Armaan {Ongoing}.
Description.
Armaan Muhsin Zain is the daughter of Hanan and Fahd.
All she ever wanted was to be a heart surgeon so that she could make her parents proud of her. When she was in her mother's womb, her biological father abandoned them because he didn't want any kids.
Her mother raised her to be an independent woman and to have a voice. She has always been a princess to her father, who adored her more than anything.
Ever since she was a kid, Armaan has been fascinated by how surgeons operate on the human body. She decided at 7 years old that she would be a brain surgeon.
Yusuf Faiz has always been someone important in her life, ever since they met when they were kids. People change, things change, and time moves on. But what happens when they meet but Yusuf pretends not to know who she is?
Will it be love at first sight or hate at first sight?
Prologue.
"Where did you get that necklace?" Armaan asks Yusuf, who unconsciously touches the necklace that is around his neck.
"Why? What does it matter to you?" he asks her back instead of answering her questions.
Maybe she knew me, but she couldn't. I changed so much. No, she doesn't know me. Why did I have to wear this type of shirt again?
"Because someone who meant everything to me gave me half a heart...but it couldn't be you, could it?" she says, asking herself while shaking her head.
"Who is this person?" Yusuf asks her.
"Someone who I thought would never forget me, but I was wrong. Anyways, I will see you in class," Armaan says, walking away and entering the next class.
Yusuf didn't want to tell her who he was.
He was important to her until he realized that his Aru had grown into a beautiful woman who would always have his heart.
"Why don't you just tell her? ..."
"I can't break her heart again. And you know why..."
"It won't come back, Yusuf. It has been almost twelve years now. You are and will always be cancer-free. Tell her before someone else does, and she might end up hating you," his best friend Umar Ahsan says to him.
"I know, but I can still see my parents' faces when they found out and Aru's when she gladly donated her bone marrow to me. I have this fear that all of this might be just a dream..."
"I will be there for you, and so will she. But you have to remember not to push her away when you two will need each other," Ahad advises his friend.
"Thank you, but for now I will concentrate on my studies, and then maybe just maybe I will tell her who I am and how I feel about her," Yusuf says to Umar Ahsan.
