He can use his lighting and grab it and turn them into whips.....get it cause hes 'whipflash'....get it.......moving on...

He can turn into lighting by sometime not at will he sometime has trouble not trying to turn into lighting

Back story:Ryan Smith was an ordinary kid who lived in Dallas Texas but he lived with his uncle because both his parents where presumed dead from a plane crash...so his uncle Ramun took care of him

And he has a good friends on of his friends Mikey is a nut but his smart and when it come to partys hes the man

And his childhood friends scarlet and damion

Scarlet it Ryan's best friends but Ryan doesn't know what she really think about him(remind you of some one *cough,cough* pyrrha)....

Damion and Ryan were best friends until fame got to damions head and hung out with cool kids but not hat much with Ryan they were still friends but they still fight and yell at each other
