CHAPTER FIFTY-SEVEN: THE BUNKER AND THE FOUNDERS

Luther and Sloane was in a room sitting in front of each other.

"All right" Luther said as he grabbed a plastic bag with ice before he put it on Sloane's shoulder but she push his hand away before holding the bag on her shoulder.

"I hate your family" Sloane said "That's cool. Not a super fan of yours right now" Luther said.

"Were you part of it?" she asked "Of what?" he asked "Ambushing us with Superman's grandpa" she said "Sloane..." he said with a sigh "My family can't decide whether or not to put mushroom on a pizza. I have no idea who that old guy is. He just showed up" he said and she removed plastic bag from her shoulder "You expect me to believe that?" she asked "Hold on here. You attacked us" he said "I tried to warn you" she said "Yeah, pfft, at the last second. You almost took us out" he said "Yeah, but we didn't. And your stupid family's fine, and half of mine is dead" she said and Luther's face fell.

"Where you just...using me? Getting close to gather information?" she asked with tears in her eyes "Do you really believe that?" he said and she looked down before she let out a sigh and looked back at him.

"Sloane, you need to know something about me. I don't really have any friends. Or...romances. I just have my family, and I would do anything to protect them except betray you, because that's not who I wanna be. So, if you're playing me right now, you win. But if this...if this is for real, we have to trust each other, because we're not our families" he said and she grabbed his hand "Okay" she said "Okay" he said before he lifted his hand and wipe away her tear.

Stan was cleaning in a room while Klaus was leaning against the door frame drinking.

"Hey, you missed a spot" Klaus said and pointed on the spot "You missed a spot on your face, and I'm not complaining" Stan said, looking at him "Hey, hey, hey. Listen to me, buddy. This is nothing compared to what I endured when I was your age. You know he once gave me six months' laundry duty. Six months! Just for pawning one of his stupid priceless artifacts from Mexico" Klaus said and Stan grabbed something before putting it in his pocket without Klaus saw it.

"Well, it turns out it did have a price, Dad, and that price was $35 for meth, thank you very much" Klaus said "Laundry doesn't seem that bad" Stan said "Well, it is when you know what your brothers do to their socks" Klaus said "Did you get in a lot of trouble at my age?" Stan asked "Oh, tons. Truancy, larceny, arsony. You know, a lot of the stuff I was doing wasn't even illegal at the time. Have you heard of Klaus's Law?" Klaus asked "Nope" Stan said as Klaus lay down on the bed.

"Oh, whatever. It doesn't matter. Half the time, I was just trying to piss off my dad. Luther, Diego, or Ben" Klaus said "Yeah, oppositional defiant disorder" Stan said as he grabbed a watch before putting it in his pocket.

"Huh?" Klaus said.

"At least that's what my shrink calls it" Stan said "Go on" Klaus said "It's typically associated with an argumentative, aggressive..." Stan said "...Irritable mood" the two said at the same time "Exactly" Stan said "Yeah" Klaus said "Antisocial...risk-seeking behavior, and impulsivity" Stan said "Ding-dong, who's at the door? Me. I have the...Wow! You know, and it feels so good to put a name to it, so all the drugs and the manipulation and my cult and..." Klaus said "You had a cult?" Stan asked "Well, it was the '60s, babe. Everybody had one. But the point is that all of that was a reaction to my father and his obscenely high expectations of me" Klaus said.

While he was talking Stan was stealing things in the room "And then, after Dad, I had Ben haunting my every move" Klaus said "Who's Ben?" Stan asked "Ben is your dead uncle. Who's alive in this timeline. But he's dead to me. It doesn't matter. But, I mean, if I set this room on fire..." Klaus said as he sat up and Stan looked at him "Yeah" he said "...would it be fulfilling? I don't know. If I was to act out now, I mean, who would it even be in opposition to?" Klaus said before he let out a laugh.

"Maybe this whole new timeline thingy is a blessing in disguise, except of you, obviously. But maybe now I can have, like, a normal-ish relationship with my cold and emotionless father" Klaus said before he lay back down in bed.

Stan then lifted up some car keys "Stanley" Klaus said before he sat up "Hey! Ay-ay-ay-ay-ay-ay-ay-ay-ay-ay-ay!" he said as he pointed on Stan that was putting the keys in his pocket "Ch-pff! Ch-pff!" Klaus said "Come on!" Stan said "No, put it back" Klaus said "Okay, you caught me" Stan said as he put the keys back "All of it, please" Klaus said and Stan put the things back "Yes. Yes" Klaus said "I thought you were supposed to be the fun uncle" Stan said "I know, me too" Klaus said before he chuckled "Can I just keep one thing?" Stan asked "All right, you can keep the panties" Klaus said.

"I really should get home" Sloane said "I can't let you go" Luther said "I don't wanna let you go either, but Jayme and Alphonso, they deserve a proper burial" Sloane said before she lowered her hand "No, I mean, I can't let you leave. You're a hostage" he said "Oh, right. That" she said "My family already thinks I'm a traitor. So, I can't..." he said "No, I totally get it" she said "Good" he said "My family probably is plotting vengeance" she said and they both nodded "So, I guess we just go back to fighting until everybody's dead" he said "We can put an end to this and still be together" she said "How?" he asked.

Viktor and Harlan was in Harlan's room "I need you to stay in here until I figure some things out" Viktor said as he gave Harlan a glass of water.

"Your sister called you Viktor. Is that what I should call you?" Harlan asked before he looked at all his tapes that was in his briefcase "I'd like that" Viktor said before he sat down next to him on the bed.

"You know, your mom's a...a big part of who I am. She was the first person to truly see me" Viktor said "It's okay if you wanna ask about her" Harlan said "Did Sissy hate me for what I did to you?" Viktor asked and Harlan looked at him "She said you saved her life" he said "Did she have a good life?" Viktor asked "Wasn't easy. Not with...me there. But she was free in a way she never was on the farm. She never stopped thinking about you, and she never gave up hope that you'd come back to us one day. Why did you leave us? I needed you" Harlan said "We thought you'd be safer away from me" Viktor said and Harlan nodded "But I wish I had stayed. I should have stayed" Viktor said and Harlan grabbed his hand.

Then the door opened and Luther entered "Meeting in the poolroom. Family only" he said before he left "Stay here. I'll be right back" Viktor told Harlan before leaving.

Diego, Allison and Viktor were standing by the pool ball table on the second floor listening to Luther's and Sloane's plan.

"You can't be serious?" Allison asked as her hands were tucked into her pockets.

"We use Sloane as an olive branch. We let her go as a gesture of peace, along with the bodies of Jayme and Alphonso" Luther said "Once I'm back with my family, I can convince them the old guy had nothing to do with you and get them to stand down" Sloane said.

"You wanna let her go after attacking us? Uh-uh" Diego said as he shook his head while he was holding a pool ball stick "Me?" Sloane said as she pointed on herself "I lost two of my siblings to you and your murder troll" she said "And again, Harlan not with us" Luther said "Well, he's not not with us" Diego said "He was just trying to protect me" Viktor said.

"This only works if I can convince my family he isn't a part of your team, so is he with you or not?" Sloane asked "Harlan saved our asses. He can stay as long as he wants" Diego said before he looked at Luther "You know what, Luther? He can take your bed. Since you're sleeping with the enemy" Diego said "Watch it" Luther said as he took a step towards him.

"Guys, come on" Viktor said, stopping them from fighting.

"Having an ally on the inside could help us right now" Viktor said "Right?" Luther said with a nod while he extending his arms out to side.

"Yeah, but how do we know we can trust Gravity Barbie?" Allison asked "I trust her" Luther said "Yeah, you trusted emails from a Nigerian prince" Diego said "Tunde was not a prince, he was a king, and he was unjustly deposed" Luther said "Okay" Sloane said before she stepped closer to them "So rumor me again" she said as she looked at Allison "Go on, not hiding anything. Whatever it takes" Sloane said "Do whatever you wanna do, Luther. That's on you. I've got bigger shit to deal with" Allison said before walking away.

"Allison, wait up" Diego called out before walking after her.

"This is just like a bunch of bureaucratic bullshit" Five complained as you, him and Five was walking up the stairs to look for the operations bunker.

"There's no clear directives in here about crisis management" he said a little bit annoyed as he closed the book angrily while you itch your neck.

"Deep breaths, Hon" you said and Five took a deep breath "You know, Y/n and I shouldn't even be here. We were...we were out" Five said and itched the back of his head "We were done, and yet here we're" you said a little aggressive.

"Swept back into chaos" Five said "Why can't we just escape this hellhole?" you and Five said before you itched the back of your head as you walked up the last step.

"Because you two love it" Lila replied before the sound of flatulence was heard causing the three of you to stop in your tracks and Five turned around to look at you and Lila "My bad" he said.

"She's not wrong, we do have a knack for getting things done" you said.

"Face it, Five and Y/n, your each other's faces and apocalypse problems are the only things that get your hearts pumping" Lila said as you and Five scratched your neck and cheek "That and then probably shagging each other" Lila said and you rolled your eyes.

"I don't know why people keep saying that. We don't actually like chaos" Five said a little bit aggressive "But chaos love us apparently" you said also a little aggressive.

"We don't want to disorder" Five said "We...We want retirement" you and Five said and Lila let out a small laugh.

"Yeah, right" Lila said "No we mean it. Him and I want a long, peaceful, wonderful and normal life with each other" you said "Exactly" Five said.

"A normal life of groceries and taxes? You two would die of boredom" Lila said "Yeah, well, you're not exactly out for domestic bliss either" Five said before he looked at you "And I'd like to think that I could be" he said and you smiled when you heard him. He only seemed that he wanted you close to him than ever.

You then opened a door before you and Five enter.

"'Course I'm bloody not. Thank God" Lila said before walking after us.

"I mean, maybe it's a tone thing?" Lila said as the three of you walked down some stairs.

"I don't know, but you two could really work on, like, the way you guys speak" Lila said as Five and you looked down a dark and empty hallway and you walked to the left before walking over a metal shelf that was laying on the floor "It's very...It's irritating" Lila said as she followed after the two of you.

"More than your accent? I hardly doubt that" you said, getting annoying from Lila constant nagging against your husband. 

"I'm just saying it's something you can work on, you know. For the future" she said as you and Five stopped before Five let out a sigh while you and him smiled as you both looked forward.

"Why are you smiling, you little pisspot?" Lila asked as she was looking at Five.

Five looked at her still smiling before he looked forward again "'Cause of that" he said and pointed at a door.

'OPERATIONS BUNKER'

"There is it" you said "Well, you could have led with that" Lila said before the three of you walked over to the door.

Luther was standing with his arm around Sloane's shoulder as the two and Viktor was at the meeting place to meet with the Sparrows.

Then they saw a car came driving around a corner before it stopped in front of them.

Ben, Fei and Chris stepped out of the car before they walked closer to the others.

Luther then put Jayme's and Alphonso's body in the Sparrows' car's trunk.

Sloane then walked over to the Sparrows before her and Fei hugged.

"Well, that is it. This puts an end to it" Viktor said "No. We want the old man too" Ben said "What are you doing?" Fei asked "You wanted a plan. Here it is" Ben said "It's a stupid plan" Fei said "He isn't part of the deal" Viktor said "He is now" Ben said "Ben, they aren't working with him. They had nothing to do with the attacks--" Sloane said but Ben cut her off "Then they won't mind finding him and handing him over. It's simple. Bring us the man who killed our siblings, and this will all be over. If not..." Ben said before he turned around and walked over to the car with Chris, Fei and Sloane.

You opened a side door "Exsqueeze me" Lila said as she walked past you and Five "You're excused" Five said as you both entered "Operations bunker" Lila said as she walked over to a huge round door.

Lila leaned her head closer to a small device on the door and it glow blue before it started beeping as it scan her face causing it to made a beeping sound.

Five could feel that he began sweating more and his body also started itching more and more.

You could also feel the sweating and your body itching but not as much as Five could feel it.

The last time you were both sweating like this was back in 63'

But the alarm said a buzzing sound "We're screwed" Lila said "Unauthorized access" we heard an artificial female voice in the speakers said.

"Oh, shit" Five mumbled under his breath while he began to sweat like crazy as he continuing to scratch his neck.

"Jesus. You're sweating like a dodgy shrimp on ice" Lila said as she looked at Five and noticed how much he was sweating.

Five let out a small fart which cause you and him to realize something as you looked at each other.

"Do you think?" you itch your neck "I think so" he said and he scratch his chest again before he walked towards the scanner by the door and it began scanning his face making the device whirs.

When it was done, the device said a chimes sound "Personnel accepted. Additional Personnel needed" a voice said over the speaker and the door unlocked.

"Love" Five pointed on the scanner and you nodded as you did what he told.

You leaned forward towards the scanner by the door and it began scanning his face making the device whirs. "Access granted" a voice said over the speaker and the door unlocked.

"I guess you're both essential personnel" Lila said as the door opened.

When the door slid opened you looked at the room.

The bunker was a tilted white room with black floor and it didn't seem destroyed like the rest of The Commission, it seems new.

The whole room was empty and white.

"Some bunker" you looked around.

On the white rug stood a glass coffee table and two red rounds chairs next to it. A teapot and others sort of glass was standing on the table.

Panels of light on the ceiling led to two chamber machines.

"Wow" Lila said before she entered the bunker first.

Both you and Five scratched our neck as we enter, but as soon as we enter, the sweating and itching stopped and you had a confused look on you faces as you first looked at each other before you both looked at the door that slid closed.

Lila let out chuckled as she looked around the room before she walked over to some kind of metal machine that was standing in the middle of the room right next to another metal machine. The machines look like containers that could fit a human inside as a ventilator was hissing.

One of the machines was turned off and the body of a older woman was laying inside it.

The woman had long gray hair and was so thin that you could see her ribs.

She was only wearing a thin shirt and some shorts and she had a handmade ring around her finger, a leather bracelet around her left wrist with the silver nr. five. Five's initial tattooed on her left shoulder and a heart shape necklace around her neck.

In the other machine was there an elderly man in his underwear with his head protruding from the case was visible to them when they looked at the case to see what was inside.

"Looks like tinned beef. I was expecting more man and less...can" Lila said as she patted the container where the elderly man was in.

"That's them, huh?" Five said as he lay the book on a table "The founders" you said before you walked closer to the machine.

As Five came closer to the machine where the man was in, my eyes widened when he looked at the man's face "It can't be" he said as he realized who it was.

"What the hell" you said as you looked the woman in the other machine.

Both you and Five could recognized each other anywhere, any stage, any time, any age.

"It can't be" Five said "I think it can" you said. 

"What's wrong?" Lila asked "It's us" you and Five said quietly, unsure of it yourself even if you both saw it with your own eyes.

There was a few seconds of silence before Lila started laughing hysterically "No way. This whole time you've been complaining about The Commission and you two are the ones who founded it. Classic" she said "If we did, we have no memory of it" Five said and Lila laughed again "It doesn't make sense, I never wanted to be a part of The Commission. It's the place I wanted to leave the second I joined. Why would I be the founder of it?" you asked.

You couldn't believe what you saw with your own eyes. How have both you and Five created the Commission? In what time? You thought you would have noticed your husband building a superpower in time. It made no sense, unless it didn't happen yet. But if the world was going to end, then you and Five wouldn't be able to create The Commission.

"So here I was thinking you were a maverick, but you're a company man, down to the bone. I mean you..." Lila said and let out another laugh.

A part of you couldn't help but think, for a moment that you and Five was powering the entire place. Five's power had to do with space and time, so it wasn't a long shot, but why you. But then it means that no matter what timeline and universe there was, you and Five were made to be together.

"You literally cannot breath without this place" she said "It's not funny, Lila" you said "Something's not right. We don't have paradox psychosis" Five said "We could feel it outside but in here" you said as Five looked at the door before looking around confused while wondering about it "It's...nothing" Five said.

"Never were too bright, were we?" a raspy voice said and the three of you looked down to see the older Five with his eyes opened.

"The operations bunker is paradox-proof" he said before he strains to inhale "My wife Y/n and I constructed it as a panic room in case of a collapse in the time continuum, in this room, all permutations of yourself can exist. My wife Y/n came up with the idea and created it with me. We are truly lost without that amazing and wonderful woman" older Five said.

"Gross, even close to death you're all sodded up about her" Lila said.

Older me then looked at you "Oh Y/n, is that you my love?" he asked "Another version of me, but yeah" you said.

You knew that this Five wasn't yours, yours was standing besides you, but every Five you'd encounter, you'd have a soft spot for. And Five, your Five noticed it although he felt a twinge of jealousy that he knew would only grow, his heart beat faster at the thought of you loving him even on his deathbed.

To older Five, seeing his wife once more, even just another version of you, was a blessing. 

"You must be here because of a...Kugelblitz" he said "Is that like a cheese blintz?" Lila asked "It's German for 'Ball of lighting'." Five said "It's an extra kinky kind of black hole" you said.

You knew what the kugelblitz was, bit was a black hole collapsing on itself, ones that could tear an entire existences from their realities, taking people, animals, any living being until there was nothing left. It was like a restart.

"The kind that can suck up entire timelines" Lila said "And any anomalies with it" you said "Bingo" old Five said with a nod.

"So, how do we fix it?" Five asked and old Five let out a raspy chuckled before coughing.

You looked at Five and you could see that it was hard for him to see his future self in a position like that.

"You don't" older Five answered "If you and Y/n created all of this, then you must have created a solution" Five said annoyed and old him let out a wheezing noise before he coughed and whimpered.

"All that will be left is...oblivion" old Five said before he coughed and inhaled "Oblivion? What do you mean?" Lila asked as she put her hands on the machine.

But then the machine opened, making his body to roll out, and as he rolled out, we saw his whole body. He was missing half of his left arm and he was so skinny that you could see his ribs.

He have your initial tattooed on his left shoulder. And a handmade ring around his finger.

"This is what you have coming" he said as he look at Five "Listen to me, you ass" Five said and walked closer "I just spent the last 20 days running around saving the world from apocalypse, only to keep trying to save the world. Now I am stuck in this pubescent body, my hormones are raging, and all I wanna do is to have some alone time with my wife. Have a normal, peaceful and beautiful life with her" Five  said aggressive and you looked at him.

Lila could see that older Five began to show signs of fear towards his younger self "Take it easy on him, Five" Lila said "Lila, this is between me and myself, so stay out of it" Five said as he turned to her "Thank you" he said "Five" you said "Love, please stay out of this" Five said to you before he turned to look back at his old self.

"Now, this Kugelblitz, it is not some tiny leak that we can simply fix by patching a couple of pinholes. It is a giant trash compactor which is grinding up univers and consuming it whole. So tell me how you stop it!" Five said loudly and more aggressive and the older him was scared at his other self.

"Whatever you do..." he said and the heart monitor started beeping causing him to get choking "Don't save the world" he said before he looked at you.

"Oh, Y/n, I've missed you..." Older Five said "I'm right here. I've never left you" you grabbed his hand.

"I love you. Now I will get to see my Y/n again. I'm sorry for everything" he said as the heart monitor started beeping rapidly and old Five closed his eyes before the machine that was keeping him alive powered down.

"What do you mean, don't save--Five" Five yelled out his name while the electricity powered down.

"How do I fix this?" Five asked and Lila put two of her fingers by old Five's neck "He's dead, Five" she said and Five started panting as he looked hopeless and helplessly at his future self's dead body.

Five inhaled sharply before closing his eyes as he took a deep breath, trying his best to hold in his tears.

"Can I have the room?" he said in a low voice. He was scared, shock and confused and this time, he didn't know what to do.

"Er...I don't think I should leave you two alone" Lila said "Lila, I need the room" he said and she nodded before he watched her leave the room.

You didn't leave the room, you stayed "Darling, I'm alright, I just need to the room" he said.

But you knew your husband, you could see right though him, and you knew that he wasn't okay.

You could see that another trauma was added to his long list of his life.

So without saying anything, you walked over to him and wrapped your arms around him.

Both you and Five felt whole when you could feel each other's touch and you felt we could be ourself, that you could let out our pain, sadness and feelings when you were with one another, so Five wrapped his arms around you. 

You pulled him closer and he could feel your calming heartbeat in his ear as it was pressing against your chest, making him feel a little better by just hearing it.

"It's okay, I'm here" you lifted your hands, placing them behind his head as he pressed his face against your chest letting out a small and quite sob.

You pulled away before putting your face in your hands and he pushed your hair behind your ear before he moved his hand to your cheek while you were brushing your thumb over his cheek.

"We are gonna fix this together, okay. And everything will be alright" you said before you rested your forehead against his before you both closed your eyes, your nose touching each other.

"You and me, us against time" you said "You and me, us against time" he repeated and you smiled.

"What would I do without you?" he asked "You will always have me" you said and he let out a heavily breaths as he pressed his forehead more against yours.

"I promise, no matter what, I will protect you" he said.

"This kinda makes sense since your ability is litterally to teleport in time and space" you said "Doesn't help our situation" he said "If it helps, it doesn't make me love you any less" you said and he smiled.

"Promise me something" he said "Anything" you said "Don't let me get my arm cut off" he said and you chuckled "I promise" 

"I better leave, I can't handle being in this room any longer, seeing my old self like that" you said "I understand, you go. I will out in a minute" he said "Are you sure?" you asked "I'm sure" he said "Alright" you gave him a quick kiss on the check before leaving the room.

Five blinked away the tears in his eyes as he chewed his lower lip in an effort to prevent himself from crying. He wanted to cry, for the past 20 days of trying to save the world, he was tired. He just wanted to fix this, want to retire with you by his side, the woman he love but it seems that he wouldn't be get any of that.

"Son of a bitch" Five whispered as he looked at his older self and that's when he noticed a tattoo on older Five's skin right between the chests.

"The hell" Five said as he looked at the tattoo before he pulled up his pocket knife and began cutting of the part of the skin that the tattoo was on. He knew that it must be important or mean something since older Five had it tattoo on his skin.

He put the piece of the skin with the tattoo on in his pocket before he looked at his older self.

Viktor was walking down the hall when he saw Harlan in hallway "Harlan, you need to stay in your room" he said as he walked up to him and Harlan turned around with an angry look on his face "What's wrong?" Viktor asked and Harlan lifted up some newspaper with the siblings' mothers on "Why do you have these?" he asked before he walked closer to Viktor "Huh? Why?" he asked "Do you know them?" Viktor asked.

Harlan then grabbed Viktor's shoulder causing Viktor to let out a gasp and Harlan a grunt as they both started glowing and Viktor saw that when Sissy died at the hospital, Harlan cried out in pain making him lose control and as he did that, all the siblings' mothers died of a suddenly cerebral hemorrhage.

Viktor gasped as he pulled away before both him and Harlan powered down.

Viktor's breath was shivering as he looked at Harlan "It was you? You killed our mothers? You caused all this?" Viktor said with tears in his eyes.

Harlan turned around before he walked down the hallway towards his room.

"How do you know our mothers? What did you do to them?" Viktor asked as he was walking after Harlan "Taps. I need my tapes" Harlan said as he opened the door to his room "Hey. I'm talking to you" Viktor said as they enter Harlan's room "No!" Harlan said before he began straining.

Viktor then ran over and closed the briefcase with the taps in. "No. Not until you tell me the truth" he said looking at Harlan "I could tear you to atoms" Harlan said "Try it" Viktor said and Harlan started powering up before Viktor did the same.

Glass started shatters as both Viktor and Harlan powered more up making the whole place shake.

When the powers hit each other, both Harlan and Viktor was knock backwards before they both hit a wall making them let out a groan.

Both of them was panting as they both sat up "Why?" Viktor asked him "It was an accident" Harlan said "28 dead women, a three-year-old boy and a one-year-old is not an accident" Viktor said "You're supposed to understand. Mom--" "Don't bring Sissy into this" Viktor said, cutting Harlan off "She swore you'd come back to us. Make things right again. So I waited for years. You never did. And on the day she died...I felt you again. Here" Harlan said before he pointed on his head "And I reached out. It wasn't you" he said "It was our mothers. You connected to them" Viktor said "They were terrified about something growing in them. I...I could feel their pain. Their screams so loud, like a storm in my head tearing me apart. I tried to break the connection. I...I...I couldn't. It was too late. I pushed back" Harlan said before he sighed and a tear felled from Viktor's eyes.

"After that, I just hid myself away. Just to be safe. Until now" Harlan said and let out another sighed.

Harlan then grabbed his briefcase before he pulled it closer to him and wrapped his arms around it, pressing it against his chest.

"I'm not a fool, Viktor. I always knew my life was gonna be hard, but...never like this. Never gonna hurt anyone. Ever. That part's not me. That's..." "That's me" Viktor said, cutting Harlan off "That's kinda my thing. I've hurt a lot of people with my power. And I am just so sorry you were one of them" Viktor said and sighed "I need to tell your family what I did to them" Harlan said "No. No. Harlan, what you did had bigger consequences, and people I love got hurt. So we have to be very careful how we tell them" Viktor said "Consequences? Like what?" Harlan asked.

Viktor walked out of the elevator to see Luther in the lobby wearing a Sparrow jacket.

"Hey. You seen Allison?" Viktor asked and he looked at her "What the hell happened?" Luther asked as he saw the cut on Viktor's cheek "Its, uh...It's not as bad as it looks" he said "It look as if you're lucky to be upright. Did Harlan do that?" Luther asked "We just got in a disagreement" Viktor said "About what?" Luther asked "It doesn't matter" Viktor said.

"So I just checked the perimeter. We're good" Diego said as he walked up to them while he was flipping his knife in his hand "Now, we're gonna have to take turns" he said to them.

But then Luther let out a gasp and grabbed Diego's shoulder, turning him around to see a wound on the back of his neck "Oh my God! What happened to you? Was it Harlan?" Luther asked "What?" Diego asked "The Sparrows are right. He shouldn't be here. He's dangerous" Luther said "He's only dangerous because I made him that way. This is my problem, and I appreciate your concern, but I'm gonna figure it out. I'm gonna fix it" Viktor said.

"What's going on?" Allison asked as she walked over to them "Oh my God. He got you too?" Luther asked as he saw a cut on Allison's lip.

Allison looked at Viktor and saw his cut "You okay?" she asked "Great. You?" Viktor asked "Never better" she answered.

Then suddenly a blue portal appeared next to them and they all gasp and jumped back when you, Five and Lila came through it and you hit a large pieces of wooden furniture, breaking it, before landing painfully on the floor with a grunt as the portal closed.

Lila was panting while Five let out a groan "Shit" Five said as the three of you grunted "Shoo" Lila said as she pushed Five away from her.

"Darling, you okay?" Five asked as he looked at you and you nodded "Never better" you said sarcastic "I'm getting really sick and tired of always landing hard when we do something like this" you said.

"Where have you two been?" Viktor asked you and Five "Facing my mortality, Viktor. I don't recommend it" Five answered as you and him got to your feet.

"You two had the briefcase?" Allison asked as she pointed on the briefcase "We've been looking for this!" she said before she grabbed the briefcase "Well, look no further. That's the last one on Earth" Five said as the briefcase began smoking "Or was the last one" you said and Allison scoffed as she threw it onto the floor before walking angry over to sit on the staircase while Five crouched down to look at the briefcase "Yeah, that's toast" he said "Damn it" you said while Lila walked over to Diego before she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Oh shit. All right" Five said before he stood up.

"Hey" Diego said as she pulled away "You're happy to see me. What's wrong?" he asked "Turns out there's less time to hold grudges than I had planned. You're off the hook" she said before she looked around "Hey, where's Stan?" she asked.

"Excuse me. One second" Luther said as he grabbed Diego and pulled hin away from Lila "Yeah?" Diego asked "Did you and Allison get into some kinda fight last night?" Luther asked "Hell yes. We kicked some serious ass last night" Diego said "What the hell's gotten into this family" Luther said "I don't know, but it's awesome. Swear to God, I've never seen her do things like she did yesterday. She was brutal. It's fine. You know, just needed to blow some steam off. I helped. She's good" Diego said "Oh, yeah. Real good" Luther said.

"Hey, Chatty Cathys, quite the chitchat, all right?" Five said to Diego and Luther "I'm calling a family meeting here" he said.

Lila was about to walk away but then Diego grabbed her arm "Ah, ah, ah. That means you too" he told her.

"Where's Klaus?" Five asked as he looked around and Diego turned his head so he Stan walking towards the elevator with cleaning supplies in his hands.

"I'll be right back" Diego said before he followed after Stan "Don't leave me with your--" Lila said but she was cut off when Diego just left "Dieg--Lost another. Great" Five said as Diego walked away.

"Spit it out, Five" Allison said angry as she glared intensely at Five.

Five put his hand in his pockets as he smiled at her "Oh, well, since you asked so nicely, sister mine, our little paradox brought forth a freaking Kugelblitz" he said "What the hell is a Kugelblitz?" Viktor asked.

"It's German for 'Ball of lighting' It's like a black hole and is not good. It's like a black hole collapsing on itself, ones that could tear an entire existences from their realities, taking people, animals, any living being until there was nothing left. It was like a restart" you said.

You were right, but this time you were hoping that you wouldn't be, but you were almost all the time. The Kugelblitz was a result of an anomaly as the universe tried to correct itself.
