oh okay so i was back a like just a few days ago,

 I had been busy with other stuff and i was also in a bad spot, i mean a was left alone in my sister's place, while my lil sister, brother and my older sister went to swimming and i didn't want to go swimming so i stayed home, my fault for it, but anyways a thunderstorm happen it was loud and i got scared really bad to the point were i was frozen in place on the floor having a panic attack, and it was like really bad because i couldn't breath and was crying and shaking until other loud thunder was hear making jump and running into a different room, i still could breath well, after a few mins i started to calm down, and then when i got home, we went out to go on rides but i could go on any rides but only two i went on, the next day a friend wanted me to go on a ride with her so i did but i just found out not to go a ride my chest was hurting and my heart was beating to fast, so i could have gotten a heart attack, that's when i stayed off the rides and only eat the food there, so after that storm i have been taking more naps then i should be,

and plus it was taking me a while to heal from my panic attack, and that mean my heart is still in a bad spot so i can't really do anything that'll scare me bad, chapters are moving really slowly because of this,
