Chapter I lost count- Objections? No? Good.

(A/N What have I done with my life and this story...?)

I was still kissing John. Hey, we missed each other, give us a break. And it was the first snow, the most romantic and perfect time of the entire year. Sitting out in the pitch dark, kissing my boyfriend, snow falling around us, hopefully no Lafayette in the bush taking pictures.

I was so glad to be with John. I love him so much more then that Jefferson. I honestly am still shocked at what I had done to Jefferson, and felt really bad about it. Sure, he was ruining my life, but he was also a human. I don't want to see a human like that.

I broke away from John and rested my head on his lap.

"Do you think I'll become a monster again?" I asked quietly.

"You where never a monster," John replied simply, taking my ponytail out and messing with my hair.

"Yeah I was. Did you see what I did to Jefferson?" I asked.

"That was self defense," John shrugged.

"But it was so brutal and... bloody," I shuttered.

"Stop moving your head I'm trying to braid your blindingly pink hair," John said.

I smiled at him, sending bright rainbows of colors through my hair.

"Ow my eyes," John complained.

"Ha," I giggled.

I moved my head around his lap, trying to undo his braid.

"Stop wiggling you little worm," John said, grabbing my head to hold it still.

"Okay MOM," I said, and stopped moving.

"There," John said contently after a minute of silence.

"I don't want a braid," I complained.

"To late," John smirked.

We both stared out at the trees, snow and lake together for about half an hour longer. I never wanted to leave John's lap. But it was really late, and I doubt I would be able to sleep out here. I stood up, stretching my arms out in the cold air.

"Lets go back," I yawned.

"Alright," John said, taking out his wand.

I took mine out of my pocket and together we shouted 'Accio' into the sky. Our brooms came flying, and we where soon flying through the air together. We set a slow pace, flying close enough together that we where touching.

"So, hows Blue?" I asked John, he had been taking care of them because of Jefferson not letting me free.

"There fine. Although, they have been really grumpy, loud and annoying ever sense you couldn't be around them," John said, his breath visible through the snow.

"Can't wait to see them again," I smiled. "Wow, so many things I can do now that I'm free."

"Yeah," John muttered, staring through the snow at the bright lights coming off of Hogwarts.

"Can I sleep in your dorm tonight?" I asked nervously.

"Anything for you," John smiled.

"I just need to be near you," I explained.

"Aw how romantic," John said, smirking.

"Shut up," I laughed.

We flew in silence for a bit longer.

"Do you really think I'm not a monster?" I asked John.

"I shouldn't have to tell you this again. You are no monster. You are beautiful, brave, brilliant and amazing. No monster," John said.

We reached one of the small circular windows that brought light in the Hufflepuff common room and dorms. John flew up close to the window and did some kind of spell to make the window open up. We flew inside quietly together, nobody was in the dorms. It was completely deserted. I glanced at John, and he shrugged.

We landed on the floor, hid our broomsticks in a closet, then walked out into the common room. Nobody.

"Some Hufflepuff secret gathering outside of the dorms?" I suggested.

"No," John said, sniffing around.

"Well, I'm not checking the girls dorms," I said.

"Lets try outside, in the hallway?" John said.

I followed him closely out the door. We walked through the deserted hallways, when I heard voices.

"Main hall?" I asked.

"Sounds like it," John said.

We continued down the hallways. I nervously fidgeted with a random strand of hair that was not pulled back into the braid. We ended up peaking into the grand hall, where every student in Hogwarts sat at their tables.

"Someone explain to me. Now!" Dumbledore was saying from the podium at the end of the hall.

The students murmured quietly. Some where in their pajamas, probably woken up recently to come to this gathering. I saw, after a minute of silence, a Gryffindor stand up. A couple surprised murmurs broke out among te hall, all attention was on the person.

"It was a fight," They said.

"Yes, tell me something I don't know," Dumbledore said. I've never seen him this... mad or rude... or agitated.

"Thomas Jefferson vs. John Laurens. We all gathered people to fight," The Gryffindor said.

"What where you fighting over. How did this happen to Thomas?" Dumbledore pressed.

"We where fighting for um... well. Most of us who fought wanted revenge on the other people for personal reasons. The main cause was Alexander Hamilton," The Gryffindor said nervously, obviously frightened to be talking in front of everyone.

"What did Hamilton do?" Dumbledore asked.

"Hes Thomas's boyfriend. But he was also Johns boyfriend. I don't know, its complicated. But I fought on Jefferson's team because I wanted personal revenge on Peggy Schuyler, who was on Johns team," The Gryffindor said.

The hall began murmuring quietly, some ghosts where talking with students as well.

"How did this happen to Thomas?" Dumbledore questioned.

"I don't know," The Gryffindor said.

"IT WAS HAMILTON!" A Slytherin said, jumping to their feet, and standing on the table. "I SAW IT!"

I realized it was Aaron Burr.

"What did Alexander do?" Dumbledore asked.

I shrank away from the door a bit, as if hiding myself better would make Burr not tell the whole school what I did. I felt a comforting hand on my shoulder. I looked up to see John, smiling at me.

"He clawed at Thomas with sharp talons. He used some forbidden magic! He turned his fingers into claws and he bit Thomas with fangs!" Aaron said, people gasping all around him. "HES A DEATH EATER!"

The whole entire hall broke out in angry shouts. People jumped up on tables, yelling so that they could be heard. This was no John Trumbull.

"QUIET!" Dumbledore yelled.

The hall quieted down, people sat back down in their chairs, folding their arms in annoyance.

"Can I speak?" Lafayette asked in his thick french accent.

"Yes," Dumbledore said.

Lafayette stood up on the table, addressing the whole crowd. He put a determined look on his face, and then took a deep breath as if he where about to recite an entire speech.

"THOMAS JEFFERSON IS PURE, how you say, EVIL!" Lafayette said, then sat back down on his seat as the crowd erupted.

I smirked as Hercules reached over from the Hufflepuff table and high-fived him.

"SILENCE!" Dumbledore yelled.

After a moment more of bickering people sat back in their seats, faced red with fury.

"Lafayette explain," Dumbledore said.

"Alexander Hamilton is my best friend. You can ask Peggy, Eliza or Angelica Schuyler. You can ask John Laurens, you can ask Hercules Mulligan, you can ask Maria Reynolds about what happened. We all know the truth. Jefferson sexually harassed Hammy and forced him into a relationship," Lafayette said.

"Hammy is with John. Anyone know that? Alexander and John have been in love this whole time! You may have seen Ham Man with Jefferson. But did he ever look happy? no. Jefferson threatened Johns safety so that Ham would be his boyfriend. Alex did the brave thing and protected John," Lafayette continued.

"Jefferson has abused, raped and done very terrible things to Alex. Alexander Hamilton did not start this, he ended it. A good ending I may add. Jefferson is the monster!" Lafayette said.

Praise the holy hedgehogs for Lafayette.

"Thank you Lafayette," Dumbledore said before anyone could start yelling. "Any objections to that?"

The crowd was completely silent.

"Then I hereby expel Thomas Jefferson. After his recovery he will be sent home for good. As for those who participated in the fight, stay here while the rest of the students leave. You are dismissed," Dumbledore said.

I felt a large smile spread on my face. Jefferson was gone! John bent down and kissed my forehead. We held hands as people began to stand up and file out of the hall. Nobody paid attention to us as they walked by. I felt John grab my hand and begin to pull me away from the hall.

"Hamilton, Laurens," Dumbledore said.

We both paused, and slowly turned around towards the hall.

"Why don't you join us," Dumbledore invited us in.

Everyone still in the hall stared at me as I hid behind John. John started to walk forward, into the large room. I followed close behind.

"MONSTER!" Someone shrieked.

I tried to see who shouted it, and I saw a Ravenclaw, their face red with anger.

"MURDERER!" The Ravenclaw shouted.

Eliza slapped them hard across the face at their accusation. I grinned at her and she gave me a thumbs up.

"Everyone who fought please gather at the Gryffindor table," Dumbledore said.

The entire hall, except for the Gryffindor's, stood up and walked over to the table. Me and John joined Hercules, Lafayette and the Schuyler sisters in a small group at the table. They all smirked at me, trying to reassure me it would be all right.

"First, I want some more specific answers. Then, Professor Snape will take care of punishments," Dumbledore said.

I stiffened. Snape? Oh no. Hes going to throw us in a pile of mud! Hes going to make us clean his classroom for a year!

"Alexander, is this all true? What Thomas did to you?" Dumbledore asked.

"Yes," John said for me.

"I wan't an answer from him," Dumbledore said.

"Hes a bit shy and uneasy right now," John explained.

"John I can do it," I said, resting a hand on his shoulder.

Then I began to tell my story. Every single part related to Jefferson. Although I made sure to leave out my meta powers, hopefully we could all leave here in peace and nobody can prove anything about my powers existing.

"I see," Dumbledore said after I finished.

I may have taken six hours to explain everything in detail, but I lost track of time so it could have been only thirty minutes. The rest of us discussed things for a while, only a couple threats where passed around. In the end, the truth was out about Jefferson, and he was going to be expelled for sure.
