Unperturbed by the blow

Beat, beat, beat inside

Adorn pathways to my mind

Thump, thump, knock your fist

On the thin walls of my chest

Slam, slam, slam and boom

In my veins elixir blooms

Spurring this life to resume

A/N

So Have you ever felt this before? Hearing your in heartbeat in the dead silence?? I don't think it's unsettling to realize that you're alive. And I totally believe the feeling is "Unugly" and quite refreshing.

This one was a completely new word for me, but I thought it was so interesting. I hope you enjoyed the poem. :)
