Alrighty guys, here's another one. And I'm sure you know what this title means ^^

This time, its still puff style.. but listen carefully for the rules.

RULES:
1. It is okay if its your OC or a brand new one that's never been drawn befote, but I don't have the time to check.your art books ... So..

2. Describe your oc or new character, please make sure your description has these:
Hairstyle
Clothes (upper and lower plus shoes)
Accessories
And anything important, like wings, tails or such.
If one is missing I will not draw ur oc/character.

3. Lastly I will not draw those who have been drawn in my previous Puff Styles :)
