Garfield woke up sore like he hadn't been sleeping on his bed but he remembered he had been. It didn't make any sense to him until he opened his eyes to find he actually wasn't in his room he was at June's house and June was sleeping almost completely on top of him. She was snuggled him close and he couldn't move at all.

"Jack... don't lick the baby," she muttered as he heard a slight giggle coming from out of his line of sight.

"Dude I think there waking up!" A man whispered and Garfield was now really ticked off.

"Wally you ass get over here!" He growled as Wally sighed a bit.

"You happy you stole my future girlfriend?!" He whispered yelled as he took a quick picture.

"Delete that right now!" Garfield growled.

"Perfect black mail," he said as Garfield almost turned into something to beat his ass but June was still sleeping.

"She was tired alright? She fell asleep on me so I stayed we didn't do anything I still have my cloths on," he hissed.

"Sure you two didn't, you have been spending a lot of time with her lately. You spent eighteen hours at the zoo this month, called and texted her every day since her appendix ruptured, helped her move out, and you are here with her. There is even tofu in her fridge," Wally informed.

"Come on leave him alone, I just came here because some creep tried taking her yesterday," Conner muttered.

"He is obviously dating her!" He informed.

"You know you can be friends with a girl right? You don't have to date every girl that is your friend," he informed as he adjusted himself so he could look at them better.

"Roy found out her parents hired the guy to get her and teach her a lesson. He found cameras in her cactus, one in her bookshelf and one with her movie collection. They were very recent I say within the week she moved in they were put here. They had no audio but the guy was planning on tapping into her phone. He also has a wrap sheet a mile long," Conner informed.

"Her parents hired the guy?! With what money they have been using her to pay there bills!" Garfield whispered yelled.

"Yeah they have been and saving there own, they have close to half a million since both parents work," Conner said.

"So we aren't mad that he slept with June then?" Wally asked.

"Obviously, they didn't they just slept next to each other," Conner said making Wally smile.

"So I still have a chance then?" He asked as june started to wake up making Garfield move so she didn't get embarrassed.

She sat up and yawned a bit then rubbed her eyes.

"Oh no it's passed noon isn't it?' June asked as Wally nodded.

"Yeah we were just worried you know," he said cheerfully.

"Yeah kind of saw that yesterday, next time just text me and if I don't text tight away I'm at work. You guys are already stressing me out...who is he? Also how did you get into my house? I know Garfield knows how to get in without touching my door but you guys can't shape-shift!" She growled.

"Key!" Wally smiled as he took out a key.

"You made duplicate keys?! How many our there?" She asked seeing how shocked and angry she was.

"We made three," he said as she was very upset.

"Great now I'm going to have to change the locks!" She muttered.

"No you don't it will be fine and we will have to make more," Wally informed.

"No you do not Wally! Look I know this is weird for you but I like to have personal space. This space is mine no one else's except for Milo. You can only come here if there is a life or death situation, something has happened to me, or I invite you over. I just got out of my parents house okay and don't get me wrong I like all of you but there is such thing as to much and this is to much. Garfield has a key to my apartment because we are friends. This is crossing the line and I don't want to ask Milo to get the keys he will and belive me he is a smart rat," she informed.

"Told you not to make duplicate keys," Conner said.

"It was just in case!" He said.

"You could have asked... this is just to much guys really. First your stalking me, now you are making duplicates of my keys! What's next kidnap me when I sleep, install cameras in my living room, bug my phone?!" She asked.

"We know we went a bit crazy but...." he paused.

"No buts you did all of you did except Garfield who seems to be the only normal one of you and maybe Roy! Just please give me an hour to change and eat please," she said already stressed out.

She quickly left an Garfield took the key from Wally.

"What is the matter with you?! I liked it better when you didn't just do stuff like this," he whispered yelled.

"She can't protect herself, someone has to watch her and you can't do it all the time," he said they heard a thud.

"I think she passed out," Conner said as Garfield quickly jumped over the couch and went to her room and knocked on her door.

"June?!" He asked as he tried to open the door and when she didn't answer panic set in.

Then the door opened the door quickly making him look away. June was only in her underwear and bra she looked upset until she saw Garfield and tried to cover herself up.

"Yes? Sorry my wooden statue I had fell over and broke. Is there a life or death emergency?" She asked.

"No I um... we heard the thing fall and I thought it was you. I'm just going to leave..." he said awkwardly as she closed the door and sat on her floor.

"Dude you passed out on the floor!" Milo hollered.

"Well I can't have him worry about me now can I? Plus he saw me naked.... my gosh I'm a reck. I wish I was normal just for one day. I really like him as a friend and now I just messed things up!" She huffed.

"Why are humans so worried about cloths? I mean I don't wear cloths and you don't care if you see my junk so why do humans care?" He asked.

"It's complicated!" She sighed.

"What's so complicated? I mean you eat, sleep, go to the bathroom, have kids then die. It's the circle of life, sure a guy you see as a friend saw you in your... once you get to matting age you will sleep with him then move on and have more kids with the next guy and the next guy and then you will have thirty-five or how ever many children your kind have then die," he said explained.

"Hold on there, humans don't do that well not all and well humans have standards. I'm not going to check half of those boxes and well no one in there right mind would even date me. I'm just the type of person that can be friends with everyone's boyfriend and them not get jealous because I'm not a lot of things. It's easy for you because your an animal but humans well. They are complicated and sometimes I wish I was an animal," she sighed as she changed into some cloths.

"Explain to me what a boyfriend is again, you humans are still so confusing and I don't really like it," he said as she sighed.

"Come on June! We are already an hour late!" Wally complained.

"No one set a time to met her," Conner informed.

"Still girls take like half there lives getting ready for a day," Wally said.

She came out of her room and smiled but Garfield noticed she was uncomfortable making him feel bad. She was wearing a thin long sleeve shirt and jeans even though it was hot outside. They headed to the base and she met everyone. It was nice except everyone's names were going to be hard to remember.

Garfield pulled her aside as she was was trying to write down people's names and trying to memorize them while everyone was talking and laughing.

"Hey I'm really sorry about earlier. I didn't see anything," he said as she smiled weakly.

"It's okay, it was my fault. I shouldn't have dropped that statue," she smiled.

"Hey! I'm sorry I'm late. I'm Jamie also known as Blue Beetle," he said as she sighed.

"So many names, how do you guys remember everyone?!" She asked.

"Takes a while, trust me. Good job by the way, maybe you can keep us out of trouble more," he chuckled.

"Really don't know about that," she said.

"Se que puedes princesa, nos vemos por ahí hermosa," he smiled as her face turned red.

"HELP! JUNE!" Milo yelled as he was running threw people's legs making some people scream and she caught him as Kaldur'ahm was trying to kill him.

She caught him and looked at him annoyed. He was soaking wet making her wonder what had happened to him.

"Hey! Milo is a friend of mine not a nuance!" She informed as Milo hid in her shirt he was sitting in her bra poking his little head out making himself look as innocent as possible.

"He is so mean, he chased me and and tried to kill me with water! I love water. I mean I swam in the toilet here and he found me!" He cried.

"Ew! Milo you swam in the toilet out of my shirt you weirdo!" She yelled.

"No! He tried killing me!" He shouted.

"You scared him while he was in the bathroom!" She said as Kaldur'ahm looked at her oddly.

"He swam in the toilet?" Jamie asked.

"Yes, I'm sorry I almost killed him please make sure you let everyone know that he is around," he said as Milo was going crazy.

"He apologized stop trying to stay in my shirt!" She said.

"No! He is a rat killer look at him! I'm staying in your shirt plus I'm cold now!" He yelled.

"You were in the toilet get out of my shirt. This is my shirt not yours!" She yelled as she hurried a rip and Milo took off running.

"He didn't did he?" Jamie asked.

"He uh.... I will need to go home he um," she paused as she was holding her chest and her shirt.

"Dear god," Garfield said as everyone looked at them.

Jamie quickly got infront of her and made his suit go away. He took off his jacket and put it on her and zipped it up.

"You can give it back after you get changed, princesa," he said as her face turned red.

"Thanks," she said softly.

Garfield was getting really jealous, he was her friend yes. But he was flirting with her and he felt like he was also doing it because Wally must have showed him the picture. If he said they weren't dating how else would he know for sure unless he flirted with her right in front of him. It was a really messed up thing to do because Garfield knew how awkward she was and how she never had a boyfriend in her life and now there was a guy flirting with her. He was going to break her hear without even knowing it.

He really liked her and Milo, sure Milo had scared him a bit when he was swimming in the toilet which was gross but it was kind of funny. She was amazing and he needed her with him. Maybe he relied on her to much but he still really liked her and her awkward self. He was not going to let this guy take her from him. Even if he could speak Spanish and be charming. He was just going to be her friend first for a while then maybe ask her out.
