Remember the Spore sounds from the crawler?

Well, apparently something I made in Spore actually EXISTS.

How do I know? I'm stuck with Liki at the Kymari's version of the super market. An Olipicre had been shopping here too, along with other races.

Some with fur, others with scales and feathers. I think I saw a brownish bug alien somewhere around too.

Olipicre are the race I made when I was around eight. I made them be diplomats, which is a good thing in spore. No I don't know why I spent time making six-limbed creatures for their home world Hexrl.

Anyways, we passed a section full of toys, like the ones you would get for your dog to chew on. Or a cat to chase. Liki went slow, as if he was waiting for me to pick one

A specific shiny toy caught my eye. It was shaped like a legless mouse, but had six gold streamers where its ears would be. And its tail is big and flat, like a beaver's. The best thing about it is that it's a beautiful silver.

I put all my mass into my right arm, and reached out for the toy. Liki chuckled, grabbing it for me and putting it in my hand. I shifted back into simple form, holding the toy gingerly.

Whatever the Kymari language symbols mean, it looked like this toy was at a discount! I purred, internally grinning as we passed the next three aisles.

Liki grabbed a few other items, but they were things you would make for a DIY. He also collected more fruit for the fridge.

Eventually we made it to the checkout place, and what do you know, a cat furry is in front of us. The voices hinted at them being pretty placid, but also untrustworthy for some things.

After the furry got all their sh- I mean stuff together, we paid for our things and left. Outside the market, other alien species were coming in and out of the building. Including other buildings.

When Seika said that there might be someone that could help us, I thought they meant that another dragonet could show us the ropes. Not go to the supermarket and get stuff for... wait, what is this stuff for?

I mind-linked Seika, or should I say, called them. "Seika, should I be sincere on why you agreed on me and Liki going to the store? I sense secrecy."

"WELL SCREW YOUR SENSES THEN!-"

I interrupted them with a bunch of confusion and delay, resulting in an odd ringing sound.

"Oh, you don't get my edgy reference. Ok then. I'll tell you something really important!" She chuckled nervously. "Someone in the park realized that we're the twinkle slime for the Kymari! And that's not even the best part! The main three agreed to live together since me and you get along so well!"

A rush of excitement surged through me. I couldn't help but grin, but then it would make people weirded out, so I tried to hide it. With my hands. They probably can still see me.

I sent my overflowing excitement to Seika. "I can't wait for this! It'll be so awesome! But still, how will this get the fam to realize that we're intelligent lifeforms that can communicate telepathically?"

"One word. Hidal. He's the only one that knows that both of us used to be humans and all that jazz. In the right moment, me and you, (mainly me) will show the three that we aren't what we seem!"

I gave her a sense of approval. "Nice idea, but you got one thing wrong."

"And what's that?"

"A small handful of spaghettis know about the dragonets. Not just Hidal. But the point about him knowing about the slime cats is correct!"

They sighed in relief. "Oooook... I thought I missed something. Welp, take care until we meet once more!"

"Bye bye [meme]!"
