I woke up to the sound of the waves slapping the sand.

Looking around confused, I tried to get up. But I couldn't cause something heavy was laying on me, almost suffocating me. I look at this object and realized it was a body.

Brody. It was Brody. Flashes of last night started flashing in my brain. It made my pounding head pound harder.

I'm never drinking again. I said that everytime.

I push Brody off me. He doesn't wake up. I shake him to try to wake up but he just rolls over and says "Five more minutes mom." Laughing I walk or more like stumble away. Lee and Ashlee were no where to be seen. Id slept on the beach before and its not the most comfortable experience.

I walk back to the apartment I had been renting since I got here. Very convenient cause its right by the beach.

I ask the worker behind the deks for an extra key cause I had no idea where mine was.

Once in my room, I grab some pills and take a few drinks of water. I take a shower next to wash the sand off me.

Its always relaxing in the shower. It made me think of Brayden and I rushed out still naked to take out my phone.

I hadn't had a call from him in two days. It worried me. Even though I never answered I looked forward to his calling. Had he given up on me?

Dialing his number, I hold my breath.

Four rings and his voicemail message.

Who are you and what do you want?

Oh how nice. I don't leave a message. He knows what I want. I want him.

Being with him hid my feelings for him that I didn't even know wete there. Being away from him I found those feelings.

I get dressed in a yellow sparkly sundress and silver sandals.

Thinking id go and try to wake up Brody, I head down the stairs.

"Miss?" said the guy from behind the counter. "You have a message waiting. I wrote it down." He says handing me a folded piece of paper.

"Whose it from?" I ask.

"He didn't say."

He? " Ok thanks."

Once outside I lean up against the building and unfold it.

Meet me at The Best Sushi Place in Town

No name. I flip it over to see if there's any clue to who it is. Nope. Nothing.

Thinkinh I had nothing to loose I head over to the place, wondering who my mystery man is.

Walking in I see its not that crowded. But only one catches my eye.

"BrayBray!" I scream and run and jump into his waiting arms.

He doesn't just hug me. He plants his lips firmly on mine and doesn't let go.

Hours later where laying in my bed. He's filling me on everything I had missed. Not that it was much.

"Tyler and Candy broke up."

"What? Why? They seemed inseparable!"

"Yeah well Candy decided she still wanted me and tried to get me back. I told her no."

I cant believe Candy would do that.

"She's pregnant to."

"What? By who?!"

"Some new guy she was seeing. He's in college already. She dropped out to go live closer to him."

"Wow I didnt know my absence would case you all to go crazy." I said, smiling at him.

"Well I'm not done yet. My sister broke up with Jared. She found out about you two sleeping together and dumped him."

"Ouch."

"Yeah she hates your guts with pure venom."

"That's not good. Not good at all. Anything else?"

"Yeah.." he seems hestitant.

"What? Tell me!"

"I missed you." he whispers in my ear.

And we loose ourselves in eachother. Taking it farther then ever.

After a little while there's a knock on the door. I just put on my undies which were half under the bed and his tshirt.

Unlocking the door I open it to find Brody there. And from the look on his face I can tell he saw Brayden.

He just stares. Guess il have to start.

"What do you want?"

"Oh so after our night last night you had to just get up and leave me? And to get with another guy already?"

"Hey I tried waking you up! It was impossible. And I wasn't planning on staying with you long term anyways. You know I don't do that."

"Yeah but I thought I could change you. But I guess I can't. Listen buddy, don't get attached. Shell just break your heart." And with that he walks off, but not without punching the wall first.

I close the door and turn around to face Brayden.

He asked with a smile on his face, "Are you going to break my heart?"

I just answer him with a kiss. Dragging him out of bed, I show him the little town here that I had grown to love.
