Major/Minor - Fanfic (unfinished)
As soon I woke up, I saw a beautiful object shining at the distance. I yawned and opened my eyes again, just to see I am suspended in pure nothing.
I scan my surroundings to see if something was wrong, and something was definitely wrong. I can see nebulae and celestial objects everywhere...
'H-huh? This can't be happening. Am I in space?!' A thought immediately came up in my head. I can't move a muscle in me, struggling to get out of this grip. I tried kicking my legs, but I can't move them. Flailing my arms, not a chance from the grip. I then tiredly stopped trying to struggle, realizing that it's totally pointless to do so. I panicked. I started to count one up to five, remembering how I needed to calm down when I start panicking. After a couple of seconds, I opened my eyes again but still greeted with the beautiful scenery of the nebulae and stars twinkling as one.
"Greetings." A figure came up behind me like it was there the whole time, walking past by my side as I look at them in confusion. They're walking on nothing! Absolutely nothing, but I can somehow hear their footsteps.
As I take a closer look at them, I immediately saw fur all over their skin. 'Fur? They have fur? How- What?' A billion of question boomed in my head.
"It seems that you're troubled, I see?" They turned around in a slow pace, revealing themselves to me.
'Wait, what??' I saw a muzzle on their face with an animal's nose, two big ears on their heads and a furry grin. Obviously a male, because he walks and looks like one. He has brown 'fur', a dark brown pattern from the nose tip to the chin. He has dark brown fur freckles, and a pair of dark brown eyebrows, too. "What the fu-"
"Language, mortal. I do not tolerate any of that in my home." He walks around me with a serious face, 'paws' behind his back.
I stood quiet, or floated quiet, I mean. 'He calls this place home? Is he an animal? Why am I here?' More questions popped up, making my head hurt in confusion.
"With that said, welcome to The Ark. A select few is chosen to be here. And lucky for you, you're one of them." He said with that still same grin on his face.
"Where am I?" I asked him on where I am. Though, I expected that he'll just repeat what he said.
"You didn't hear? We're both in my home, The Ark. Where I spend almost my lifelong eternity controlling the balance of the universe." He said as he chuckled, walking around as his head is locked on me.
"So, why did I come here? Why am I chosen to be here?" I asked more. Questioning life and existence seems to be one proper question for him, but I refused to say because of it's obsolete obviousness.
