Avu came in hall with tray. She walked towards table. She was looking down so she didn't see Sid. As soon as Sid saw her, he started having headache. He controlled himself as he didn't like showing anyone his weaknesses.

With her every step, Sid's heart beat was increasing. He didn't recognize her but her presence was definitely doing something to him. His face turned pale. His hands cooled down. His knuckles turned white. Sweat formed on his forhead.

Arav: Mr. Nigam are you alright?

Var: Is everything fine sir?

As Avu came near, he started having problem in breathing. He held his head in his hands and screamed.

Sid: Agghhggggggggghhhhhhhhh

He felt on floor and wasn't able to bare the pain.

Arav: You alright? Mr. Nigam. Mr. Nigam

Both were panicked. While Avu was looking clueless. She was worried. She didn't know who is he but felt pangs in her heart seeing him in this condition. She deep inside felt a huge connection with him. She wanted to run and held him but couldn't.

After screaming for few minutes, Sid blacked out.

Var: OMG Arav what happened to him?

Aar: I...I d..don't know

Both were scared as Sid was a huge buisness man. If something happened to him, they can be in a big trouble. They were trying to get him up. Suddenly Var's eyesight felt on Avu.

Var: I am sure this slut has done something

Aar looked at Var.

Var: Oh yaa as soon as you came, he started behaving odly

She pressed her throat.

Var: (shouted) Didn't I tell you to behave nicely

Her long and sharp nails were peircing Avu's throat. Tears rolled down her eyes.

Aar: Leave this bitch now Varsha. We can see what to do with her later. Now we need to take him to hospital. I can't take any risk with him

Var: Yee correct

She looked back at Avu.

Var: Don't think you are saved. I won't leave you. Lemme come back once

She pushed Avu and she felt on ground with a thud coughing badly. Arav and Varsha took Sid to hospital. Avu looked in mirror and saw Varsha's nail and finger mark's on her neck.

With Sid

They reached hospital. Dr. immediately checked him and asked to admit him in emergency. After sometime dr. came out.

Dr.: See he is already suffering from medical problem. Do you know the details?

Ara and Var looked at each other in shock.

Ara: No we don't

Dr.: Is he taking some treatment or not?

Ara: We don't know

Dr.: Oh My God. So irresponsible people. Don't you know your family member is suffering so much

Ara: He is not our family member. He is our guest

Dr.: Oh I am so sorry. Is there anyone who knows about him somewhere near?

Ara thought for a moment.

Ara: Yes his secretary

Dr.: Hmm ok call her here

Ara nodded. He was too worried. Same with Var. Not about Sid but about themselves.
