The world is now safe. Crombell is dead. His minions are dead. All the attacking satellites are destroyed. Even the nukes which are launched to destroy majority of the human population are destroyed, but with a cost. Raizel, Muzaka, & the three nobles (Raskreia, Kei, & Rozaria) sacrificed their lives in order to save humanity from Crombell's final attempt to destroy mankind. Due to this, the humans---after the reporters in Lukedonia convinced them---finally accepted the nobles, werewolves, & modified humans.

Cadis Etrama di Raizel, in his final moments before his body fully disintegrated into million crimson shards of light, all have this thoughts in his mind.

'Regret. An emotion that is even extravagant for me.'

'I do not regret entering eternal sleep if it means saving everyone.'

'Frankenstein, M-21, Tao, Takeo, Regis, Seira, Shinwoo, Ikhan, Yuna, Sui, everyone. I apologize that I cannot be with you any longer.'

'The only thing that I regret right now is not being able to spend time with you longer.'

'If there is such thing as a second chance of living, then I shall use that chance to spend a longer time with all of you.'

With all this thoughts in his mind, he finally entered eternal sleep. However, without him knowing, his wish will eventually come true.
