Kai took after his mother in terms of what he wanted out of Monzara, Institute Of The Arcane. His mother was from House Oceania & his father was from House Lycan. An unlikely pair. However, Kai lived with his Uncle & cousin Jinhwan. Both his uncle & cousin were non-magical so they wouldn't be able to really help him with his abilities to an extent.

"정말 가고 싶어요? 이건 일종의 사기일 수도 있어요, 카이." (You sure you want to go ? This could very well be a scam of some kind, Kai.) Jinhwan asked growing very concerned for Kai. He's never even really seen Monzara, Institute Of The Arcane. It isn't like he wouldn't be able to attend the school, but it certainly wouldn't have been such an easy transition. "I am very sure. I want to attend the institute."

This was very much a concern. His family were worried he'd wish to never attend. It isn't like they can give Kai an explanation to his parents deaths. Not that Huening Kai wished to know of their deaths or how he came into the guardianship of his uncle. He felt that wouldn't benefit him at all.

"Are you entirely sure ? We'd understand if you wanted to stay with us rather than attend the institute." Kai gave a bright smile. His eyes were glittering with complete excitement, "확신해요. 가고싶어요. 난 두렵지 않아요." (I am sure. I want to go. I am not afraid.) Jinhwan started helping Kai pack. He'd be dropping Kai off since he was the only one home. Kai' uncle was already at work for the day.

Pretty soon they were loading the car & taking Kai to the institute of the arcane. Now Huening was very well prepared to attend the institute. He even read up a little on the houses & knew which one he wished to be sorted into. It wasn't long before they were parked just outside the institute. "카이, 잘 지내겠다고 약속해요." (Promise me that you'll take care of yourself, Kai.) Jinhwan asked very much worried for his cousin. This would be the first time Kai would openly be away from home & surrounded by others much like him. "I promise ! See you soon !", Kai yelled as he quickly gathered his things & ran up to the school' front gates where a sorter awaited him.

The process was very quick. Almost like it never even happened. "You belong to House Wing. Please gather your things & head to the intended area," The sorter said off to find the next person to be sort.

Kai soon found his way to the waiting area where others awaited their entrance ceremony into the institute. He only stood in the crowd, but immediately was a bit nauseous. What was wrong with him ? What did this mean ?

What was to happens as soon as he went through those huge mahogany double doors ?
