HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI -- THRONE ROOM

The next day, Majordomo Theseus walks inside the throne room where The Elders are.

"Milords? Miladies?" Theseus said with a bow.

"Theseus? What news do you have?" The Elder God, Dimitris, asked.

"There was an explosion at Christy's homestead safehouse yesterday evening." Theseus tells them.

The Elders exchange worried looks at each other.

"What of Christiana?" Ames asked, worried.

"I assume that she got out before it exploded." Theseus told them. "I have sent Dementrio and two Orasanian Guardsmen to do a search at the homestead safehouse."

"Klaus and the others will want to know of this." The Elder Goddess, Zenova, said.

"I will let them know." Theseus said.

"Thank you, Theseus, you are dismissed." The Elder God, Elias, said.

Theseus bows at them and walks away.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah, and Kol are in the study. Rebekah's phone buzzes in her pants pocket.

Rebekah takes out her phone and looks at it. "It's Ismene."

Rebekah gets up and answers her phone, slowly walks over to the desk.

"Ismene?" Rebekah said.

"Rebekah? There's been an explosion at Christy's homestead safehouse yesterday evening. According to Theseus, she made it out before it exploded. I'll update you when there's an update." Ismene tells her on the telephone.

"Thank you, Ismene." Rebekah said, worried, and hangs up her phone.

"Rebekah?" Elijah said.

Rebekah turns around to look at Klaus, Elijah and Kol.

"What is it?" Kol asked.

"That was Ismene. Yesterday evening, there was an explosion at Christy's homestead safehouse." Rebekah told them and slowly walks up to them.

Klaus, Elijah and Kol exchange worried looks at each other.

"What about Christy?" Elijah asked, concerned.

"According to Theseus, she made it out before it happened." Rebekah said. "Ismene is gonna call back with another update."

Elijah, Rebekah and Kol looks at Klaus, who hasn't said anything yet as he processes what Rebekah just told them.

"Nik?" Rebekah said.

But Klaus doesn't want to talk about it, knowing he spoke to Christy on the phone yesterday evening. "She's alive. She's alive."

And Klaus walks away.

Elijah, Rebekah and Kol exchange worried looks at each other.

"He's barely holding it together." Elijah said.

"I don't want to know what Nik is going through right now." Kol said.

"Neither do we." Rebekah said.

"Until we have a further update, we have to focus on the Pure-blood vampires." Elijah said.

"Do you think you can get to Nik to focus on that?" Kol asked. "He could care less about the Pure-blood vampires?"

"We can try." Elijah said.

NEARBY GAS STATION

Later that day, Christy is at a gas pump, getting some gas. She looks at her wallet and is getting low on cash.

"Damnit." Christy said, and puts her wallet back in her backpack pocket.

She looks at a nearby diner and finishes putting gas in her car.

Getting back inside her car, Christy drives away from the gas station and drives over to the diner.

DINER

After ordering herself a plate of bacon and scrambled eggs, Christy sits in a booth table, eating her breakfast food.

She takes out her phone and dials Odessa's telephone number.

"Christiana? Oh my gosh, I just been informed about your homestead safehouse incident." Odessa said, worried. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, I'm fine." Christy reassured. "Ode? Do you remember me asking you for a small favor?"

"Of course." Odessa said. "What do you need?"

"I'm getting low on cash. And I was wondering if I can borrow one of your opal?" Christy said.

"Sure you can, Christiana." Odessa said. "Where are you?"

"I'm at a diner right now, and I don't have anywhere else to go. I would've went to Mount Orasani, but I didn't want to risk it." Christy tells her.

"Come to my palace casino. I'll have a keycard and suite room prepared for you when you get here." Odessa said.

"Thank you, Ode." Christy thanked her.

"You're welcome, Christiana. Like I told you, you're my gal. I got your back. So, after you leave the diner, you can come here. I'll await for you." Odessa said.

"I'll be there." Christy said.

"Alright, love you." Odessa said.

"Love you too, Odessa." Christy said, hangs up her phone and continues eating her food.

ODESSA'S PALACE SPEAKEASY CASINO

Later that afternoon, after arriving through a portal, Christy drives into the indoor garage and parks her car in a parking spot.

Christy takes the elevator to the top floor. The elevator dings and the elevator doors slides open.

Christy walks out into the dimly-lit cabaret speakeasy casino room.

Odessa is with her bodyguard.

"Hi, Odessa." Christy said and slowly walks up to her. "I would bow, but . . ." She trailed off, gently lifts up the hem of her red shirt, revealing her wound. " . . . Do you have any medical supplies?"

"Of course. Come to my office." Odessa said and walks away.

Christy puts her red shirt down and follows Odessa up the stairs and into Odessa's office.

ODESSA'S OFFICE

Odessa and Christy are sitting on the couch. Odessa is attending to Christy's wound by applying a band-aid.

"Thanks, Ode." Christy thanked her with a small smile.

"You're welcome." Odessa said. "How've you been recently?"

"Not good." Christy said. "I have to call Theseus and let him know."

shortly after . . .

Christy sits in a sofa chair in front of Odessa's desk. Odessa sits in her throne.

Christy is on her phone with Theseus.

"Christiana? I am so relieved to know that you're alive and well." A relieved Theseus said on the telephone. "I will let The Elders know at once."

"Okay, thanks, Theseus." Christy thanked him.

"You are welcome, Christiana." Theseus said. "Where is your current location?"

"I'm staying with Odessa at her palace speakeasy casino." Christy said.

"I will tell The Elders of this as well your husband." Theseus said.

"Alright, thanks, Theseus." Christy thanked him.

"You are welcome, and as for Takeshi's case against you, it is progress." Theseus said.

"Alright." Christy said, and hangs up her phone.

Odessa sets down a wad of 1,000 dollar cash she pawned from her opal on her desk in front of Christy.

"Thanks, Ode. I'll pay you back." Christy said.

"There's no need." Odessa said, takes a sip of her red wine.

"Ode, let me pay you back. Please?" Christy said.

Odessa small smiles at Christy. "Okay. You can pay me back."

Odessa and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

In the courtyard of the MIKAELSON COMPOUND, Klaus is at the mini-bar, drinking bourbon.

"Klaus?" Theseus said.

Klaus turns around to look at Theseus. "Theseus?"

"Christiana is alive." Theseus told him.

In which, Klaus becomes relieved. "Where is she?"

"She's staying with Odessa at her palace speakeasy casino." Theseus said. "Expect her to contact you."

"I will." Klaus said.

And Theseus vanishes into a portal.

And Klaus small smiles to himself, relieved.

NEARBY VENDORS MARKET

Christy walks through the vendors market, looking around at the vendors selling food, beverages, clothes, etc.

Christy looks at an woman selling takeout pasta and ginger ale. She slowly walks up to the woman.

"Hola, bona tarda." ( "Hello, good afternoon." ) Christy greeted in the ancient language with a small smile.

"Hola, bona tarda." ( "Good afternoon." ) The vendor market woman greeted back with a small smile.

"Quant per la pasta i la beguda per emportar?" ( "How much for the takeout pasta and drink?") Christy asked.

"100 euros." said the vendor market woman in ancient language.

Christy gently hands her a $100 euro from her roll of 1,000 euros she gotten from Odessa.

She hands it to the vendor market woman, who gently takes it and hands a takeout bag to Christy.

"Gràcies." ( "Thank you." ) Christy spoke in an ancient language.

"Siguis benvingut." ( "You're welcome.") The vendor market woman said.

And Christy walks away with her takeout bag.

Now, sitting at a bench table, Christy eats on her takeout pasta with a plastic fork. She takes out her phone and dials Klaus's phone.

And Klaus answers his phone. "Christy?"

"Hey, Klaus." Christy greeted her husband.

"It's good to hear your voice. I feel better now, knowing that you're okay. Theseus told us." A relieved Klaus said on the phone.

"I know, I'm sorry that it scared you a little." Christy apologized.

"It's alright. You're staying with Odessa?" Klaus said.

"Yeah, I am." Christy said.

"What the bloody hell happened?" Klaus asked.

"I don't know how it happened. But I didn't know that there was a dynamite bomb at my homestead safehouse until I heard a noise in the kitchen." Christy tells her husband.

"But I'm just relieved you got out before it happened." Klaus said.

"Yeah, me too." Christy said. "I just wanted to call you to let you know I'm okay."

"Well, I'm glad you did. It's been a few days now and according to Theseus, the case against you is in progress. You'll return back home soon." Klaus said.

"Does Luna and Trinity know?" Christy asked.

"They don't and telling them will add on to their worries, so, they don't need to know." Klaus replied.

"Yeah, I agree. They're young and they are things that they shouldn't know." I said.

"Exactly." Klaus said.

"I have to go, I just wanted to call you to reassure you and to put your mind at ease." Christy said.

"Well, then, my worries have been reassured and my mind has been eased. I love you." Klaus said.

"I love you too, Klaus." Christy said, and hangs up her phone and continues eating her takeout food.

ODESSA'S PALACE SPEAKEASY CASINO -- SUITE ROOM

Later that night, Christy uses her key card to enter her suite room and gently closes the door behind her.

Christy slowly walks over to the bed and sits down. She gently takes off her cap and gently lays down on the bed and goes to sleep.
