa?" Their mom asked.

"Yah. We did. He played showed us some of his old music from the 40s and the 50s the stuff he used to listen to when he was young. It was interesting." Blue said.

"What did you and Green do?" Their mom asked.

"Oh us. Nothing really interesting." Red said nervously. Gray took notice of his nervous expression.

"Okay. Has anyone seen Purple?" Their mom asked.

"Oh Purple's he's been kinda on his own lately. He said he needed to be alone with his thoughts." Orange said.

"Hmm." Gray said to herself.

"Alright well I'm going to go make dinner." Their mom said.

The Vacktors left the kitchen.

"Should someone go check on him? I'm worried for him." Magenta asked.

"I guess you could if you wanted to." Pink said.

"Alright I will." Magenta said.

After Magenta was out of ear shot Pink said. "Yah continue being that goodie goodie. That has to help everyone. And don't you guys look at me like that isn't true."

Magenta went downstairs to the basement/lab and found Purple sitting there alone.

"Purple." She said slowly approaching him.

"Go away Magenta." Purple said without even looking at her.

"It's just you've been down here all day on your own are you okay?" She asked.

"I'm fine." Purple said lying. Truth is Purple wasn't fine. He was struggling with his powers. He was both afraid and amazed at the same time. Power made him feel powerful and he wasn't sure if he exactly hated that or liked it.

"I guess you don't want to talk right now which is fine, but I'm here if you need me. And I also came down to tell you that mom's making dinner." Magenta said.

"Okay. Just tell her I'm not really hungry." Purple said.

"Alright. I'm uh sorry for bothering you then." Magenta said as she turned to leave.

After Magenta left Purple stared down at his hands. "Magenta's a really nice person. I'm just afraid one day she'll try helping out the wrong person and get *back stabbed* or *burned* in the end." He said.

(I haven't seen Spooky Tales in awhile so it might not be 100% accurate) (Also doesn't the old man cough a lot or something? Does anyone remember?)

(This chapter wasn't the greatest since I've kind of got writers block)

(It's hard to write the characters interacting together since I have like eleven main characters the Vacktors + plus their mom + Barney)
