Nandini's POV

There he is hugging our daughter. He gets up and picks up Mahi and Mia in his arms. He moved towards the sofa and seat with them in his laps. I moved into the kitchen to get some water for them.

"I missed you Daddy so much," Mahi said pouting and he kissed her head.

"I missed you too dad," Mia said, almost crying. Oh my baby she is the emotional baby she can't stay away from both of us. He kisses her forehead too.

"I missed you too, my princesses. We all will go shopping okay," he said, squealing in feelings of happiness, and nodded his head. I chuckled at them. I moved toward them.

"Hello! Manik, how are you?" I asked, trying to make the conversation. I handed him the water.

"Good" He replied in short answers like I am dying to talk to him.

"Ya, surely you are not dying, I can clearly see" my subconscious snapped at me. Someone hugged me from behind at first I got scared.

"How are you, baby doll?" I asked as she kissed my cheek. I kissed her cheek too and I pulled her in front of me and hugged her properly.

"I am awesome Bhabhi. How are you? You know I missed your hand's food so much in these 15 days," She said as I nodded at her smiling at her.

"She is lying Behna. She didn't even miss you a bit. Yeh Mukti juht bol rahi rahe,"He said coming from behind.

"Shut Cabir, don't listen to this idiot. I really missed you," Mukti said pouting and I nodded agreeing with her. She side hugged me and showed her tongue to Cabir. Cabir just made a face at her and seat next to Manik and took Mahi and Mia in his arms and told them at he missed them.

"Dhruv and Aliya and Navya didn't come," I asked them.

"Oh Navya is busy with Abeer and Love birds went to their house they have some work so they will come to meet you guys tomorrow.," Cabir informed me as I nodded in understanding. He is married to Navya and has a son also he is only 3 years old. They all are so good to me except one person.

"You guys go and get ready. I will arrange the breakfast for you all," I said to them. They all nodded.

"Mommy can we please go to the playing area, please," Mahi asked me pouting oh baby.

"Okay Jaan, but make sure you don't get hurt okay," I asked them both they came and kissed me and I kissed their forehead.

"I will take your leave now Behna okay. Navya must be waiting for me." Cabir said and I nodded getting up and side hugs him.

Manik and Mukti got up and hugged him and Cabir goes out of the house. Mukti side hugged Manik as he kissed her forehead.

"I will go in the room and get freshen up," Manik said and I nodded my head. He went into our room and Mukti also goes to her room.

I moved toward the kitchen and tell the Kaki to prepare the lunch also now because I know they might have jetlag right now so, they will go to sleep after eating food.

I moved toward his room and take out his clothes and keep it on the bed as I moved back I got banged on the wall. What the hell wall in the middle of the room. Before I fall down I close my eyes but I couldn't feel any pain so I look up it was him.

His arms are wrapped around my waist and he is standing in his towel. I looked at his eyes. Which held some kind of pain and sadness, I don't know why but I want to erase all his pain and sadness.

Someone knocks on the door. We come out of our eye locks.

"Yes," Manik says

"Maam, The food is ready!" The butler said and goes from there.

"I had put your clothes on the bed," I informed him awkwardly as there is awkward silence filled in our room. I clear my throat and moved out of the room. What the hell I was thinking? This marriage is just forced and there is no hope so you better not get your hopes up. He never wanted to get married and nor did I. I just wanted him safe so I did the marriage and that's sit.

I moved toward the playroom to see the kids playing there. I moved toward them and seat next to them.

"What are my babies doing?" I asked them

"Mommy we are playing with our dolls," Mia said

"Let's go doll your daddy will come to eat his food let go we will seat with him. Till he have his food," I said to them as they both get up from their place.

I held their hands and moved toward the dining room to see Manik is just coming down. He looked at me. We just made quick eye contact and looked away.

"Where is Mukti?" He asked me.

"I will go and looked," I tell him as I made Mai and Mahi seat on the chairs. I moved toward the Mukti room. I knock on the door but then I didn't get the answer so I open the door to see that she is sleeping after changing her clothes. I sighed this girl, always sleeps without having food. I kiss her forehead as I cover her with her blanket. She is such a sweetheart I heard from the other that she is a Manik replica. No doubt she is but only when she gets mad.

I moved out of the room and goes to the dining room to see Manik having his food as Mia and Mahi told him what they did in the last five days as he didn't get time to talk with them. He looked at me not finding Mukti.

"She is sleeping so thought not to disturb her," I tell him as he nodded and continue his food and talking with our daughter.
