"Yes dad, but I'm working... yeah I know."

The ninja snickered as Cole spoke to his father on the phone. It's been almost a year since the ninja had defeated the Overlord. Lloyd flew around accepting awards as the ninjas became teachers at the new school founded by Wu.

"Yes dad," Cole groans "then can the others at least come with me?"

The ninja shook their heads in objection, they didn't know what it was they were talking about, but they didn't want to go.

"Yeah, thanks dad." Cole sighs "Don't worry, I'll be there. I got it, bye."

Cole hung up as the ninja stared at him, waiting for an explanation.

"You guys remember my younger cousin Aria right?" Cole asks them.

"The Idol trainee, right?" Kai questions.

"Yes her," Cole sighs "my father is forcing me to go to her Idol debut tonight, it's a concert."

"Really?" Jay questions excitedly "She's become really famous from her videos online, and we get to go to her debut concert?!"

"..yes," Cole stares at him.

"Count me in!" Jay agrees.

Kai shrugs "Sounds good to me."

"It would be a nice break," Zane nods.

"It's settled then," Cole says with a sigh "Let's go see my cousin."

"What do you mean the train's late?!"

Aria stood in front of the desk at the train station in Jamanakai Village.

"I'm sorry ma'am," the attendant apologizes.

"I'm sorry," Aria sighs "I just.. I'm gonna be late."

The attendant apologizes again before Aria leaves the station.

"Now what," Aria whines "I'm gonna miss my debut concert. This is all his fault, making me come all the way out here, I swear he's gonna-"

Aria bumps into someone and falls onto the ground, dropping the hard drive in her hand.

"Ow," Aria whines.

"I'm so sorry," the boy apologizes quickly lending her a hand "I wasn't paying attention."

"It's alright," Aria takes his hand and he helps her up "I wasn't either."

The boy bends down and picks up the hard drive, he holds it out to her.

"Ah!" Aria quickly grabs it "Sorry- I mean, thank you."

"I'm really sorry," he rubs his head.

Aria looks up at the boy to see none other than the green ninja, Lloyd Garmadon.

"Oh- you're Aria," Lloyd says surprised "The popular Idol online, right?"

"Yes," Aria looks away trying to make herself invisible.

"Ah, sorry," Lloyd apologizes "I bet it gets tiring to hear that."

"No of course not," Aria smiles "Thank you for helping me up."

"Isn't your debut tonight?" Lloyd asks, "What are you doing all the way in Jamanakai?"

"I was running an errand and got unfortunately stuck," Aria replies "I'm flattered you know that much about me."

"Ah, I'm a bit, of a fan." Lloyd rubs his head looking embarrassed "But you can't miss your debut... what about if I give you a ride?"

"On what?" Aria questions "I don't think I'll make it on time."

"Oh, trust me," Lloyd smiles "I have the fastest transportation."

Aria followed Lloyd outside the village, where he summoned the golden dragon.

"Oh," Aria put her hands together "You're the green ninja!"

"I am," Lloyd says proudly "Take this as my apology for bumping into you."

"Thank you so much," Aria smiles happily.

"Come on!"

"Bring her out!"

"Aria!"

Cole and the ninja stood next to Lou, in the front row of Aria's debut concert, as the crowd shouted.

"Oh dear," Lou says worriedly "The debut concert was supposed to start 15 minutes ago."

"Aria's never late," Cole states.

"Should we be worried?" Kai questions "It's not every day an Idol disappears before her debut."

"Yeah, we should go look for her," Jay nods.

"Agreed," Zane says.

Suddenly, the crowd started cheering and the ninja looked up to see Aria coming out on stage.

"Hi everyone!" Aria smiles brightly "I'm so sorry for the delay." She put her hands together "I hope you can forgive me this time."

The crowd cheers and Aria smiles.

"That damn Idol smile," Cole mutters

"Why you hatin on your cousin so much Cole?" Kai asks, "Aren't you proud of her?"

Cole sighs "I am, I am."

"You don't sound like it," Nya comments "Are you jealous?"

"Jealous?" Cole questions.

Cole looks up at the stage at Aria performing, staring at her purple eye.

"Definitely not," Cole answers "I wouldn't trade places in a million years."
