Why should I dream,
Life hasn't been scones and cream,
A small fantasy within me gleam
But all these still remain like a directionless
movie theme.

The voice in my head echoes,
Along with my heart there it goes,
Telling me to crush the people's egos,
Making a place for my dream, yes, there she goes.

Why Should I dream,
When in the world there's no value,
But we all should have a different perspective, a different view,
And you should become the only you.

I sit up at night thinking all about it,
Mine is so vague while I feel other's dreams to be lit,
A hole in my stomach, the endless pit,
I need to gather all my senses together, collect the kit.

Why should I dream, when this question arises,
Just remember, there will always be conflict in your mind, it dualizes,
Then I think about how happy I would be if I achieve it, in my brain the memories revises,
Just go ahead and dream, my heart advises.

It's because they have driven me down so much that I don't have the motivation,
Oh god, please give me strength, you're my only salvation,
Walking on their walked path was like an obligation,
But I was born to become my own inspiration.

Why Should I dream, now I understand,
I should reach it by my legs and my own hand,
From the corners of my brain I take out the fantasising wand,
And makes me reach to the bright future, one and only place where I want to stand.

Keep on dreaming people until you don't reach the goal,
It is free of cost doesn't even need to pay the toll,
You are the main character there you give yourself the role,
To keep on dreaming feels like an ecstasy, like you are on a rock and roll.

Why should I dream? When it's an endless battle,
Only have to be grazing the grass like the cattle,
Piercing voices of people saying you can't do this, it rattles,
Step up on all these and dream on, c'mon clear the attle.
