The moment I grabbed the book I felt a surge of interest rush through my body and my body felt tingly all over. I don't know what it was or why it happened, but I didn't care enough to not read the book. It wasn't a bad feeling that I got, not at all it was a good feeling just odd and felt different. I mean it was as if my body and mind were telling me that I had to read the information that lay within the book in my hands. So I did, I opened the book to start on the first page and to say it was interesting from the start would be an understatement. There was a picture of multiple different things scattered along the page, witches/wizards, wolves, and more. It had gold specks within each picture and it just felt amazing to touch and it was gorgeous to look at too.

I turned the page to see the table of contents that lay out the chapters and numbers of pages that you could find specific things, total of chapters was twelve. The first chapter was about the basic history of the topic that I was going to read about. The second chapter was about background of the werewolf mates/imprints and the difference between them. Chapter three was about soulmates for witches/wizards, the fourth chapter went more in depth of what the difference between a soulmate and an imprint was. What even was an imprint, I might not know at the moment, but I would in the future after reading the book of course. Chapter five was titled powerful mates, soulmates, and imprints, whatever that meant we would find out together right.

Chapter six consisted of different kinds of soulmates, the lower ranked and the more powerful kind of soulmates. Chapter seven was titled anumigus soulmates which will be confusing I suppose, but everyone has a soulmate apparently. Chapter eight was relating to the different meanings within each culture when it came to the concept of the different types. Chapter nine was about the bond that came along with the whole soulmate thing, chapter ten was the emotions and feelings relating towards the bond. Chapter eleven was about how you complete the bond, and chapter twelve was how you know who your soulmate is and what age you typically find them at. This book was definitely going to be an interesting one to read, but I had a feeling I needed to keep this book hidden from my parents.

I began reading the first chapter which started off by telling me when soulmates were created, how they were created and why they were created. Turns out they were created when the gods and goddess had some fight and were torn apart by war. When it came to spells and relation to it they needed to create stronger arms and stronger bonds so they came up with combining two souls into one. Which created the term mate or soulmate, the combining of two souls that would be brought together forever. The history behind the term imprint was relating to the shape-shifters whether it be a wolf shifter, dog shifter, lion shifter and more. An imprint is another form of a soulmate, but the ancestors pick for the shifter who they think will bring the strongest heir to the world and further the genes in each generation.

An imprinter also known as the shifter whom imprints on someone, they are meant to protect, love, and be whatever their imprint needs or wants in that moment in time. It's like gravity shifts, you will do anything be anything they need no matter what it is, if it's a friend, brother/sister, lover but you will always be meant to protect them. The shifter law consists of a law when it comes to imprints, the pack of whatever kind of shifter it is will protect the imprint with their life and law says no harm can come to the members imprint. Of course that law doesn't apply to the other supernatural beings that the packs are meant to protect them from. The law only says that the imprinter's pack will bring no harm to any imprint within the pack it's their biggest law in the book.

Next comes witches/wizards soulmate/mate, the witches can feel the bond when they are in the same place as their other half. They can be in the same room and not even be able to tell who it is, but feel they are near. When it comes to being able to tell who it is for a imprint bond the shifter will know the moment they make eye contact, but it's somewhat different for wizards and witches.
